This is a YouTube video titled "😮Client Results 😮 #pt #personaltrainer #clientwins" containing an English conversation recorded in March 2025. The dialogue features Matt Dart and another speaker discussing the financial growth and operational improvements of a personal training business, focusing on sales, systems, and payment setups.
Two months now. I reckon since I've, since I've gone full time and sort of turned it around from that six to $800 a week to now close to 2500, that's.
Almost four times the amount of money you were making. Obviously, it's a big difference when you can obviously work full time in PT versus doing part time, of course. But what's been some of the biggest things that have made the biggest impact? Is it the systems? Is it the marketing? Is it sales? Like, what's been the biggest thing for you to make that growth?
Sales and systems? A lot of it was around like payment setup and stripe and stuff. So I had, I had people all over the place that were, that were paying in different times and all sorts of stuff. So getting, getting everything into, you know, a couple of brackets rather than how spread out I was at the start.
