Okay. So, team, the workbook is in the chat. I'll do it one more time because it didn't go through. If you want to start, or if you want to make notes on the workbook, which there's plenty of space to do so, like so, you need to make a copy. So go File, Make Copy, and then you'll be able to edit your own version. Okay. So we're gonna get stuck in. So we've got 20 people on here live, which is awesome. Just in the chat, just the yes if you're ready to get started. We're gonna go through what's working right now in the industry. And once everyone is ready to rock and roll, we'll get stuck into it. Awesome. Alrighty. I'm gonna put everyone on the side so I can still see everyone. Okay, firstly, let's go through the, um, agenda. So first up, uh, you're going to be spending a lot of time with me, um, for the first half of today. Um, so I'm going to go through what's working right now across, um, PC Marketing clients. Um, so let's— what's working in terms of attracting leads, converting people, and the delivery in terms of your service. Um, we're going to go through the overview of today, which I'm going to go through right now. Then I'm gonna go through the boosted post system, which I'm gonna show you guys how you can spend $50 or $5 to $50 per day to literally just print money in your business, turn $250 into $1,200 pretty much day in, day out. We're gonna go for a small break at 11:15 my time to 11:30. Then we're gonna have a guest speaker, Brad Bedford. He's done over $15 million in sales and $5 million in sales from personal training. He's gonna go through the sales conversion engine. Then we're gonna go through some client wins and highlights. Actually, I'll see who's on the call that we're gonna give a shout out today. Madeline, you're getting an award today from me. Super exciting. Scott as well. Who else we got on here? I can't see everyone, but essentially if anyone's leveled up in terms of income in our brackets today, you guys will get a certificate. I'll send you out an award, like a trophy and stuff. But we've got a big one today. Scott, good old Scott. I'm gonna mention Scott a few times today, but he's gonna get an award today for hitting $20K a month for the last 2 months in a row. So he's been in our program for those who don't know. He started at $2K per month. Now he's doing $20K per month at a bare minimum. So we're gonna go through some milestones and then Scott's gonna take us through the client lifetime multiplier. He's an absolute wizard at retention. So he's gonna run through what he does in his business to make sure he retains his clients. So that's today. Yeah, Scott's a freaking legend. If you guys I haven't seen Scott in the chat. There's heaps of love in the chat for you, Scott. I'll get some other people joining as well. Okay, other people joining. Okay, day 2 is we've got another guest speaker, Paul Meldrum. He's gonna go through the behavior change framework. So how you can stop procrastination in both your business and also your clients. Who's got clients that, that is whatever you do, they just don't freaking do anything or they don't change. Who's got clients like that? Because I got plenty of them, got plenty of those type of clients. So we're going to go through the behavior change framework on how you can get your clients to change, but also how you can get yourself to stop procrastinating as well. I'll have a bit of a Q&A with Paul as well, uh, then we'll have a small break, we'll get some biggest takeaways and aha moments, and then we go through the 6-week planning session at the end of tomorrow with me. So that's the agenda. I'm not gonna go through this. You guys can read through this later. These are our lovely guest speakers. And let's go through what's working right now. So if you guys are new here, we do this kind of at the start of every single event in terms of what's working, what has been working, what's working right now, what's gonna work in in the future. So you guys get a bit of an understanding of what's happening right this second. So what we're gonna do, we're gonna, I'm gonna go through what's working for me. Now, just so you guys know, I'm gonna base this mainly off social media and marketing. If you're in a commercial, commercial gym, like Anytime Fitness, Snap Fitness, those type of clubs, Good Life, The stuff that we already teach is still working very, very, very, very, very well. The stuff that I'm gonna go through right now is if you wanna optimize that on the social media side of things, or if you want more leads without having to utilize the gym's database and that type of stuff. So I've got a couple of notes here that I'm gonna go through. And then in a second, after I go through my stuff, we're gonna go into what we call breakout rooms. Which is going to be 3 or 4 people in each one. And you guys are going to share your number 1 thing that's working for you guys right now, whether it's under attract, which is lead generation, whether it's under converting people, which is sales-based, or your delivery in terms of retention, pricing, that type of stuff. So while I'm doing this, I want you guys to write down your number 1, your number 1 thing that you, or what's really working for you right now. So we can collaborate and share with other people. Because just because it's working for me doesn't mean other people don't have also some golden nuggets as well. And also, just while— before I think about it, I'm just going to mute everyone if that's okay with you guys, just to make sure being productive. Okay. So in terms of attract, What has been happening