If I knew about a hybrid model years ago, I would have saved myself hundreds and hundreds of thousands of dollars. Prime example, with PTS coming up to Christmas time, most PTS lose 50% of their income because either they go away, clients go away, or whatever, but if you had a hybrid model, or even just a standard online model that you were running, you'd keep 80, 90% of your income. Like you, we always have some people just not training over holidays, which is fine, but, you know, it gives you more stability, especially with having a family as well.
