You don't piss the old girl off.
Oh, I don't want to piss you off. Okay, let's go, guys. We're going to absolutely demolish this place. Hello, name's Austin. I'm with— good to meet you. Mice, you said?
Yeah.
Where do you mainly get those?
Like all over.
Yeah, well, it's just normal out here in this area, especially during— they're back.
This is a very old house, so we were doing a bunch of construction.
It's a nice house.
So what's your name? Julia.
Good to meet you. Where are you from?
I'm from, uh, Williston.
How you like it out here?
It's good. What about you?
I'm actually from Georgia. I come out here to train these guys, so it's been a lot of fun. It's definitely a lot of rodents up here, and then ants are the main things.
Yeah.
There are going to be ones where they go inside, they eat a bait, they leave, and that actually takes them away from the house. We just want to flush them out of the house, if that makes sense. Are you following me a little bit? I don't think so. It's kind of fun to knock a little town like this. I'll be real with you.
Need to send him off with you? Because I'd gladly.
Is he nice?
No. All right.
I don't want him then. I do the pest control. We have a package that gets the dogs. You want the one that gets the dogs too?
Yeah.
All right. That one's just a couple bucks extra per month, but I can squeeze in the dog extermination package.
Okay.
We just had it done.
Yeah.
Thank you.
Who are you with right now? Okay, so you'll like this.
We were overrun with ants.
Oh, yep.
Showtime.
The thing is with them is they're not treating the yard. I know that for a fact. And where do the bugs come from?
The yard.
Exactly. So that's what we do. So we actually take a brush—
You've got high peaks. Yeah, we had miserable squirrels that ate all 4 corners of the house.
Right. That's no fun.
The day that they were in my bedroom when I was in the bedroom.
I imagine you were not too happy about that.
Well, it didn't take me long to move. Yeah, wing it on that curtain and he's having to jump.
Thing is, we're just gonna be doing a little bit more than— and we'd like to make it affordable for you as well. So they have got one for closer to $50 a month, another one for closer to $110 a month. Which one are you on?
We're not on either. We just paid up.
Oh, for a one-time service.
They did a very good job.
We haven't been bothered by anything. I'm glad you like them. So it's— but it's about time you guys have another service now. So I'm gonna knock all them down for you and I'll put a product up there. That way they don't come back. How's that sound?
Well, we've got that asshole that lives across You're all gonna die!
Yeah, what's his name?
And he's got that great big bee's nest hanging off his eaves.
Yep.
And all that. We've got raccoons and we have got—
Well, 'cause he's not taking good care of his place. No, definitely not. You need a routine service.
I'm gonna buy him a cow and put it in his front yard.
How are we gonna get the cow in his front yard? You got ways?
Yeah.
What if he puts it in your yard?
He wouldn't dare.
Really?
You don't piss the old girl off.
Oh, I don't want to piss you off.
No, no, no.
No way. Is there anybody above the age of 55 in the home?
Yes, and I've earned them all.
I know.
And I'm keeping them.
So we bring you down to just $70 a month, which makes it affordable. The base spray around the house. Did you want the dog added on top of that or just the bugs?
Just the bugs.
Okay, cool. I'm playing with you. Yeah, the base spray. And then we brush down all the webs as well. Why can't mosquitoes suck fat instead of blood?
Exactly.
That's what it says.
I know I bought that. Is that true?
It would be nice, wouldn't it?
Wouldn't you bump that?
We wouldn't be—
Logo.
Yeah, we wouldn't be killing the mosquitoes. We'd be selling gym memberships.
This October 6th in Lehi, Utah, I'll be holding a live in-person event called the AGOGI, a post-summer sales training workshop. Guys, we're going to break down your summer and audit it. It's $97 for general admission, and if you want to do a VIP ticket, it's just $297, where afterwards we're going to go have a VIP dinner with all the guys that actually take it really freaking seriously. You cannot treat this offseason like an offseason. This is your training season.

How long do you plan on being in this house for?
Till they carry me out in a body bag. That escalated quickly.
How long do you think that's going to be? You got at least another 5 years on you, right?
No, I could— it could be 2 minutes from now. I don't know. I don't judge on things like that.
That first one, would you rather do debit or credit for that first one, ma'am?
Oh, do we want another pest control treatment?
Can I just step in and say hi? Is the dog friendly?
No.
Oh, yeah. Well, can I? Okay, cool. He's not going to bite me, is he? Yeah, he would. We just do the full yard every time.
Why would we want the yard done?
Because of all the ticks and all the ants. They come from the yard. Your neighbor doesn't do a darn thing for his bugs is what I heard. The one across the street? I know, you know what, the package, we'll just send all the bugs straight to his house. I heard we're gonna put a cow in his front yard. Is that right? James, anything you guys need in between the services, call me. We'll come back out for free for you guys.
