People buy off impulse, so you need to be fast. There's a stat. There's a stat out there saying it's like 80% of people buy from the first. The first person that they contact with. It happens. That happens to us all the time. Like, I. I inquired about Storage Shed. That's a random reason. This is something we're planning doing for 2028 or something. So I, like, I wasn't. I'm nowhere near in the position to buy something, but I just googled it and I only looked at the first person. The first person called me within 12 hours. More than likely, that person's going to get the sale. I haven't inquired with anyone else, so speed to lead is a big thing.
