Matt Dart walks through Claude's interface, model tiers, and credit system, then shows how to connect Google Drive, Gmail, and other services via Skills and Connectors. He demonstrates a prompting framework and templates for building reusable MD files that act as a brain for Claude, plus automation tools like Whisper Flow and Zapier for tasks like sales coaching and client data work.

Okay, team, welcome to today's training. It's called Claude for Beginners. So this is— I actually spent a lot of time trying to get slides for this, but I figured because it's gonna be like a working session, it's gonna be more— I'm gonna give you like some prompts and stuff to use for Claude, but you're gonna literally just do it with me here, and I'm gonna help you guys along the way. So if you haven't already, make sure you've got Claude installed on your computer, uh, and open, ready to rock and roll. I'm going to share my screen and just explain, uh, a lot of the basics of Claude, uh, and then we're going to get stuck in and, uh, I'll get you guys set up with like an, like an MD file, which is basically like a, uh, a summary file of basically your entire business. And then, um, Who's on mute there? Joel, good morning, mate. Everything all good? Yeah, sweet. Thanks, mate. Thanks for muting. Um, so yeah, I'll get— I'm going to give you guys some prompts to use, um, to get some stuff set up in your Claude account. So, uh, if you're ready to rock and roll with Claude and you got it open, ready to go, give us a 1 in the chat so I know you guys are ready. And then, uh, I'm gonna Show you guys, um, some of the basics of Claude. Alrighty, we are good to go. Um, so I'll just share Claude. Here we go. All right, everyone can see the Claude screen? Everyone got it? Someone give us a thumbs up. Yeah, you're at a roll. Okay, I'm gonna give you the basics of Claude and then we'll go into some prompting. So first thing you've got, this is the home screen. So you're just gonna go up the top and click new. You can see you've got chat and co-work. Okay, so chat is pretty much the same as like ChatGPT. It's just brainstorming back and forth, just having conversations. It won't actually do anything for you. So really good to just brainstorm if you just wanna you know, talk about even personal stuff, brainstorming certain things, then that's a really good option. Cowork is where it can actually do stuff for you. So a lot of people will use Cowork, or if they're kind of at a beginner stage, Cowork is going to be very, very good for you. One thing to note, Claude actually— and morning, Anthony— Claude actually lives in your folders. In, uh, in your computer. It doesn't actually run or have access to your entire computer, so you can give it access to just certain, certain things. So for example, where it says project or folder, you can actually give it access to whatever folder you want, or you can create a new project or add a new folder in your computer, and it can just work in that folder. Okay, hope that makes sense. Whereas different AI softwares that actually have control of your whole computer Whereas Chord has access just to your folders. Okay, so if you want to keep your personal stuff on your computer separate, then Chord's perfect for that. You'll see in here you've got different models that you can use. So different models means it'll, it'll cost more. Lower models, as you can see here, it's like for fast or quick answers. Sonic 5 is for most efficient and everyday tasks. Opus 5 for complex, and Fable 5 is for like really tough challenges that you've got. So you can change your model depending on what you want it to do. Just keep in mind that the higher levels will cost you more in credits. So for those who don't know, Claude operates under a credit system. So basically, for example, if you're on a paid subscription, you get a certain amount of credits per week and per month that you can use. And basically the amount of input that Claude reads from you and then how much detail it gives back would determine how many credits it uses or tokens per se. And then if you ever want to check how much credits you've used, if you go just down to this one here and go into settings, you go into usage, you can see where, where you're at. So current session, I haven't obviously used it. for a little bit. I've got like a weekly limit, so 77% used. And then I've got usage credits, which is like if I go above my plan, um, I'll spend an extra $58 on top of my current plan that I've got. And I've got a limit of $200 that I'm willing to spend on top. So for me personally, I actually only have the Pro plan, which is actually only $34 US a month. So you don't need to get like the full plan, just the Pro is fine. And I'm pretty much in Claude like, you know, a couple hours a day. So for most of you guys, the Pro plan is fine. Then of course you can do Claude Code, which is up the top here. Claude Code is for definitely like more complex tasks, more for, you know, things that you want to build out. So if you want to build out automations, most of you guys won't necessarily need to use Claude Code, but if you want to go, yeah, you know, full, full nerd with like vibe coding and stuff, Claude Code is where, where you want to be at. It looks very similar, but when you actually start doing stuff, it will kind of wig you out a little bit if you haven't used like code before. Because it's all like backend coding. Okay, so just keep that in mind, but it's good to play around with this as well. Okay, so that's the