This is how to sell massive contract values in pest control, especially when you're selling mosquito and general pest control combined. What you'll do is you'll tell the customer the retail value of mosquito only, which is typically $100 to $120 per service in your markets. And then you say, yeah, pest control is typically another $50 to $80 a month. So if you do both together, it typically is around like $190 per month to do both. However, what I'm going to do is just do both for you together for just $119. That way they have like the retail value of both services together and you have a high anchor so that when you give them the actual price at $119 a month, it sounds way more affordable than any other option. Check out the following clip to hear how I actually do that. Okay, they're always bad. Well, you know this already, a lot of companies will charge around $120 a month just for mosquitoes. They do nothing else, it's just for mosquitoes. We'll bundle both for you, and after that, our monthly rate for both mosquitoes and bugs is cheap, $109. All right, sounds good. Good to meet you. Thank you for your time.
