A coach can be fully booked with one-on-one sessions and still underearn because in-person work has a hard ceiling on revenue. The answer isn't going fully online, but a hybrid model: keep some face-to-face work and add online, outcome-based coaching with structured check-ins. Clients pay for results, not hours.

I'm fully booked, but I'm not making enough. How does that make sense? Because sessions cap your income. Your income has a ceiling with doing face-to-face sessions. So I should go online? Online only is actually harder than you think. What you should be doing is a hybrid model. Define hybrid in normal person terms. So what hybrid is, it's a combination of face-to-face and online, so you can still scale your business quite high, but you're still getting that face-to-face impact that you want. So instead of 2 sessions a week, I sell coaching? So it's the outcome-based training, it's the check-ins, the structure, the support, and accountability to get them the results that they need. Will clients actually pay for that? Clients pay for certainty. Coaching is just one aspect that people pay for the actual result you get them, which is the coaching. I stopped being the session vendor and become the guy. If you want the exact hybrid structure that works for your business, comment the word hybrid and I'll see if I can help.