previously or what I've been working on previously in terms of like marketing side of things is a lot of lead magnets. So lead magnets are essentially you would give something away for free in exchange for contact details. Just in the chat, who's actually, well, has experience with doing like lead magnets? So you could do like a calorie calculator, you could give away like a free generic program, you could give away, you know, whatever. A lead magnet, and then you're actually calling people once they put in their details. Is anyone actually doing that? If not, it's completely fine. I'm just kind of curious. So that's what has been happening in the last like 6 months or so. What's working really, really well right now is DM ads and also workshops or seminars. So whether, whether you're face-to-face or online, you guys can capitalize this on, on on social media. So DM ads essentially meaning you're gonna put up an ad for, you know, whatever, you know, free calorie calculator to work out your macros, for example. Someone's gonna respond to that ad and have a conversation with you in the DMs. That is working very, very well right now. My next presentation that I'm gonna go through in probably about 20 minutes or so, I'm gonna show you guys how you can use boosted posts to do pretty much the same thing. To generate new, new followers, new audience, turn them into conversations, and then turn them into clients. The DNIs are working really, really well because people aren't wanting to be called as much anymore. Has anyone noticed this? That, has anyone seen the thing on their phones where it gives them the option to screen the call? Has anyone seen that? So you can basically Has anyone seen that in the chat or just me? Yeah, very annoying. Yeah. So what's actually working right now is actually doing DM ads. So instead of like, and this is like, if you're not running ads right now, obviously don't worry about this. But if you guys want to more go online or if you want more leads for your face-to-face business, you know, paid ads are the way to go. But a lot of people are like, a lot of people just do not want to talk to people for whatever reason, which is fine. So having conversations in DMs are the way to go because then they can also check out your profile. And if your profile and your content is set up correctly, then you can nurture those leads to trust you and like you and then eventually buy. So I'm seeing a big shift in terms of we're kind of going away from like cold calling people and having more conversations in DMs. The other thing that's working really, really well right now is workshops like this. This is not like a workshop per se, but like running like a 60-minute, 90-minute workshop specifically targeting a certain person and then kind of upselling them to book in with you one-on-one from there. So that's where I feel like it's, it's going. And I'm actually just going to type these in here while we, while we go along so you guys can see the visual. Okay. So that's a little bit what's working for me right now. In the chat for you guys, just one thing, what's working really, really well for you right now in terms of marketing or lead generation? Just in the chat while I write these in. What's one thing that's working for you guys right now? Clint's freaking crushing it with Meta ads, just printing money. Who wants to print money? Who likes the idea of printing money? I'm all for it. The giveaway is doing well for Perry. Yes, they always perform. Lee's having good, good success with text conversations, consistently posting on social media. Yeah, cool. Social media, client referrals, awesome. Okay, bit of a mixture there. Beta launch, yes, beta launch. Always does good as well if followed correctly. Okay. So in terms of conversion, I'm just gonna go through the convert stuff right now. So what has been happening, and this is similar to what I said before about attract, is what has been happening is you get a lead and you call them. I've actually stopped calling people. So I actually don't even call a single lead anymore. Might contradict myself because I tell other people to call people all the time, but I've actually stopped calling people. I actually use like an AI bot to text people, which gets more interaction than me actually calling them. So not something that you guys necessarily need to worry about right this second. However, it's something that is going to get better and better as AI gets even better. So just something to, to consider. Uh, again, what's working really, really, really, really well for conversions is DM convos. Um, without fail, every single month we're getting 5 new clients from organic DMs. So client— if you guys are clients of mine, um, the Organic Lead Engine, that specific training is exactly what is working right now. Okay, so if you guys aren't following that, Yeah, you're missing out. Where it's going is, I think it's going to go to sell to many, which is going to be selling on workshops. So for the guys that are face-to-face, um, hold on, Josh, I'm just going to mute you for a second. Um, you're face-to-face running workshops, seminars in the gym. If you're online, obviously do it in a virtual space like we are. Right this second. I feel like that's gonna go very, very well over the next 6 months or so. Okay, now let's talk about delivery. Now while I'm talking about delivery, in the chat, conversion, what's working really, really well for you guys right now in terms of conversions? What's working good? Is it a contact plus PT session? Is it Um, maybe your objection handling is going