Running Man FESTIVAL 2025 | SNEEX DANCE OFF!

The video is a first‑person vlog of Austin Maser (Speaker A) and his wife Kaya attending the Running Man Festival 2025. They register for a 10K race (with a playful hint at a half‑marathon), use nasal strips for breathing, and discuss their motivations for running, emphasizing personal "why" and causes people support. Throughout the day they interact with friends and mentors—Jason, Jesse, and other fitness personalities—who share encouragement and talk about community, faith, and personal growth. The couple enjoys post‑run recovery activities like a cold plunge, sauna, and yoga, and they participate in the festival’s entertainment, including a large dance party, live bands, and a "Sneaks" shoe giveaway where Kaya wins three pairs of shoes. The vlog also highlights food truck experiences, casual banter, and reflections on the value of community, mentorship, and shared experiences. The tone is informal, enthusiastic, and reflective, providing a snapshot of the festival’s blend of athletic challenge, social connection, and celebration.
Chapters
We made it to the Running Man Festival. Got Kaya in front of me right now. This is the first year I've been able to take my wife. There's Kaya, and then right here at the bottom of this hill, we've got this massive camp of people just ready to go run a race. It's gonna be sick. Kaya and I are gonna both do the 10K race today and go to some yoga classes. It's gonna be a lot of fun. Kaya, you gonna do a half marathon today?
Si.
No training, just here for fun. The Maser way. Yeah, just show up and do it. We're registered and we have our fancy numbers. See, Kaya has her little number there. And now we're headed out to the race. All right, we're getting nose strips.
Second Wind nasal strips.
Dream Recovery. Second Wind nasal strips. You're gonna get a second wind. Open up that nasal passage. How do you feel, Kaya? Locked in. Oh, ready to go. I'm sorry, we got to wear these for high rocks. I can breathe. Let's go! Feeling good. A lot of people here sign up for one sort of race and then end up running way more, so we'll see if we end up doing more today. But that's Jesse right behind us talking, uh, the guy started Marquee Jet, married Sarah Blakely. The guy's a billionaire and he just does what he loves now, just gets all these really good people to get together, uh, to be healthy and live good lives. So really inspiring.
5, 4, 3, 2, 1, go! Just started our first lap. Huh?
Is he that guy?
Do something that makes you proud. Today, write the story that you tell people that impresses them, that they say, "You did what?" So we lost Kaya.
She is a speed demon on this stuff. I think she actually might go and run 13.1 today. There's a guy with a Turning Point USA shirt, an American flag that says like, "For Charlie Kirk," and he's running a half marathon. I think she can do that. Stoked. One cool thing about these, these runs is that a lot of people out here are running for a cause. They're running for somebody, someone who's passed away, someone who's fighting a sickness. And, uh, kind of goes back to your why, right? Like, the bigger the why, the easier the how. So if you tie something important to something that you're doing, you just have so much more power to do it. So makes me think, why am I here today? Well, I just want to have a good date with my wife, get away from the kids. We have babysitters. This is just so much fun. Kaya is training for a Ragnar race this year, and this is awesome training. We're gonna do High Rocks in about a month. So I was joking with Kaya, and this is all about like meditation. So I told her we're gonna do a weight loss meditation. Like, close your eyes, see the ice cream melting off your body. Right now it is. It's so hot out here. I didn't train for this at all because I was on a cruise the last 5 days. So this is a great way to ease back into things. We're doing at least 6 or 7 laps today. It might turn into 13.1, so we'll see where we end up. Kaya, how do you feel?
I feel outstanding. Woo!
All right, so yeah, I'll take some.
Look at this. Come on in.
Got a handful of sprouts right here.
That's what I'm talking about.
Get it.
Come on, that's for you. Come here. Come here.
Tastes good. Good running feel. I feel like a rabbit. Kaya smoked me.
I lapped you.
She lapped me, but we're doing my last lap together now. No 13.1 today, but 10K is awesome, and we're gonna go have some fun. Go cold plunge and sauna. It's gonna be great.
Here we go. Can't stop that feeling that libera's high every time you spin around and get another lap done. Just dance, dance, laugh, laugh, laugh, laugh. Woo! Let's go! Woo! Yeah! Yeah! Woo! Woo!
Woo!
Thank you.
So sweet. I have a little bit of a headache.
I'm awake!
My headache's gone.
Persevere! 100 meters! Deep breath. 9. Come on. 4. Pull. Big climb. All the way back. All the way back. Go!
