Matt from Magnum Fitness explains foam rolling, a self-massage technique that loosens tight muscles and smooths knots to improve mobility and aid recovery. He positions it alongside static and dynamic stretching as part of a complete routine.
Hello, ladies and gentlemen, Matt here from Magnum Fitness. In this video we're going to be talking about foam rolling. So very briefly. So foam rolling is a form of massage that you can do to loosen or loosen your tight muscles to help improve your mobility. So using a foam roller helps smooth out knots in all your muscle groups which can get in the way of your range of motion as well. Well, now with the foam rolling, I am going to do a tutorial for you guys. So it's not uploaded just yet, but when it is uploaded I will let you know in the VIP members area. So make sure you are in that page. But it is great for recovery. So you use foam rolling as an extra bit of stretching. Still, you do your static stretching at the end of a workout and your dynamic stretching when you are working out. But the stone rolling is a little bit more advanced. So I'll do a tutorial for you guys and once that's uploaded I will let you guys know in the VIP area. Cheers guys.
