A breakdown of Tabata interval training with timing options, then a full demo: six exercises like burpees and mountain climbers, 45 seconds on and 15 seconds rest, three rounds with two-minute breaks between sets.
45s on/15s off for three-to-five rounds; or 30s on/30s off.
Okay guys, so we are into the Tabata style workouts. So as I said before, what I'll do, so you'll see it in the description, they're just numbered 1, 2, 3, 4, etc. Etc. Now this is like a timed workout. So for example, it could be 45 seconds on 15 second break and then you keep going for like three to five rounds. It could be 30 seconds on 30 second break. But I'm setting up one of the first workouts just to give you guys an idea. So for example, this is the full body Tabata workout. So we've got burpee, squat, lateral side raise, reverse lunge, mountain climbers and scissor kicks. So we've got three rounds for this one, but we've got 45 seconds on and 15 second break. So we're going through all six exercises. We're going to do 45 seconds of the first one, 15 second break, then we'll go to the second one, 45 seconds on 15 second break into the third exercise. Once you've done six exercises, you're gonna have a two minute break, but we'll do three rounds. So that's how that works. Any questions, let me know.
