This is a YouTube video titled "The Fastest Way to Grow Your PT Business 💪 #FitnessCoachGrowth #FitnessMentor #PTMarketing" containing an English conversation recorded in May 2025. The dialogue features Matt Dart, a business mentor for personal trainers, discussing growth in session numbers with another speaker and promoting his mentoring services for fitness professionals looking to scale their businesses.

So I think when I reached out to you, I was sort of averaging between 11 to 13 sessions a week. Now I'm, like, heading over mid-20s sessions.
Nice. So you almost doubled. Doubled the session, which is pretty good. Only in three months.
Yeah.
Pretty crazy to reflect on that, which is awesome. And obviously, I'm assuming you're a bit more confident now with the structure and the systems that you've got in place.
Yeah.
G', day, guys. Matt here from PT Mart. I'm a business mentor for Face to Face personal trainers looking to get fully booked face to face and then to scale online, or if you're an online trainer, looking to scale your business that way as well. So if that is you and you want some help growing your business, send me a DM and we'll have a conversation.