super, super, super well right now. In the chat, what's one thing that's working really, really well for you in terms of conversion? Gary, new trainers. Yes. Consult and fitness assessment. Love it. Health and fitness assessments. Awesome. Love it. Cool. Consult session, then close. Yeah. Structure of consults. Yeah, objection handling. Boom. I noticed this is pretty much all my clients in the chat right now, which is awesome. Some of the guest, guest people, make sure you guys are in the chat as well. I get you guys aren't paying for this, but the more you put in, the more you're going to get out of it. Okay, let's go through the delivery. So previously, especially in PT Marshall, you guys would have noticed a bit of a shift over the last 3 months or so. It used to be all me. It used to be all me doing pretty much everything. Now we've got me, we've got Scott, which is freaking epic. We love having Scott here. We've got, and I'm sure you guys don't mind me sharing this, but I think it's really important and my mentors do the same thing, is actually what's working for their business right now. I think it's also good to be open and honest in terms of where things are at and where things are, where things are going. So I'm going to give you guys some context in terms of what I'm working on right now and then where I think it's going to go in terms of what, where PT Mastery is, is headed. Um, so where is that right now? So we've got, we've got me, we've got Scott, uh, we've also got Jason, which some of you don't even know who Jason is, but Jason, um, does a lot of systems for me backend stuff, admin type of stuff. He's actually also a PT, and he used to have his own gyms as well. And then we've got 3 VAs. So I've got 1 VA specifically for content creation. I've got 1 VA specifically for video editing, and I've got another VA just for general admin tasks. So we're getting pretty decent size through 3 VAs. Start bus Jason. Now some of you guys are also playing around with, with VAs right now. Now where I see it's going is AI is getting very, very, very, very, very good very, very quickly. So yeah, Joel, 100%. Can you hear more about the VA content creation? Overwhelming creating content. Yes, 100%. So, you know, we can obviously show you how you can get your own VA and stuff. We, we teach that with a bunch of our clients. Where it's gonna go is AI is pretty much gonna take over a lot of VA roles, in my opinion. Because, and this is, you'll probably already start seeing this yourself, is AI can make some pretty decent content. If you guys follow me, you'll see some, some AI carousels which are actually popping off better than like my content. But also AI can schedule posts now, they can do video editing, they can do general tasks. So long term, I feel like, like there's gonna be some businesses that are doing like $10 million, $100 million working just, just them and some AI bots. So I did a podcast about this the other day about 80% of personal trainers are about to get left behind with AI because if you guys are just doing like programming, nutrition, and check-ins, like AI can already do that. So if you're, if you're not, you know, learning how to change someone's behavior, build human connection, build proper relationships, then you're just gonna get left behind with AI because, you know, and I've used AI to do some programming and stuff as well. It's pretty good. It's pretty good. So with nutrition, and you know what can actually happen now is AI can go in and just analyze all your clients' data like that, 30 seconds to a minute. It can tell you exactly what's happening, can give you some draft feedback on what it thinks, um, what it thinks you should do to this, um, client to get them on track, or blah blah blah. So if you guys are only relying on programming nutrition check-ins, uh, you guys need to level up in terms of how you get clients results, because it's not just about, you know, helping them lose weight or whatever. It's around like mindset shifts, behavior change in all aspects of their life, recovery, all that type of stuff. You guys need to start thinking about overall wellness and building connections with your clients. Like, you want to— because it's like with all this AI stuff that's happening, people are just going to crave human connection over anything else. So I think like online trainers are going to have a difficult time because there's not a whole lot of connection in your online coaching. So if you're doing online PT and you don't have a lot of touch points with your clients, then now's probably gonna be a good time to, to start to, to do that. Face to face, I think you guys won't really be too affected too much because they obviously, they come into the gym and see you, they, they talk to you. But something to consider. I think, I think AI is going to be a bit of a game changer. Has anyone, has anyone heard of OpenCore or Multicore? Anyone heard of that? Yes or no? In the chat. Or does anyone actually keep up with the AI stuff? OpenCore is basically like an AI employee personal assistant that can actually, actually do stuff for you. So previously, like ChatGPT, Manus, Claude, they can, uh, whoops, sorry, Brock, I just accidentally asked you to unmute. Sorry, mate. Um, previously, um, you would just brainstorm things and then you would have to go do the task. Now AI can just do the task for you. Prime example, AI can actually make ads for you as well. They can also check into flights for you. They can also go buy groceries for you. It's already happening. Okay? So that's what's happening in our world. So now what we're gonna do, we're gonna go into some breakouts. So if you don't know what breakouts mean, essentially I'm gonna pair you guys in a group of like 3 or 4 people. We're just gonna have, it's gonna be 5 minutes in total because then I'm gonna go on to my next topic. 