bare basics. If you guys got any questions, just put them in the chat as I go. I'll keep an eye out on the chat. So first thing you guys want to do, if you haven't done already, is you want to connect some of your softwares. So we're going to go up to Customize. You can see I've got skills and connectors and plugins. Okay, so skills is where you can make your own skills, or you can actually download skills from other people as well, which I don't really suggest at this stage for most of you guys. Or you can make your own skills. So prime example, if you want to train AI on how you how you make content or how you make carousels, you can once you go back and forth with Claude and you're happy with the result, you can actually get it to save it as a skill. So we can use the same type of responses again, so you don't have to do it from the start. Okay, does that make sense? So for example, if you have a repetitive task that you want to have Claude remember a lot of the things, you can save it as a skill. But connectors, you can see in here I've got a bunch of things connected to mine, like Meta Ads, my Slack, my Google Drive, ClickUp, Fathom, blah, blah, blah. If you got— actually give us some feedback in the chat. Who has actually got things connected in their Claude account already and who has not? Just a yes if you have or a no if you have not. Give us some feedback in the chat. Okay, so some yes, some no. Scott's got everything connected. Love it. So obviously the more access you give it, the better. So then it can have all the contacts. So if you guys haven't, some things that I would start with are just like your Gmail, Google Calendar or whatever email software you use, whatever payment software you use. So if you've got Stripe, you can connect that. Canva, if you want to do like design, basically as much as you can really. The more the better, I think. So if you guys haven't, you can get started with that straight away. So for example, if you want to connect, so you just want to go, just want to browse. So for Anthony, why you want to connect stuff? So for example, if you want, if you want Claude to do a— let's just say you want Claude to analyze your emails, you need to obviously connect Gmail for it to analyze your emails. If you wanted to make content for you in Canva, you need to connect your Canva account and Claude will make the content and then put it into your Canva account. Does that make sense? If you wanted to manage your or analyze your content, content, your calendar, then you connect Google Calendar. If you wanted to manage your ads, you can connect Meta Ads. Okay, hope that makes sense. So he's going to go through and you're going to search for things, or you can just go through like the top connectors and you're literally just going to go like, let's just say for example, I want to connect Higgsfield. He's going to go plus. And it's going to open up a new screen. I'm not sure if you can see the new screen, but it's going to open up a popup. You're just going to log in and then it's just, it's going to be connected from there. So I don't think you'll be able to see it, but yeah, I want you guys, if you haven't, start connecting some stuff and then we're going to get into some prompting. So everyone following along so far? Everyone good? A couple of things I want to just point out of things that you could do as well. You see in here these scheduled tasks. These can be like an— this is like the bare basics of like running AI agents. So for example, this is a couple of things that I've got set up. I have an inbox triage. So every single day my Claude goes through my emails and categorizes my emails into You can set categories that come through and it gives me a summary in my Slack channel of what I've got to do essentially. So if I just go into this just to give you guys some context, this will actually set it up for me. So you can literally just go into scheduled and if you want that, then you can literally just do it for you, which we'll see what it actually comes back at. We'll see if it's any good. I'll just let that do its thing for a second. It'll basically ask you what you want. I'm not actually going to set this up because I've already got one set up, but you get the idea. Some things you can do if you go into Chord Code, where routines, this is where mine live. So let's go into it. So email triage. So this is like my instructions that I've got. So I call my AI agent Nova for some reason. I don't know why, but Nova, Nova sounds cool. I've given all the instructions, all the categories, step 1, step 2, step 3, bucket A, bucket B, blah, blah, blah. So this is where like once you train your AI to be able to do this stuff, you can save it as a routine if you're using Claude Code. Or if you're using like Cowork, you can save it as a skill. If you guys want to have like this type of stuff like AI agents, you'll need to use Cord Code. Okay, so depending on how we go, we might get into some stuff on Cord Code today, but that's just an example of what you can do. A weekly Stripe report, daily Meta Ads report, weekly check-in summary. So for when you guys do check-ins with me, I've got an AI agent that tells You know, me and Scott, who's done check-ins? Aaron's question is, how do you save a skill? You literally just ask Claude to save it as a skill. So once you've trained it, you say, hey, can you save this as a reusable skill? And that's literally it. And then it'll just do it for you. So a lot simpler than probably most people expect.
Okay.
