Three San Diego real estate pros with over $170M in combined sales report almost no notaries have contacted them for business. Chad and Jennifer got zero approaches, Larry got four. The myth that notaries knock on doors to find realtor work doesn't match what's actually happening.

Chad, you're one of the biggest real estate agents San Diego. You've been doing this for 20 years.
20 years.
20 years. How many notaries have approached you to be a notary on Team Daniker?
Honestly, none. Never. Never been approached by a notary.
First off, there's like 40 San Diego notaries in here, so that's changing on Monday. But the bigger conversation is that literally none. I mean, this guy's closed 100 million plus last year, and no one has approached you for business. Like, it's insane. Never,
Never
crazy. I'm asking you the same question, Jennifer. How long you've been tc? Forever. How many notaries have approached you to be like, hey, can you get me in with escrow? How many numbers is that for you?
I'm going to go with the same answer as Chad, which would be zero. Oh, man.
You know, like this idea that notaries knock down doors, realtors, you know, TCs, which we'll talk about, because a lot of people don't know what TCs are. It's just really a narrative that we're putting in our head, so we got to make sure that we're going out and banging on the doors. Real estate agents, soon to be tcs. So, Larry, same question, man. Last past year, you know, you did 70 million in volume last year. Really busy, lo. How many notaries the duration of 12 months as that?
Four.
Four.
Four notaries.
That's my point again. We have to start remembering that they're not getting approached as often as we're creating the narrative that they are. And anyone who's been to previous conferences knows the same answers almost every year. And so it still blows my mind.
