A trainer converted a client from separate face-to-face and online coaching into a hybrid model: one PT session plus online coaching for $99/week instead of $65 plus $45/week. The result was higher revenue per client, better outcomes from the added structure, and better ROI on trainer time.

I just wanted to quickly share a case study that I've been doing with one of my clients when we moved them from a face to face personal training model to a hybrid model. And let me just explain what that looks like. Face to face PT sessions, that's the say, for example, they were charging $65 per session and then they had an online coaching model where they were charging $45 a week. What was happening is for people that were doing face to face sessions, they were getting the online coaching aspect as well, but they were getting it for free. So what was happening is, realistically, they were getting online coaching plus face to face sessions for $65 a week. So what we actually decided to do is we actually combined them to be a hybrid coaching model. So what that looked like is the baseline model is everyone gets online coaching and PT sessions are on top of that. So what that means is essentially doing one session a week, but they're charging $99 a week for hybrid coaching, which is the face to face session, which is your time, plus the online coaching, which is the structure and accountability on top of that. So once you actually transform that, what happens is your cost per client, what they're spending with you, dramatically increases. And then what happens as well? Your clients are going to get better results because they're paying more, they have more structure, more accountability, but more importantly for you, you're getting a greater return on investment of your time. So this is just an example of what we did for one of our clients recently. And we actually told a lot of our clients about this. And a lot of them, a lot of them upgraded to the, to the better option because it's a better option for them. And people that have the disposable income are happy to pay the extra for the better service and the better quality. So if this was valuable, drop me a comment. Say hybrid and I'm going to show you exactly how you can do it in your business as well.