So I'm going to stop sharing and share a different screen now. I wanted to start— I'm going to give you guys heaps of options that you can do because some of you guys might want to use it for content, some of you guys might want to use it for email, some of you guys might want to use it for other things. So I just wanted to give you some prompting that'll get you kind of started, and then I'm going to be here to support while you guys use it. So that's the bare basics of how to actually use Claude. I'm going to go through how you can prompt. Rob's question is, where can we get reliable skills from? You actually download skills from a place called GitHub. I'll share my screen in a second. Where is it? Okay, so GitHub is basically where people, anyone from the internet can upload certain things. So this is my dashboard, but you know, if you, if you wanted to, um, you know, download skills, like for example if I made like some skills that you guys can download, um, you would go to my repo, which is the top 3 positions. So repo, and then you can actually download all my folders in here, which I haven't done for you guys, but I probably will eventually. But as an example, so GitHub is where you can search, you know, different things. So, um, right, let's have a look here. I won't spend too much time on this because it, uh, it can be a bit hit and miss. But if you want to, if you want to download a certain type of skill, you can literally just search in GitHub. So let's have a look. Yes, even these ones, these ones are not that great. I honestly would just build them yourself, to be honest. It'll be better for your individual business, to be honest. Okay, I'm going to share this one here. I'm going to put the link in the chat. This is regarding content to start with. Now, the first thing we're going to do for everyone together is we're going to make your MD file. And don't ask me what it stands for because I actually don't know. But essentially, like, an MD file is where you create a file in your Claude where it can refer back to this document. So you can— so it's always got the context. So it's basically like your brain for your Claude. So as an example, you want to paste like a prompt like this. So, and by the way, before we go too much further in terms of— and I'll share my screen again in a second— how do I actually prompt Claude or Prompt AI is you give it, you give it like the role that you want it to be, then you give it the outcome that you want, then you give it the context, then you give it any resources, and then you ask it what format, or you tell it what format you want it presented back in. So as an example, let's go into detail on like Social media, for example. So you are my brand strategist on building a personal brand. I want to be able to build a personal brand that creates viral content in XYZ niche. I'm going to give you my Instagram to analyze my content. Then I want you to tell me my top, my three pillars that I've got that I have been posting about, or if I haven't got. Consistent pillars. Tell me what 3 pillars I should be posting about for this niche. And then I want you to put that in a Google document for me to review so I can be better. That's an example of a very good prompt. Okay, so the role, the outcome, the context, any resources that you need, and then the type of format that you want it delivered in. I just posted that document in the chat. I'll just share my screen now so you guys can see. But we're gonna build the brain first. So I want you guys to copy this into your Claude, and it's gonna ask you a couple of questions. I'm just gonna put it in. Actually, I can't even put it in the chat, but this copy it from this document, the Google Doc. So you are my brand strategist. I'm a personal trainer, and give it more details in this, right? This is just obviously generic. I train people in person at blah blah blah gym, and I want more clients coming through my Instagram. This is just an example of obviously if you want to do like Facebook or TikTok or whatever, then you know change it. This is just an example. Build me a file called brandbrain.md that we'll use for all of my content. I wanted to cover my ideal local client, my brand voice, my three content pillars, and eight phrases that sound like me. Ask me questions first, one at a time, about my gym, who I train, what makes me different, and my office. Keep going until you've got what you need, and then build, build, build the file and show me. Okay, so this is a perfect, a different type of prompt. I'm just gonna stop sharing so I can see everyone. This is a different type of prompt that's going to get everything out of your head in terms of what you offer, who your niche is. The type of people that you want to go after, the type of demographic. So it always has all the context. So you always want to save this as an MD file. And again, don't ask me what it stands for, but you just want to save this as an MD file so it always has this saved as memory. Okay, so it's going to ask you a bunch of questions on, on that, so it might take a few minutes. Nice little tip as well. When you're using Claude, I'll share the screen again for Claude here. When you're using Claude, highly, highly recommend you guys use the talking, talking thing, because not only will it be able to understand how you talk, but you'll be able to work a lot faster. As well. If you guys want a software that is really good for talking to text, it's called Whisper Flow. You can just use the free version, which is what I use. Whisper Flow, it basically connects to your computer. And if you guys see this, I'm actually just going to press the button on my keyboard and it's going to do text to Talk. So like this. See, I'm just going to talk like this. Then it's going to go into Claude when I stop pressing the button. Okay. Rather than me typing that out, it's going to save me a lot of time. Okay. So I always recommend talking to it. You'll get a lot more stuff done. Okay. I'm just going to go through some of these other things. While you guys are doing that, actually, before I go into that, does anyone need any help so far? Because it's gonna be pretty, pretty much a working session. So you guys gonna do