This is how to sell to renters when selling pest control door-to-door. First things first, you need to make sure you tell them that the landlords do not cover pest control. A really good pain point that you can kind of pull on with renters, especially if there's German roaches, is that if they don't get the German roaches taken care of, it will destroy their refrigerator and all the other appliances. At the end of the day, the landlord is going to hold them responsible, costing them financially, making the cost of pest control seem like nothing.
