Hey, hey! We are back in the Movement by MK studio, and I'm so excited to sweat with you here today. Today we have day 15 of the Beginner Babe Challenge, which will officially mark halfway for you of completing these workouts with me. I am seriously so, so excited because again, I always say it, it is really, really hard to show up each and every day, and today we are going to burn out that booty together. That's the best thing about it, is we are doing it together as one community, and there are so many people by your side. So I want you to keep that in mind today as we go through this workout, that you are never alone, and we are all cheering each other on. So just a quick reminder, you can do this workout anywhere, anytime, with no equipment. You can pick it up any day of the week that works for you. And if you're participating in the challenge, be sure to send me that sweaty selfie. And if you didn't get your challenge calendar yet, subscribe and it will get sent right to you. All right, give me a double thumbs up, let me know you're with me, and we're gonna start down on the mat. So of course this workout is going to be a burner. It is no equipment, but you can always add on a booty band if you want to incorporate that, or some ankle weights. So we're going to start in your table tabletop position, and we are going to tuck that belly in, and we're going to start out in a basic tabletop fire hydrant. So you're just going to bring your leg out to the side, starting on the right, squeezing that glute at the top. Good. I'm telling you, I love a low-impact booty day. Of course I love weightlifting and all that good stuff, but there is just something— the power in using your body weight and to get that real burn in. It is so rewarding and so satisfying. So again, you're going to keep your hips nice lines, you're going to bring that right leg up. Good. I'm also going to add on some progressions for you because since you're almost officially through this challenge, I know that you can handle it. You've already proven that. All right, good, babe. We are gonna lift and hold in 5, in 4, in 3, in 2, and 1. So you're gonna hold it here. Yep, hold. And I want a little pulse. It's 8, it's 7, for 6, stay with me, for 5, for 4. Yep, for 3. I know it's Turns for 2 and 1. You're gonna come right in the center and reset. You're going to bring it back into a donkey kick. Squeeze at the top, bring it in center. Gaze stays down the entire time. Bring it in center right here, little pulse, bring it in back. So again, this workout is extremely effective with no bands, but of course if you ever want to level up, you can throw on a booty band. Good. Just like that fire hydrant, we're also going to pulse out this side. So you'll notice you're going to be feeling this exercise in your right side glute as well as your left side glute, inner thigh. Bring it on up. We get ready to hold and pulse. Are you ready? Come on. It's 3, 4, 2, and when you hold it here, it's a little lift for 8, for 7, for 6, for 5, 4, 3, 2, and 1. Bringing it back center, we start on the left side. So you're going to bring that belly back in, your left leg's coming high. Yep, there you go. We start with that fire hydrant right here. Come on. The best thing about this workout too is it's neighbor friendly, it's quiet, it's no jumping. You're just like, you know what, I'm gonna get in a low impact burn, and this is it. Come on. Good. We're gonna hold and pulse out on this side just like we did the right. We get ready to hold that leg high in 3, in 2, and 1. Yep, hold it high, hold it. Good. Let's go, we pulse. It's 8, 7, slow burn, for 6, for 5, yep, for 4, for 3, for 2, and 1. Bringing it back center, tucking that belly in, coming into your donkey. Bring it center. Good. Again, keeping that gaze down, hands directly underneath your shoulders, not putting too much strain on that neck, just squeezing that glute at the top. Good work. I know you're ready to turn things up just a little bit. You're like, I'm okay, I am on day 15, come on, I can handle a little bit more. All right, let's go. We hold and pulse in 3, in 2, and 1. Hold it here, pulse. It's 8. Yep, little burn. First 7. For 6, we lay down on your left hip. In 4, in 3, in 2, and 1. Drop it down to your left hip. Come and turn and face towards me. You're going to protect that neck by placing your head right in the palm of your hand. Your legs are going to be long. You're going to point those toes, squeeze that booty. You're going to lift that leg high and drop it center. Good. Little lift here, keeping your balance. And again, you might be like, I haven't broken a sweat yet, I'm not really feeling this. Trust me, all these movements that you're doing together really do add up. Just because it's a little bit slower and more controlled doesn't mean that it's not as effective. Let's go, it's a little burn. We're gonna hold and circle in 4, in 3, in 2, and 1. Hold it here, point that toe. Circle. Good. 8, 7, circle it out. You got it. Keeping that leg high and lifted for 4, for 3, for 2, and 1. Dropping that leg down, bringing your other arm up to your head, driving