this stuff and I'm just gonna mainly support because most of you guys are pretty, pretty fresh to this type of stuff. So I just wanted to make sure you guys can have some time to play around. So I've got a lot of stuff in here like generating ideas on hooks, scripting reels, building carousels, making a month worth of content, repurposing your content. I've also got some stuff in here about clearing your inbox if your emails are very untidy, how to win back old clients, how to plan your week. That's a really, really good one. What you can send out to like a new client. So different ideas for like onboarding. But in summary here, like any of these things can be relevant for you. But the thing is that if you know how to prompt well, then any type of problem that you've got, you'll be able to get a pretty good response. So just remember when you are prompting, The role, who they are, who you want them to be, the outcome, context, any resources that they need to have access to, and then what type of format you want it delivered in. Has anyone got to the end of getting their brand brain made? Just an idea for some people as well. Once you, or if and when you connect your Facebook and Instagram, you might want to consider maybe having like a weekly report on your analytics, as in new followers, engagement, blah blah blah. You can get an AI agent set up for that. You can't do it on Facebook though. I think it's only Instagram you can do it. Robbie is trying to get the doc up on the laptop. Do you need me to send it somewhere else or something? Just let us know. Yeah, Aaron, you should just be able to use Cowork for this one. If it doesn't let you save the MD file, go into Chord Code. And if you guys are just on the free version, you won't be able to use Claude Code. So I suggest upgrading to the pro version. Okay, cool. Interesting, Aaron. I wasn't— I thought you could use Cowork on the free account. Let me just quickly check. Okay, never mind. You have to have the pro one. Tell us about that. So if that's the case, you could, you could obviously still use Claude to use the, the first function, which is the chat function, which is pretty much the same as ChatGPT, which is fine to brainstorm stuff. It just can't do anything for you. So you can just play around with the Claude chat for now, and then if you like it, you can obviously upgrade. The only difference is obviously if you want it to do anything like make you, make your carousels or actually do stuff for you, then you'll need the pro account. Correct, Rob. So this first prompt here, copy and paste this straight into Codework or Claude Code, whatever you prefer to use, and then it's going to ask you a bunch of questions. To get your— or to get pretty much all the details from you. And then it's going to save that as like an MD file, and then it's going to— it'll save that into its memory. So like, what the other stuff that we're probably going to do today as well after this is, uh, This one here, which is pretty much just getting your ideas on your more how you talk type of thing. Okay, so after you got the brand brain, okay, so this is where you can— there's a couple different ways you can go about this now. The next one for me is more like content ideas and hooks. So now you're gonna say, you're my content strategist using my brand brain MD file. Give me 30 content ideas for my Instagram to bring in local clients spread evenly across my 3 pillars. Or if you don't obviously want local, any type of clients, if you're an online trainer, for example. For each one, give me a short title and a hook that stops the scroll, in brackets, the first 3 seconds. Keep it aimed at beginners, busy people, and anyone who's a bit nervous about the gym. Obviously change that to your ideal client. So if you're just going to copy and paste the next one, or if you want to do more reels, you can copy this one. So like important to understand, you don't have to do exactly what I'm suggesting here. If you got the whole point of this is understanding the right prompting. I'm just using these ones if you want to use these, but you need to understand how to prompt correctly. You just need to tell it to save it as an MD file and then it'll save it in your folder. As long as you tell it to save it, then it'll tell you once it's saved. I want you to make sure you save this as an MD file. So you can refer back to it when we continue talking, or, or when we have different conversations. I want you to refer back to it. The other thing that'll be good for you now— I'm actually just going to make a prompt for you now. Uh, The other thing that'd be good for you guys to set up is actually your brand voice. So if you guys have got like your Gmail connected, connected, what I would suggest you guys do, or if you can connect your Instagram, I would say something along the lines of Hey, I want you to go through the last 30 days of my emails or the last 30 days of my content. Look at my captions or look at how I talk and create a voice guide so you can use that when we are making content together. So basically, you're just trying to train it on how you communicate because there's nothing worse when you know everyone sees like that AI swap where you just you just tell that they've spent no time making it more human and they've just done like the first thing that came through ChatGPT. But you can just tell that it's not the type of language that they would use. So you want to train it on how you talk. And if you guys send a lot of emails, then do it through Gmail. If you post a lot of content and you write your own captions, you just want to give it some context in terms of how you talk or You can just say, and I'm just going to literally type this prompt in the chat. Just posting this in the chat. Uh, so I want you to create a voice guide. I want you to create a voice guide for For us, so you are able to understand how I talk for when we make content. What do you need to know from me to understand how I talk so we can create a voice guide for our memory? That's the prompts you would use for the voice guide. But as everything, like, you just need to give it as much context. As you can. So next, I'm just going to keep going down. And again, if