The main question that you want to make sure that you're paying really close attention to is the five core values. You need to make sure your core values are aligned, because otherwise it's not going to work long term. There's a reason why, and fingers crossed, both my VAs have not left. In a pretty common, common industry where virtual assistants, you move around a little bit, but you want to find a virtual assistant that's going to go above and beyond and are genuinely interested in your specific role offer for your ad, take into consideration their portfolio, and then you can also look at their profile. So once you go to their profile, it'll tell you what they're looking for, a brief description of their profile, and go through their top skills. So with that taken into account, you narrow down to five.
