Let me tell you the test you need to do to know if it's a business or if it's a job. Number 1, you need to turn your phone off for 2 weeks, and if the business still runs fine, then that's a business. If it doesn't and you have to check things manually or approve tasks, then it's just a high-paying job. What you need is 2 things. You need AI to help you automate and delegate the tasks, and you need SOPs for your team to follow so they don't get stuck and they don't need to worry about you having to approve everything for them. When these 3 things are installed, the kids stop noticing and you become more present with your family. If you wanna know exactly how to do this, comment the word AI and I'll see if I can help.
