Personal trainers can move clients online in three steps: ask permission to discuss it, find out what they want in an online program, and offer a low-risk trial period they can exit if it doesn't work.
Alrighty, team. I'm having so many people ask me how to actually transition from face to face to online personal training. It's the three step process. First thing, ask permission for your clients. If they're open to something different and open to change, that's all you want to talk to them about. Number two, ask them what they would like included if there was an online service that becomes available. So we give you feedback. Step three, give them an option to go back to normal if it doesn't work out. So make it less risk, meaning say, hey, look, let's just try for three months. If it doesn't work out, we'll go back to how it was before. Super simple.