We managed to shoot 236 squirrels.
Oh my gosh.
I went to the kitchen one night to do dishes and there was a bear that came up over the hill.
Would you guys rather do The debit or the credit one?
It's your decision, not mine. I know, you just had it done. It seems kind of silly to have it done again.
I'm sorry I interrupted a nap. Apologize. Take care, guys.
Have fun.
Have a good day now.
Listen to him, guys. He could probably sell ice to a snowman.
Is that what they say?
Ice? I think so.
Ice to a snowman?
Yeah. Or snowman, whatever. You can probably sell anything to anybody.
That's right. I should do like a training company or something like that.
There you go.
That'd be fun. Right, so nutrition, hydration is really important at door-to-door. So we're gonna do a taste test. It is Raspberry Cream. I've been told that this is a sipper, not a ripper, meaning you can't just chug it. I'm gonna let you guys know what this infamous flavor tastes like.
Here we go.
Oh boy.
Oh boy, yeah.
You can definitely smell the raspberry.
Here we go.
Gonna give it a score out of 10. That is a 9 out of 10. And I have to say, this is a ripper, not a sipper. So whoever said it was a sipper, not a ripper, it's a ripper, not a sipper. I don't understand. And you should be. A ripper and not a sipper and buy my training course today. Guys who are on that course have PR weeks immediately. If you're struggling to sell right now and you're not investing in yourself, start investing in yourself. Treat this like a job. The lesson of the day is when you can get— especially if you can get in the house, you hold it. Do you know what he said when I walked up? He goes, who the hell is outside of my house? And I de-escalated him. You know how I got on his side? I was like, yeah, that guy across the street, he hadn't done a damn thing for his house. And I took his anger and I redirected it to the neighbor. But yeah, that was nuts. Like absolutely insane. Buy major sales training. You heard it from Miss Teresa. You can learn how to sell ice to an Eskimo. Great success. Anyways, guys, glad you got the shadow with me. Everybody in your entire company has seen me sell a deal.
There you go.
Boom. Do you guys have a company yet or still not yet?
No, we're not doing any. We probably won't either.
We a lot of people think we're doing like the harsh chemicals. We do more of the natural stuff, rosemary and thyme, stuff like that. I don't know if that's more up your alley.
No, but thank you.
Yeah, have a good day. Okay. Bye bye. When was the last time the house was professionally treated? I don't believe it has. It's about time we do something. What do you do for work? Retired?
No.
What do you do? Jesus Christ, no. What do you do?
Socks that are guaranteed for life.
You build the socks?
No, I don't. The knitters build the socks.
Oh, legit.
I'm not trying to blow you off.
No, I would just recommend the outside. That's it. That's literally all I'd recommend. You're awesome, dude. High five. Thanks for being a good sport, okay?
Yeah, but I mean, I'm serious.
Different day.
Different day.
Yeah, we'll catch you a different day. You actually gonna give him free socks?
Try those out. Those are wide open. They are also made by Cabot Hosiery Mills.
Oh my gosh, guys!
Master has given Dobby a sock.
Well, dude, I think we're gonna keep on trucking. Thank you for giving us. Oh, oh, whoop, whoop, whoop!
But wait!
There's more! Who's men's medium?
I'm men's medium.
Oh, more socks! Well, hey, we appreciate your time, man.
Yeah.
I don't want to rob everything that you got. I like socks, but I don't want to take you for everything. Oh my gosh, it's beautiful, brother! High five! But I've never had somebody give me a— like socks like this.
They're made out of Merino wool. They suck moisture away from your foot.
Who's gonna hold on to all the socks?
But with the whole process of like receiving objections, smokescreens, like where do you cut the line for someone who's beyond hope and you're like, you know, later on, waste of my time, whatever, move to next door?
Okay.
And where do you keep pushing?
I'll like go past like 6 or 7 nos. I don't even have a number. I'm just gauging it. So to answer your question, the more time on doors that you have, the better you're going to get at having like a temp check on whether or not they're worth talking to. Like the lady right down that hill on the other side of the bridge, she wasn't even worth talking to. I could tell she was just like dead in the face. That old lady, Teresa, was joking with me.
Yeah.
So I'm like, okay, cool. I can go some rounds with this, with this lady. You know, they can give you objections and that's okay. I steamroll through some of them in the very beginning. They're called smokescreens and they're not to be taken seriously. But as towards the end of the sale, they turn into more objections. and you just have to solve them that way. I would just know, like, you have to have a temp check on like, okay, should I be talking to this person or not? The more you knock, the more you're gonna know.
