What I'm about to say might ruffle some feathers or might make you feel a little uncomfortable, but you're not magically going to get better if you're not training and role-playing on a daily basis. It's not like you take off on the offseason and then you magically get better the upcoming year. You have got to be doing things on a daily basis, whether it's on my course or in my role-play group or even with your managers. If you're not practicing daily, you will not improve next year. You will have the same results year after year. So don't go into next year thinking that you're going to do better if done nothing. Expect the same if you have done nothing to get better. On the contrary, you could be doing things on a daily basis like studying in my training app or being in my roleplay group or just doing things with your managers or roleplaying with other people on your team to actually get better.
