A pest-control technician calls Brett about ants in the neighborhood and pitches a preventative treatment. Brett keeps saying he's not sure he wants it. We've got our truck in your guys' neighborhood tomorrow. It's been all the ants, dude. Do you guys have a bug company yet or not yet?
Uh, I haven't seen any ants.
Okay, good. So for you, I'm going to recommend the preventative service. Your house is about as bug-free as it ever will be right now during this time of the year. It only gets worse. Pest control, not a matter of if but when, right? Would you want the garage included or just the outside?
Uh, probably just the outside.
I'll include the inside if you guys ever need it, but tomorrow I'll just do the outside. That'll make the pricing super good for you guys. Um, for renter's discount instead of charging, but we'll always give you guys a call before we come out. That way you know that we're coming out. Brett, what's a good phone number for you?
Uh, yeah, I don't know if I'm gonna do it.
What questions do you have?
Uh, I just, I don't know, I just don't think we're gonna do it.
I don't know if I'm gonna be home or anything. We could just do the outside for you tomorrow, that way we just, you know, preventative service. When I'm gone, I keep the dog outside. Let's just do the front of the house, um, and then you call us when you want us to do the back of the house and the inside.
All right.
Okay, man.
I'm assuming you want money right now or tomorrow?
We won't charge it until tomorrow, but I'll put a card on file tonight.