you guys want to just keep playing around, then go for gold. I'm just going to give you guys some other things that you can do. Carousel builder. So again, you're my content strategist using my brand brain. Build me a carousel that people actually save and share. So the reason why you're getting it to refer back to your brand brain is so you don't have to explain who your ideal client is What you offer, etc., etc. First, ask me the topic, then give me the hook for slide one. One clear point per slide, which is six to eight slides with short, punchy text. A last slide that tells them to DM me and the caption. Should be simple enough to throw together in Canva. A prime example of an example, a prime example of how I use AI for my content. Let me give you an idea. So you guys see my content. So these carousels These carousels are made pretty much all through Claude. I'm giving it the photos for the context, but how this is actually happening is I script out all my reels and I just give Claude the script for the reel and it turns it into this carousel. Now the one thing that I've, I've done, I've trained it quite a lot on the types of carousels that I like and the types of carousels that do get a lot more engagement. So I know we're obviously, we might be rushing through a couple of things here, but when you're using Claude in your own time, you want to try and give it some examples of the things that you like. So if there's certain brands, if there's certain videos, if there's certain images that you really like the look of, take a screenshot or send it the link and say, hey, I want you to use this as inspiration. This is the type of content that is, you know, is something that I like that I want to you know, use as inspiration to, to make my own type of content. Because if you guys are doing a lot of reels, which I think a lot of you guys are, if you guys are scripting out those reels, you should be— in theory, you should be able to replicate those as carousels. And the reason why I do this is because people consume content differently. Some people will just watch reels, some people will read carousels because they— that's how they, they enjoy their, their content. So if you're, if you're only going to do reels, for example, then you're only really catering to a certain percentage of the market. If you're only going to do carousels, again, you're only catering to a certain percentage of the market. So how, how I'm able to create quite a lot of content Is because I do, I do obviously the scripting for the reels. Now shoot videos, obviously get the reels, but then I use that exact same work that I've done to then make carousels. Yes, I hope that makes sense. Morning, Brock, as well. Great to see you, champion. What is the Balls deep into Claude. So have you? I'll post the document again. We're just setting up a couple of things with a brand guide. So if you haven't done it yet, copy this into Claude. If you haven't got Claude set up, get Claude. At least get the free account. And then we're just going through bit by bit. Okay, where is everyone up to? Has everyone gone through the social media part of it, or is people wanting to do more like email management or Let us know so I can do some more examples for you. Awesome, Anthony. You got the 30 content ideas already. So what you can do now, uh, 30 content ideas is number 2. 2. So now you've got the 30 content ideas and hooks. So you can either go more in more detail with that. So what you can essentially do, like, if you like it, then sweet. But if you don't like it, you could be like, cool, now I want you to, um, or you can even say something like, and this is what I do sometimes, I say, cool, these are, these are not too bad. How do you think we can make these better? How can we make the hook even better to stop the scroll? Or how can we make it more polarizing? To stop the scroll. Because if you guys, if you guys know, uh, you know, I talk about when you're making hooks, it needs to— like, if you want to stop the scroll, it needs to be like polarizing. It needs to be like, you know, what did that guy just say? Like, what, what is he talking about? It needs to be polarizing to, uh, to get people to stop the scroll. So just depending on if you like the answers, Anthony, then you can go to, you know, scripting out the whole, you know, the whole reel, for example. Otherwise, if you don't like the answers, give it feedback. And this is the thing as well, guys, don't just accept the first response. Give it feedback and then ask it to redo it. Almost never have I accepted the first draft from, from AI. All good, Rob. Okay, cool. So just for the guys watching the recording as well, so Anthony's just saying in here you'll have to go back and forth as it suggests heaps of transformation and don't have too many visual proofs, proof posts, I assume. So, so then you can ask, okay, cool, so if I don't have any, um, if I don't have a lot of transformational photos, what type of content do you think I need to be able to attract my client or my ideal client? This is where you just kind of brainstorm with Claude or with AI to give you like ideas on certain things. James is loving it. Good stuff. Let us know where you're up to, James. To keep us in context, I know we're obviously kind of rushing through a few different options here, but for me, for scripting my reels, even though I've been using AI for a number of years now and I'm very good at prompting, it'll probably still take me a couple of hours to script out really good reels, probably a good at least 45 minutes to an hour. Um, but that, you know, we're going back and forth for quite a while, um, getting, getting the right, like, tone of voice or getting the right, um, you know, content that's relevant. Um, so I encourage you guys, like, don't just take, like, the first, the first thing that, that it spits out. Make sure you give it feedback and always encourage it to make it better. I always say like, hey, if you're my business coach, or if you were the head of content for Meta, what would you do to make this better? Because the reason why you're giving it a role is so it can think like that person. Because if you just tell someone, hey, how can I make