Our second round of hiring for this year. So I think the first thing everyone needs to identify is what their company values are. And this is something that we're very blunt with on the front end. And whether or not you choose to put this actually in your ad itself to kind of attract or deter different people, that's one thing. But I think when it comes to the phone call initially and the face to face, that's, that's what you got to, you know, really be very vocal about. So for us it's really three key things. First thing in terms of values is communication is as important as the heartbeat, meaning when you stop communication, blood flow to the heart stops. And so the first thing that we care about the most is attention to detail. It's in terms of communication across all teams. So if someone is writing notes in our software, if someone is asking for response via WhatsApp, if we're waiting for a phone call.