5 minutes in total and you're gonna share the number one thing that's working for you guys right now, whether it's attracting leads, whether it's converting clients, whether it's delivery. So it's just gonna be one thing. So the, the way I wanna do it is you're gonna be in groups of 4. I'm actually going to stop sharing for a second so I can see everyone. Oh, now I can see everyone. Now good. Okay, so I'm going to put you guys in groups of 4, and I want you guys to go through just the number one thing, um, number one thing that's working for you guys right now and share. So it's going to be like a 1 minute per person. All I want you guys to do is introduce yourself, to say, hey, my name is Matt, I'm from Anytime Fitness, this is the number one thing that's working for me right now. Even 30 seconds each. Once you're done, just come back to the main room, and then we'll get on to the next topic. So I'm gonna automatically assign you guys. Does everyone know what we're doing? Just put a yes in the chat if you understand. So introduce yourself and say the number one thing that's working for you guys right now. Cool. All right, breakout rooms. I'm going to do assign automatically. All right, you guys should go into breakout rooms automatically. See you in a second. And for the ones that are staying with me, I think it's me, Brock, and Scott. Never mind. So for the ones still here with me, Dale, so you won't be able to join breakout, so you're listening at work. Okay, cool. You can just hang out with me if you want. All that happens is you just go, you still stay in Zoom. You just go to a separate screen and you'll just be in that group of those, you know, 3 or 4 people. And then yeah, you basically just come back to Zoom. But if you want, because it's just gonna be you, you can let me know what the number one thing that's working for you right now. So if you're listening at work, probably just put it in the chat. What's the number one thing that's working for you right now? I don't fear you. I live in your home and I laugh. Except your bullets and your broken path. Well, I can't hear you. Oh, I don't fear you now. Oh, I'm in your regret. What'll be— Good stuff. So yeah, this stuff will be Yeah, might be a little bit overwhelming, all the stuff that we're going to cover today, but yeah, just make sure you ask questions if everything— if anything gets a little bit confusing. When do you finish your course, by the way? Scott's back. Scott, did you already finish? Yeah, easy. All right, sweet. A few people start coming back now. Beautiful. Welcome back, team. Awesome stuff. All right, I'll just wait for the other ones to come back. Most of the other guys are still in their, their room. All right, I'm going to give these guys about a minute and then we'll start the next part. I'm just going to put some music on. You guys hear that? Did hear it when you first turned it on, but it's not there now. All right, okay. Yeah, I was gonna say it started and then it stopped. What about now? No, love that. Bit of a silent disco there, Matt. You only had one job today, mate. There it is. Oh no, it's gone again. I'm trying to do it so it doesn't actually share the Spotify screen. Yeah, I'm gonna have to think, I'm gonna have to get someone else to jump on and kind of just be on the Zoom just to do this music stuff in breakout rooms. Because got a fair few people in here to manage and I've got freaking people trying to get into the Zoom link, like people that are late. I'm like, oh, fuck. And then someone called me saying, oh, let me into the Zoom. I was like, oh, Jesus Christ. I'm trying to teach. But all is good. All right, I'm going to close these rooms so everyone starts to come back. How good is Zoom that you can do breakout rooms? I'm waiting for school to be able to do that. Ah, Jessica, the little one with you. How good. That's so good. He's eating all the wipes. Love it. Good stuff. Thanks for joining. Jump it on while you've got the, uh, the children at home. Um, okay, everyone will start to come back now, I believe. Close in 30 seconds. Um, while we wait for these guys, because they'll be all coming back in about 20-odd seconds now, um, from that exercise, what was the one thing that you learned or maybe could try based on either the stuff that I was talking about or the stuff that you heard from the other people and what's working for them? So just in the chat, What was the number one thing that you could possibly take back into your business that you could possibly try or you could go all in on? Scott says ads. Matt says Google Ads. Oh, nice. I haven't actually done too much from Google Ads. Reels. Yeah, love it. Awesome. Everyone's back. Here we go. Welcome back, team. We're just in the chats. I think everyone's back. In the chat, what was the number one takeaway from that exercise, whether it was from my stuff or from someone else that you just, just met. We've just got a couple things in the chat in terms of number one things that you guys could either work more on or start doing yourself. So we've got ads, Google Ads, and Reels. Anything else in there that you guys got to take away from Meta ads? Getting better at converting from sales, some sales meetings. Cool. Yeah, we're gonna go through some ad stuff in a second. Yeah, awesome. Cool team.
