This is a YouTube video titled "Another quick tip, team! Focus on the results! Always 😎💪🔥" containing a motivational and instructional monologue by Matt Dart recorded on October 13, 2024. Matt Dart advises on optimizing personal training session lengths to improve client satisfaction and efficiency, emphasizing results over session duration.

All right, team, quick tip for you. This is why you do 30 minute sessions rather than 45 minute or 60 minute sessions. Clients only care about the results that they're going to get and how much it's going to cost them. They don't care about how long the PT session is. So if you can get the same result in 30 minutes rather than 45, then just take it down to 30 minute sessions. Keep your price point exactly the same, and almost guarantee if you know how to do sales, your sales will stay exactly the same and you'll be spending less time in the gym.
