Guys, when I had money in 2019, I was making $2.5 million a year when Jack was ready to leave. You guys think in your life right now, one person that you know that's rich. Think about someone right now. Everybody try to picture someone in their head who's rich, who's ripped and shredded, who has a marriage that's on fire, who walks with God every day, who's a disciple, leading other people to Christ, who's an amazing father, who's a great leader, who builds people up constantly, right? And makes good money? Just think, like, who can anybody picture a person in their head? Only one guy, his name is Andy. No, no, no, but like, where are they? Where are they? You know where they are? Right here. But when Brad taught me how to build a brand, I remember I was like, okay, I'm gonna build a way bigger brand. And that, that was like being respectful, like, I'm gonna show you I'm your best. And I always tell my mentors, I want to be your number one student. So this is something that I would love for you guys to take. I don't know who your mentors are, But decide who it is and then go to them and say, I will buy every one of your packages, every one of your programs. I want to get as close to you as I can. We've changed for 6 years. Since 2019, we have gotten crazier every day. We have gotten more obsessed every day. We have added more values, more standards, more principles every single day. You think about your life right now. Is that your life every day? I tell you every single day, I'm like, dude— and I told you guys this earlier— I'm like, don't look up to me. I tell you, look up to the values, the principles, and the standards that I run by. If I don't hold these, please walk out of here. Dude, when you see someone living proof in person, really living like this— I'm no one special, but you know what? If the play is to self-correct, if the play is to break yourself of your weaknesses, like, that's a pretty damn easy play, right? Did anybody's parents give them a lot of money? Mine didn't. I didn't get a lot of money. So how are you guys going to accumulate a lot of money? By becoming something the world's never seen. You got to do it. You got to figure out what's going to make you guys stand out. How are you going to stand out? Out, right? How are you going to be different? These are things you need to be asking yourself in your head. How am I going to be indispensable? What's indispensable? That means you can't be replaced. Does that make sense? Like no one can replace you. Dude, if your team's never going to leave you, you're going to have to keep growing so they can keep looking up to you. Here's the way it works. You're going 60 miles an hour. You hire people, they're going 40. When they see you going 60, they learn how you're going 60. Once they start going 60, if you don't go faster, they're going to hit the back of you or go around you. And all these people that are bosses and managers, a lot of you in here, you've already gotten better than your managers, your leaders. You're— it's time to leave. You're like, are you telling me to quit my job? I'm trying to tell you, if your company isn't allowing you to grow, yes, you need to go to a place you can grow. Every single one of us here, money isn't what we're after. We're after happiness.

I know you don't think so. But listen, dude, if I told you you could make money— if I told you there was two lives, you would be broke but you would be happy as hell, or you would have money but you'd hate yourself, which would you take? Happy as hell. So the goal is, is, is your goal is to become happy as hell. Well, how do you become happy? If anybody wants to know, there's only one way. Progress. As long as you have progress every day in your life, you will be happy with yourself. And that's why if anybody's ever wondering why they're having a bad day, it's because you didn't grow yesterday. Yesterday you stayed the same. You didn't grow with God. You know what? I'll bet you didn't pray over your family last night. You woke up quick, you grabbed your phone, you didn't get to your knees, you didn't pray, you didn't tell God thank you. And so that's why you're running around with anxiety, worried, going crazy, freaking out, getting mad at everybody, a relationship you have, tearing it to the ground, thinking it's his fault. Your fault, dude.

You literally didn't grow. And that's where the values come in, the standards. The— if the standard is we seek God when we wake up the first 5 minutes, when you wake up, you think your wife, when she's sleeping, she'll know whether you grabbed your phone or you prayed? She won't know, but you'll know. Doesn't that eat you alive? Most people, it doesn't. Because here's the thing, the first time that you grab your phone, you feel this little sickness in your stomach that you know you should be praying, but you're not. But you go ahead and get on your phone, and you'll say, I'll pray when I'm done on my phone. But then you get caught up in your phone.

Yep. But then day 2, you wake up and grab your phone, and you don't feel that sickness anymore. You know why? Because now being a loser is normal. Once you feel that, uh, don't do that. You stop it immediately. You quit. And most of you in here, if you say a cuss word but you say you're going to stop cussing, you should feel like a sting. And you should say, oh, I'm not going to do that again. If you say that you're going to stop getting angry at your wife when she challenges you, well, when you start to get angry, you got to stop and go, hey babe, sorry, I'm an idiot.
