Austin Maser shows door-to-door pest control salespeople how to use the iOS app Fast Reply to instantly send cancellation templates via text or email. Store your message in the app's keyboard, tap it when you need it, and skip the copy-paste. He got the idea from McKenna Halls at EnviroGard.
Listen to this switchover tip that will change your summer forever. You always wanna send the customer a switchover template or like a cancellation template. I'm famous for this. Like I came up with this switchover template when you cancel with email. That's why all these companies are saying you have to call in now. So Mazer Sales Training is at fault for that. Like when you guys text a customer, instead of having to go on your notes and copy and paste, all you're gonna do is you're gonna download this app called Fast Reply and you're gonna put all your templates in there. So check this out. If I wanna cancel an account now, instead of having to go through and copy and paste, I go to my keyboard, I open up a new keyboard, I go to Door-to-Door Sales, and I have my cancel template right there. Bam! And I just shoot it right on over to the customer. So that way you don't have to go to your notes, copy and paste. For years I did this, but I learned this tip from McKenna Halls from EnviroGard, who's in my roleplay group, and she was like, "Dude, why don't you just use Fast Reply?" So I use Fast Reply now, Go ahead and download Fast Reply on the iOS store and save time so that this process is as seamless as possible for you and for your customer. Download Fast Reply today and DM me the word "cancel" if you want my exact cancellation template that I use for switchovers.
