This is a YouTube video titled "AMRAP" created on May 3, 2020, containing a fitness instructional talk explaining the AMRAP (As Many Rounds As Possible) workout format. The speaker outlines an example workout routine with exercises and rep counts, providing guidance on how to perform the workout. There is only one speaker providing instructions.
Okay, guys, so we're up to amrap, which as I said before, extends as many rounds as possible. So this is where you'll start to get absolutely exhausted. So a lot of the workouts will go for 12 minutes, 15 minutes, sometimes 20, sometimes 30 minutes. So for example, I've got six exercises for an AMRAP. This is just an example of what it could look like. So we've got burpees, air squats, round kicks, high knees, pull ups and leg raises. So for example, this would be a timed one of 15 minutes. So we've got 10 reps of burpees, 20 reps, air squats, 10 round kicks, 100 high knees, 10 pull ups, 20 leg raises. You're doing as many rounds as you can in 15 minutes, non stop. So absolutely brutal. So any questions about that one, just let me know. Cheers, guys. See you in the next video.
