You know, I was actually reflecting on my performance in 2024 and the one thing I did realize, and it's pretty eye opening when you think about it, the one decision to invest in a mentor, the one decision to go all in in your business. The one decision to learn how to market properly, to sell properly. The one decision to change your model so it's more leveraged. It's what I did in2024. I changed my entire business. I closed down my face to face business. I now got the online PT business. And now the model that I have now for my business for business coaching is exactly aligned with the lifestyle that I want.