this content better? It's got no idea of the type of person that you're trying to become. So that's why you've always gonna give it like the role and the outcome that you want. Cool. Jen's in the process of scripting out a reel. Very nice. And by the way, once you've kind of got like the first reel that like you think you've nailed it, what you can do then is then save that as a skill. So to answer Aaron's question before, you can save that as a skill. And then when you want to make more reels, you can say, hey, use this, use the skill for— and you can call the skill whatever you want. You can call it like a reel builder, a reel scripter, for example, as the skill. You say, hey, use the skills that we've got to build the reel, except this is my idea. Use that, the skill as the template. And this is my idea. And you just talk through it and then it'll put it in a similar, like, similar framework to what you had last time. Now, a little tip for you guys as well to give it even more context. You guys know I've done a lot of training on social media hooks, etc. If you want to add fuel to the fire here, my suggestion is if you go into School, go to the classroom, go to attract. Let's just say you want to do like hooks, the hook builder. Go to advanced hook engineering. Go to the workbook. File, download, download it as a PDF. Give that to Claude. And say, I want you to analyze the slides from my mentor's training on advanced hook engineering, and I want you to use the framework that my mentor uses and tell me all these different hooks that we can use— the text hook, the visual hook, the spoken hook, the caption hook, the audio hook— and I want you to make my content better. Okay, so you use my stuff to your advantage. For what, Anthony? For the training. Yep. Uh, if you guys want to use the hook engineering, there's the Canva link. Otherwise, um, for future reference as well, if you want to use any of the other trainings as context, you just go into the classroom. Any type of training that we've got, um, there's always a workbook, all the slides attached at the bottom. Heaps of stuff on social media, um, Instagram that you guys can use as context. They don't have any questions, by the way. I wanted to, um, spend a little bit of time on questions as well because I know you guys are still relatively new to AI and stuff. The other one that I'll upload after today, actually, I'm not gonna do that one. Okay, drop the questions in the chat. Scott, my code is going off. 3 hours of building systems with Zapier and Everfin, absolutely killing it. Can you tell us, Scott, what it's actually doing, either in the chat or you can unmute and just talk us through it, just so we know what's possible, if you don't mind? You there, Scott? Oh, here we go. I'll read it out for the— for everyone. Data collection into separate files and giving me evidence and research behind all decisions I'm making. Or updates. Can you, can you unmute and just explain a bit more? Or are you like in a session or something? Like, what type of data are you trying to find? What's the outcome? I want to know the outcome that you want.
Can you hear me?
Yeah, mate.
It's in a bit of a red-hot environment that I shouldn't really be talking about too much stuff, but just all individualized client data so that I can improve the way that my online coaching side of things is going. Like alongside with, with the hybrid stuff. Because the session stuff, like I'm confident that I'm doing and smashing, but the online side of things is something that I feel like I sort of let down a little bit with. So just making sure that all those systems and everything is killing it.
Cool.
Awesome. Thanks, mate. Um, and one thing for everyone here as well, um, use, use Claude to just brainstorm your biggest challenges, um, that you've got. So if, if it is client retention, uh, if it is, you know, objection handling, literally you could record your consult and upload it to, um, Claude and get it to give feedback. Like, of course you can send them to us as well, but But if you want instant feedback, you can literally just upload it straight to Chord. Prime example of what I'm doing right now. So I do all my sales calls on Zoom, so everything's recorded through Fathom, and I've got an AI agent, which is a sales coach. I call him a sales coach. And automatically, once the recording's done and it lands in my inbox, it goes through the prompt that I've given it. to analyze the transcript and match it to my sales script, that sales script that I've got. And it coaches me. It gives me a rating on my rapport, gives me a rating on following the script, gives me a rating on the discovery process, gives me the rating on how I pitch, gives me a rating on objection handling, and it tells me like improvements. So that happens automatically, uh, every single time. So I would just, for you guys, like every single week I would be spending, you know, a couple of hours a week just going through what's your biggest problems that you've got? What's the biggest challenges you've got? And just brainstorm, hey, how do you think I can get through this? Or how do you think I could sign more clients? Or how do you think I could grow my social media a little bit more? This is the data. What are you seeing? Like as a social media expert, what do you think I should be doing to improve here? And it doesn't necessarily mean you need to do everything that it says. You know, bring that back to us and we can give you some more tailored guidance. But getting it out of your head and getting some different perspective is always good. And then you can identify like, cool, you know, maybe there's a repetitive task that you guys aren't doing that you could be doing. So I can almost guarantee you guys, none of you guys are reviewing your consults because almost none of you are recording them to start with. And unless you send it to us or brainstorm with us, I'd say majority of you guys aren't getting any feedback from your consultation process. All right, we've got 9 minutes left. Who's got questions? You guys should be lining up for questions with AI. Who's got questions? I've got a question. Well, everyone's just balls deep into using Claude. Rob, fire away.
