I'm Mark, I teach the loan signing system and lately I've received a few emails by women who are a little apprehensive about the idea of going into another person's home to do a loan signing. But let me be the first to say you have nothing to worry about and here's specifically why. First and foremost, for every loan signing that takes place, there are a numerous amount of people that will know exactly you're at that very specific signing. Understand there are a lot of people who are going to make money off the loan and they're all interested that the signing takes place. Point being, they'll know exactly what's going on at all times. Specifically, the people that make money on the deal are the loan officer, the escrow officer, the the processor, the real estate agent if it's a purchase, and the signing service. These are all the people who will know every detail of the loan signing appointment, who you are when you're doing the loan signing, with whom you're doing the loan signing and where the loan signing will take place. And most loan officers and real estate agents will follow up immediately after the appointment or sometimes during the appointment to make sure the borrower doesn't have any more questions. So while you may be the only person at the loan signing, there are many people in the shadows monitoring the loan signing from afar. And like I said, there's nothing to worry about. Secondly, you're going into the home of homeowners. These people have provided their address, their place of work, their Social Security number and a significant amount of history prior to being approved for the loan. The vetting the bank does provides you with another level security that these are responsible homeowners. Literally thousands of loans get signed every single night across the country and many of these signings are done by women signing agents. And many of my own signing agents are women that I've worked with over for 10 years and I have not experienced one issue. Well, you can absolutely recommend other places to sign loan docs and be sure to see my YouTube video on how to organize loan signings if you haven't yet. But I would be remiss if I didn't say that most loan signings occur at the borrower's homes. Remember, this is the best part time income because borrowers are usually available in the evenings just like you are. And this is also why most appointments will always be at the borrower's house. Nine out of ten times I'd say. But as you can see, you have nothing to worry about. So if making $75 to $200 per appointment as a notary public loan signing agent interests you Take my five star rated course for the loan signing system. I'm Mark. I teach the loan signing system and I look forward to helping you make great money as a loan signing agent.
