ClearCOGS understands what matters to this organization and moves with urgency to get things done. The team works extra hours across the week, and that direct relationship has made the partnership work.
I think that it's been excellent communication. That's been number one. And the alignment, I think they understand the importance this is to our organization. And it feels like they feel that same sort of, I don't know if burden's the right word, but they feel the same sort of urgency that we feel to get this up and running. So what do they do? They work extra hard, probably at all different hours of the day. different times of the week to get that done. And I actually appreciate, and that's an alignment that I see with ClearCogs and especially with the people that I work with directly there.