Yeah, hello everybody. My one's probably very specific because it's to do with EverFit, so I don't know if Scott has the time or the opportunity to answer it today, but are you creating skills in Claude specifically to work within EverFit, or are you just asking it to co-work and do just like back and forth?
So I've got Zapier with some automated stuff that goes to files from new client signups, which is the only thing that Zapier can do automation-wise on that end. And then I've got, and then I've got skills that I'm weekly grab all data, workouts, exercises that they've done, progressions, nutrition, habits, tasks, all that sort of stuff. And creating weekly data gathered for me on a Sunday, which I'll then review. I get it then to create a program update if need be, or where they're sitting, sort of advice around that. And then all I have to do if I want to, or if I feel that it needs to be done, is click approve and it'll update it for me.
So it's doing that via a Chrome extension.
So you got Yeah.
You've got your skill and then, yeah, you go into that particular skill track and then what? So it's just a, it's just your Claude Chrome extension.
Yeah.
Yeah. ForeverFit integration. But it's, it can only do data collection and then it can do like into it, into a spreadsheet kind of thing. And then it can analyze, analyze what's going on there. Through my, I've got a programming skill. I've got a nutrition skill. I've got progression skill.
Yeah.
All that sort of stuff. And then it goes off my, it goes off my training methods to analyze the data and come up with what's best for the next phase. Then all I do is I have to press approve and it does it. It's automated.
Okay. Cool. And so These, these skills that you're using, you— is it like what we're doing now with the Brand Brain, Matt?
Yeah, kind of. Yeah, yeah. Through, um, I went through Code on that one.
Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. So you went through Code, created a skill through there to do with programming, nutrition, all of that.
Yeah. Yeah.
Okay, cool.
Um, oh, sorry, you guys got—
no, no, no, you go.
I was gonna say, like, to everyone, um, if you guys are wanting to do anything with, like, uh, programming software, more than likely you won't be able to get an API, which you won't be able to, um, get it to connect on the back end, um, like you would if you had, like, um, uh, like the connectors that we had, like with Stripe, Google Calendar, etc., that's through an API, which is just like a connecting code. Um, so you will either have to use Chrome extension like Scott was talking about, which you do directly through Claude, but you'll have to kind of be at the computer for that. Um, otherwise you can use different softwares like Zapier, which Scott was talking about, Another option could be N8N. So N8N, I'll put that in the chat, can also do some things with automations as well. But one thing to note that Scott was saying, he spent a lot of time training his AI on making those skills so it knows how he programs, how he does nutrition, how he— his philosophies type of thing. So he's put a lot of work into that. I just wanted to make that—
you gotta make it personal for sure. As far as NA and at any, though, Zapier is the only one that goes into EverFit, Rob. And Chrome extension, obviously.
Yeah, got it. Thank you.
To answer Aaron's question, the question was, do you think he could use Claude to look at the programs on Google Sheets and create some EverFit templates? 100%. You could even get, uh, all good, Perry. You could even get Claude to update your Google Sheet with the new program if you like. Uh, it completely integrates with anything to do with Google, um, so Google Docs, Google Sheets. So Liam, I know you do Google Sheets, uh, you could literally get Claude to make your entire program, uh, if you really wanted. You obviously just need to train it on what or how you want it to look, you can literally just upload an example and say, hey, this is an example of what it should look like. I want you to practice on this and make a new 6-week program. Keeping in mind, this is what I think, blah blah blah. Tell me what you would do. And then if you're happy, then say cool, update the program. And if you're not happy, obviously just go back and forth, train it. And then you can then say, hey, look, now that you know how my brand works in terms of programming, I want you to make this a reusable skill that we can use ongoing. Scott?
I forgot what I was going to say.
Love that.
All good.
Let us know if it comes back to you.
Um, just a real quick one. So if I've created this BrandBrain MD file and a voice guide MD file, Do we save them on a file and then put them back into Claude, like load them? No, they just— they're in there.
Let me, let me explain. Probably don't need to explain this.
Yeah, I might have missed that earlier. Sorry.