your knee in, extending it long, giving me a lift. Good. Driving knee in, extending it long, giving me a lift. Yep. Bring it in, extend long, bring it up. Good. We switch over into a glute bridge to break up those sides before we come into that other side. We're here for 4, for 3, we drive it in, for 2, we extend it long, for 1, we roll down onto low back and bring those feet on in. I want you to position yourself, bringing those hips on up, dropping it down. Hips are coming up, squeezing glutes at the top. Dropping it down, bring it up. Good. Again, this is going to break it up before we switch that other side. Come on, it's a little lift. Yes, just like every workout, I know that you can progress through it. Every time you do it, you're gonna say, you know what, MaryKate, I can go a little bit further. So we're gonna hold it at the top in 5, in 4, in 3, and 2, and 1. You're gonna hold it here and you're gonna give me a little pulse out to the side. You're gonna bring it back center. It's a little pull, squeeze. Good, bring it back center. Little pulse and squeeze, bring it back center. Yep, that's right. It's 5, for 4, pull, bring it center. For 3, for 2, and 1. Drop booty down, swing over to that other side. Same thing, legs are gonna go long. Protecting your neck here, gaze is forward. Nice long body. Good. Squeezing that booty, you're going to point those toes, lift up that leg, point. Good. Keeping everything nice and balanced. Yes. Just like that other side, we are going to hold and pulse it out with those baby circles. You know my line by now, baby steps lead to big results. Come on, just in 10 minutes a day you can really advance every aspect of your life. I know it's really hard to believe, but I promise you there is a power in showing up. Bring it high. In 4, we hold. In 3, in 2, and 1, you hold. Point that toe, circle it out. Good. Circle for 8, for 7. We come back in the glute bridge. In 6, in 5, in 4. But before that, we drive knee in. In 3, in 2, and 1. Hand comes up, drive it in, extend it long, bring it up. Good. Drive it in, extend it long. Yep, bring it up. That's right, come on, stay with me here. You got 8 seconds. First 7, extend. First 6, Breathe. For 5, for 4, for 3. On low back. In 2 and 1. Here we go, flip it on over. Let's go. Same thing, position yourself here. We bring those glutes on up, we drop it on down. Booty lifts on up. Good. We drop it down. Of course we're gonna add on that pulse because we've already proven, like, hello, you can do this and you are on fire. We're going to continue to help you progress every single day. We get ready, we lift and hold in 5, in 4, in 3, 2, and 1. Hold, squeeze booty at the top. Good, add in pulse, bring it center. Good, add in that pulse, bring it center. Yes, that's right, you got it. Here we flip it on over, back into your tabletop in 5, in 4, In 3, in 2, and 1. This time I want you to feel the burn a little bit more. So you're going to come down into tabletop. We're going to come into your fire hydrant and we advance right into your donkey. So we're going to bring it center, out into your fire hydrant, bring it center, advance into your donkey. Okay, let's go. Yep, good. So we got about 30 seconds each side. Come on. And of course we're gonna add on those little pulses. Yes, we are. Good. 20 seconds here before we get ready to hold at the top. Little burn, I know. Your little pulse is going down. 10 seconds, we're gonna hold it in fire hydrant. Yep. Hold it out to the side. In 4, are you ready? Come on. In 3, in 2, and 1. Hold here. A little bit higher, you can do this. Can you go a little bit higher? Hold, squeeze, don't drop yet. Stay here, you got it. All right, we pull. It's 8, 7, come on, don't drop, for 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, and 1. Bring it on in. You come right into fire hydrant on the other side. There you go, that's where you start to feel it. You're like, okay, well, don't worry, you are about in your final minute of this fast. So we're going to bring it up, we're going to bring it out to the side. Good, that's right. All right, we get ready, we're going to pulse on this side. Come on, just like that other side. I know you got it in you. I know it's tempting to be like, okay, I'm done. Nope, we gotta finish just the way we started. We get ready, come on, we hold it to the top. In 4, out to fire hydrant. In 3, in 2, and 1. Just like that other side, hold it high. Come on, can you get a little bit higher? Good, we hold, we pulse. It's 8, first 7, For 6, stay with me. For 5, for 4, for 3, for 2, and 1. Drop it on down and roll it on up. You are done and dusted. Day 15 is not messing around. You literally just completed that killer booty burn, so you should be so proud. And I hope that through those little movements, again, you've realized like, wow, 10 minutes is just good enough for me, and it works, and it's worth my time. Good work! I cannot wait to hear how you like that workout, so make sure send me that sweaty selfie of you feeling strong and confident. Let me know that you did this workout, and I will see you for day 16. Have a good day!