Baby goats and ducks and a horse. I met Jason 5 years ago selling pest control door-to-door, and I ran into him at Running Man, and he's just been a huge support to me. You coached me through a 50-miler— no, a 32-miler. Yeah, but door-to-door sales will help you meet some incredible people. Jason is one of the most inspiring people I've met and has been a huge support to me. Last year when I came here, I had no idea what the hell I was doing, and he provided me words of encouragement. And now Major Sales Training is helping a lot of lives. This guy offered me words of encouragement and become— has become one of my greatest friends and greatest assets in my life. Just with one knock on my door. Honestly, it was one knock on my door and we didn't know each other. And now look at us, buddies. Love you, brother.
Some of you are going to run a distance or already have that you did not think was possible. You can take that confidence and just translate it into other facets of your life. I'm telling you, it works. Coming from a guy who completely and utterly lacked any belief in himself, I built confidence through evidence. So the thing that enabled me to take the leap was the evidence I had built in other avenues that got me here.
Talk about the role that community has played in this growth for you, because I love that you're always shouting out people, you're always quoting people that inspire you, you're bringing up your friends.
Yeah, I mean, they're sitting right there. Those are, those are my, those are my dogs, my hitters. Go to work with those people. You are who you surround yourself with. Unfortunately, that's a cliché because it's true. And being around Not only community, but Christ-centered community and building a relationship with Jesus has helped me so much to get through that last year of my life. The amount of pain that I felt was at times truly inexplicable, and I don't wish it on anybody, but it taught me so much. And I don't think I would have gotten through it if I didn't have people to lean on that had also been through adversity and challenge and had proven to me that they could come out the other side. And, you know, every Friday in my coaching community, we have this call, and it might seem silly on the outside, but we just call it wins, and everybody steps up and shares their favorite win from the week. And I think we live in a society that's very strange about gassing up the homies. I'm never one to hesitate to tell someone how amazing they are, and you never know how badly somebody needs to hear it. And I'm surrounded by people who don't hesitate to tell me that. And when I took that leap, people like Clayton, people like Harrison were so quick to tell me, like, dude, you're doing it, you're doing the thing, and you got to keep doing the thing, and you can do this. Sometimes we just need someone to tell us we can do it. And you guys probably don't know the impact that some of your words have had on me throughout the months and years we've known each other. But if you aren't where you want to be, take a look around you and reevaluate.
I said earlier, I feel like a bunny rabbit. There's Jesse over there. Here at Running Man, home to the world's largest sauna. Come with me and let's go check it out. Okay, Kaya just got selected to be in the Sneaks. Wait, did you win those already? They're mine now. She's wearing Sneaks. Whoops, those are yours. They're mine. Oh my goodness.
Raise your hand if it was your first year here. Did you guys enjoy it? No, but did you guys enjoy it? Did you guys enjoy it? Yo, this is my favorite, absolute favorite part of the night and the entire weekend. Ready, girls? Ready to dance? Let's go, let's go! Let's get one more song. Where's One more song. I was excited.
And it turns out there's a chance of waves! I gotta know, do you believe that we can make this dream come true?
We just won 3 pairs of Sneaks and now we are on top of Running Man. Look at that!
Woo!
Apparently there's some surprise down there that we're going to see from up here because we're in here for 2 loops. Coolest part of today was talking to a guy like Michael Smoke, who runs a fitness coaching brand, talking about how no matter what you've been through, you can really make an impact on other people. And he had a really powerful message, so go follow him. I think it's like Up Wellness or something like that, but I'll, I'll include his page in here. He's super well known but had one of the coolest messages I've heard. And Kaya won a pair of shoes. 3 pairs of shoes. 3 pairs of shoes. Amazing. Sneaks.
Sneaks.
Sneaks.
Sneaks.
Got to dance with Sarah Blakely. That's dope.
Running Man! And the bass is running, running, and running. Ladies and gentlemen, how y'all doing tonight? Running and running, running and running, running and running. All right, here we go! Y'all ready? Let me clear my throat. Turn it up. Hey, let's go! Have mercy, baby, I hope you don't mind. Let me clear my throat. Come on, y'all! How many of y'all ready to have a good time tonight? As we're going on, something like this here. Ah, ah, ah, yo! Now who wanna party like we do? Who wanna party like us? Let me hear you say ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah. Let me see you say ah, oh, ah, oh, ah. I say hey, you say ha, hey, hey. On the count of 3, on one time.
That is it for Running Man 2025. That's all she wrote. What did you like? What did I like? It was fun.
All of it.
I'm tired though, and I have blisters on my feet from running. And she won free shoes.
I did.
We got free food, and we got to hear really cool messages. The food trucks were good. Pizza was good. Spent $50 on food truck pizza. Hello darkness, my old friend.
Woohoo!
We fell victim of the taco stand today. Be here next year.
