Aubert L'Espérance hit $1.2 million in 98 days, faster than anyone at Aptive. He credits systematic training as the biggest lever: spending the off-season perfecting scripts, word tracks, and objection handling to eliminate guesswork from his sales process.
What up, guys? I'm here with Aptive Golden Door winner, Aubert Lesperance. There we go. So Aubert Lesperance. Yes. So as far as this summer, man, you hit— it's an industry record, correct? Like it's up in speed. Yes. In volume per day. Absolutely. Yes. What role did training play in your huge summer?
Let's go. Massive. Okay. I would say my first Golden Door summer, Mentality, self-belief, improving my self-concept was by far the most important piece I did. Going into this summer though, I actually had a lot of time training with reps who were trying to hit a Golden Door. And I used to preach the whole, "Oh yeah, it's belief, it's belief, it's belief." It sure is. But I also realized that for a lot of reps in the industry, training's the lowest hanging fruit you've got. And so this off-season, I spent my time systematizing the things I say, dialing in my process, my word tracks, removing all the variables that I possibly could. Because this game, this job, there's a lot of variables. There's a lot you can't control, but you can, you can control how trained you are, how prepared you are to resolve objections. You have no excuse to not be trained. So train with this guy right here.
Let's go. Yes. So I appreciate it, man. I like you said, training is like the lowest hanging fruit. It's the easiest way to get better. And I feel like if we just say mindset's the only thing that makes a difference, it can frustrate people because they can be super driven and then not have the results. So having things down to a system, I'm sure you have that in your head already. This is what I say when they say this. So I appreciate it, dude. You've got amazing energy and thank you for sharing that. I do my best, brother. Let's go, baby. Good to see you.
