I think most people are always looking to grow. And that's where, you know, you most likely would have got quite frustrated that you weren't seeing that progression, whether it's been in business or whatever. What's been the biggest change for you in terms of progression?

It just like actually knowing what to do to grow the business and actually having some structure because before that I didn't have any idea what I needed to do to grow the business. And now I've got essentially a plan for the next three years of what I want to achieve and then have done. And then from that we've just reverse engineered it and been like, all right, what are the steps that we need to do to actually get to that point? And now it's just essentially just following following those steps, which has given us a lot of, like, clarity and actually driving to a lot more drive to actually get that done.
