Short YouTube monologue (shorts) where Matt Dart describes two lessons from achieving $100k in sales in one month: 1) prioritize higher outreach volume (e.g., if contacting 20 people/week, contact 40) and 2) pre-qualify prospects with a 5–10 minute "Discovery Core" phone call before full consultations to avoid wasting time on uncommitted leads.
These are the two things I learned from doing 100k in sales last month. Number one, volume is always better. If you want to get more clients, increase the volume that you're working at. Meaning if you're contacting 20 people a week to book in consultations, contact 40. The second thing that I learned is you need to pre qualify people so you're not wasting your time. What we do at PT Mastery is we do the Discovery Core formula which we spend five to 10 minutes actually on a phone call with someone before they do a full consultation with us to make sure they're actually the right fit. So you're not wasting your time. There's nothing worse than booking in 20 consults a week, 10 consults a week and wasting your time with 50% of them. Talk to the people who are actually serious and spend majority of your time with those people. Spend five to ten minutes getting rid of the people that aren't serious that are just going to waste your time.
