In this motivational sales training video, Austin Maser introduces his Maser Sales Training program and shares his personal journey from a struggling solar salesperson to an elite door‑to‑door pest‑control salesman. After quitting solar and vowing never to return to door‑to‑door sales, a pandemic‑driven job loss forced him back into the field. Within 4½ months he sold 1,067 pest‑control accounts, earning a Golden Door Award at Door‑to‑Door Con. Maser attributes this transformation to intensive sales training, mastering sales psychology, disciplined goal‑setting, and personal motivations such as becoming a father. He urges trainees to treat assignments seriously, write down goals, engage in role‑play, and invest in self‑development, promising that the same elite results are achievable.

Welcome to Maser Sales Training. I'm Austin Maser, and I'm here to show you what it's going to take to be able to go from being an average salesman to an elite salesman and human being. Now, my story in door-to-door is pretty unique. I started out in solar. I quit And I said door-to-door was not for me. And then about 2 and a half years later, I was on stage at Door-to-Door Con with a Golden Door Award in my hand after selling 1,067 accounts in 4 and a half months. Now, I started out in door-to-door pretty average. What I'm telling you is that through sales training and developing yourself as a human being, you can do incredible things in your life. Now, a little bit about my story. After quitting in solar and saying I would never do door-to-door again, I was forced back into door-to-door out of desperation. I always say you get into door-to-door for inspiration or desperation. I couldn't find a job during the pandemic. Costco was turning me away. Home Depot was turning me away. Crackle Barrel turned me away. I was at a pretty low point, but I reached out to a friend that owned a door-to-door pest control company in Atlanta, Georgia. I said, "Dude, I need a job." Turns out the place was 4 minutes away from where my wife and I were living. I don't think that was a coincidence. That was a miracle. So I plugged into that system. I ended up doing maybe 1 or 2 accounts a day. And I really wanted to be good this time around because it was my second time. So after doing tons of sales training, figuring out the psychology behind the sales, and also some external factors that really made me be— want to be a better man, like becoming a dad, I was able to go from average to doing, you know, maybe 1 or 2 a day to doing 7, 14, and even 20 in a day. So plug into the sales training program, take the assignment seriously, get pen to paper, write out what you want to do, write out what your goals are. And when I give you an assignment, take it seriously. Roleplay, and really invest into yourself, and I promise you that you can have the same results that I had going from mediocre to elite. Thanks for being here.