That's all right. Let me go back into my Claude. So, actually, I think you might have come in a little bit later. So everyone needs to understand Claude operates in your folders. So basically you need to give it a folder to work out of and Claude will save everything into that folder. So as long as you're still working inside that folder, it knows about it. So for example, let's go into my Claude code, for example. So I use that a little bit more. Let's go. So basically, when you start, when you start a new like chat with Cowork or Claude Code, you need to allocate a folder to work out of. This is probably easier to explain in Claude Coworks, to be honest. So you're going to add a folder. So I'm just going to call mine work. And let's go. Boom. And let's just say you want to save it in here and you're going to create a new folder. And by the way, I'm just doing this manually, but you could literally say, hey, create a folder for me to save all my MD files in as an example. So you can save this as like MD file. Uh, yeah, I'm just going to allow it. So you can see now it's, it's working out of users, Matt D, work, MD. So it's working in that folder. Okay, so I can literally go save my MD files into this folder as an example. So Claude works in your folders, not in your computer. So my suggestion is, if you haven't already, get Claude to make you guys a folder. to work out of, and you can just call it your business name if you like, or call it work. But as long as you're working out of that folder, Rob, it'll have that in their memory, so you don't have to attach it each time.
Okay, cool. Um, I'm just in code now, and it's, yeah, saying to install Git. So Git for Windows is required to run local sessions.
GitHub or Git?
Just Git.
I don't know what Git is. I know what GitHub is.
Maybe, you know, I'll just download it.
Who cares? Just do what it says.
It says, it says, yeah, get Git for Windows.
Okay, maybe you need it in the background to to run it. I might have got Git as well, who knows.
Uh, man, I'm just about to download the fucking Epstein files on my laptop.
I've got Git as well, don't worry. I've got Git, so it's okay. You're safe. All right, um, I probably just forgot about that because I've had Claude Code for so long. Um, but, uh, yeah, basically In summary, to answer your question, Rob, anything that you save as like a skill or a file, as long as you're working in that folder, you never have to re-upload it. And a lot of the time, especially if you're in like Claude Code, it'll say— it'll literally just prompt itself and be like, cool, I'm gonna read the MD file and your voice guide so I know you know, how to, how to do it. It'll just do it. You don't have to be like, hey, make sure you, you know, make sure you understand who my ideal client is. I literally, like, for me, because obviously I've trained it on both my businesses, I just say, hey, look, we're going to talk about the Leveraged CEO now, or hey, I'm going to talk about PT Mastery, and it knows, like, cool, I need to go through to that file so I know what PT Mastery is. That makes sense. So it's like, it's, it's not stupid, but as long as you're still in that file, Or in that folder, sorry. You never have to, um, you never have to like re-upload that. All right, last couple of questions, then I've, I've gotta, gotta get going. Um, is that an issue if we work on a PC and laptop that has different hard drives? Um, good question. Uh, I would say there could be an issue because Claude works in the folders. Sorry, and I don't know if there's a way to, uh, share that. That's a good question, Aaron. I'm actually not 100% sure because I've only ever done it on my laptop. I think there would be some issues because it works in the folder. If anyone's good at IT, that would be good to, to know about. Let's just do a quick, uh—
I'm not amazing at IT, but I'd imagine like if you set up a network drive that all your devices could access, so like a NAS, something like that that has Wi-Fi, that just sits in your house connected to Wi-Fi, then all your devices can access that. And if the folder was on that, then Claude could just read that. So I know that my wife's company that she works for, that basically just have like a cloud and it's educated on their product, and Claude knows everything about that product. So when anyone of the staff members has to ask something about education to let one of the clients know about the product, Claude knows.
There you go. Otherwise, Aaron, I would just ask Claude, say, is it going to be an issue if I work on a PC and a laptop? And if that is, what's the solution to make sure I can, uh, that there's no issues with communication? Good question though. I actually got no idea how to solve that. So thanks, Brock. I'm glad you're here. All right, I've got one more minute and then I've got to run. Any last minute questions? Everyone good? Cool. Okay. Next week we got the big Jason. Jason's doing a client hot seat with us. Gonna show us how he's able to consistently get to, uh, or consistently bring in $20K a month in his, uh, business. And he just freshly moved Gyms2World Gym. So I know, Liam, you're possibly looking at moving gyms, so it'd be good for you to see how that transition has gone with a business at his scale. So excited for that one, team. So come, uh, come prepared with some questions, and I'll see you guys, uh, I'll see you guys obviously, uh, next week. Enjoy the weekend. See you later. Bye-bye.
