Matt Dart walks personal trainers through building offer documents that convert prospects without a sales call. He breaks down an eight-part structure, uses ChatGPT with a volunteer to create a real example targeting people losing 5-15 kg, and explains when to send it: 24 hours before the consult, via email and text.
Questions this video answers
Ideal client; No-brainer offer (promise); Three phases to results; Support and coaching; Guarantee; Bonuses; Investment; Call to action.
"The Rebuild Project" (90/12-week styled rebuild program in demo).
Adults ~25–45 years seeking to lose ~5–15 kilos then add muscle (demo: 5–10 kg commonly cited).
Three sessions/week ≈ $220 per week; Two sessions/week ≈ $160 per week (Anthony's tailored pricing).
Follow the plan for 12 weeks — if you don't see results in 12 weeks, coaching continues for free until you do (12-week risk-reversal).
Okay, here we are team. So I'm going to pin myself so everyone can see my beautiful face and we're going to go through the training today. So the training today is called the offer doc. So I'm going to post the workbook or the worksheet in the chat. As always make a copy so you can take notes along the way. So before I start the training, I'm going to start sharing my screen before we get into the actual training. I'm just kind of curious. And again, Raywin, don't answer, don't type this in. Gives me a bit of anxiety knowing that you're still driving. Have you guys ever used or created an offer document? Now an offer document, essentially the reason behind the reason behind having an offer document is essentially to either warm up a prospect. Warm up a prospect to make them more willing or more keen to work with you or to completely eliminate the consult or a sales call. So for everyone else here in the chat, have you ever is used one before? Just a yes or no. That'll give me a bit of an idea before we, before we go into it. And by the way team, we're going to actually have a completed offer document done for you guys today. So I'm going to give you all the context, I'm going to show you all the reasons why you want to have it, then we are going to make one together using AI. So I've got all the prompts for you. So by the end of this training today and you'll have an offer doc that you can use. So Anthony says, don't think so. Yeah, you probably wouldn't have. This is something that, you know, for people in a face to face environment, I think it's pretty common that if you're in the gym, you would just see them in the gym anyway. But if you're an online trainer, this would kind of avoid you having to jump on like a zoom call or a sales call. But in saying that as a face to face trainer you shouldn't necessarily have to do consults to get new clients. So for example, if you got like a referral, you shouldn't need to sit, sit down for like 45 minutes for them to join the join your program. You should just be able to send them an offer document and they can just kind of buy on the spot. Or if you're trying to pre qualify someone in the DMs, for example, you can send this document and say, hey look, this is kind of what it looks like to work with us, you know, does that sound something that you would like to do type of thing. Okay, let's get into it. All right, so why you need a offer document even if you hate sales calls. So if you don't have an offer document, you'll be forever doing consults and forever doing sales calls. With an offer document, you're going to give clear value, fast deposits and it actually makes you look a little bit more professional as well. Now obviously, for guys face to face, we obviously have an offer document that we present in person. This is a different type of document. Okay, who it's for PT is already getting interest via dms, gym floor or referrals. Coaches ready to package this service clearly and confidently and anyone who wants to look pro and save time in sales. Not ideal if you don't have a validated offer or proof and if you haven't done sales calls to learn what clients actually want. So if you're pretty new to the industry, for people watching the recording, you're pretty new to the industry. This is not the right time for you to make an offer document. So generally if you're trying to sell via a document, your conversion is going to go down. Okay, so if your conversion rate is probably, if it's under, if it's probably under 50%, I would use the offer document to try and warm people up to want to work with you. But I wouldn't completely outsource everything to an offer document. So for example, if you like 80% conversion, you could probably sell your service through DMS or through a document, for example. Okay.
Okay.
So today's goal, know exactly what goes into a high converting offer document, have the AI prompts to build it step by step. And as I said before, we're going to leave with a draft so you can publish it in either canva if you want to. We're just going to have it ready so you can pretty much just post it into a Google Doc so you can send to people. Now there's a couple of ways that you can use an offer Doc. You can either send it to people, potential clients to warm them up, which does not have the price on it, or you can have it completely done for you where you have the offer document explaining all the pricing and then a link for them to subscribe or to buy your product. Afternoon, Josh as well. Good to see you my friend. Let's keep moving on. So the psychology behind the offer document. So people buy clarity, not confusion. A strong offer document builds belief. They see the roadmap shows authority and it saves time. Now As I said before, you can use it before a call or before a consult to warm up the assets. So Anthony over in wa, this will be possibly really good for you in terms of warming up your prospect, which we talked about before. Or you can use it instead of a call, which is the volume sales. So start as interest, you can send the offer doc. They can either apply to work with you or book in a consult and then you close the sale. Okay, this is the eight sections of a high converting offer document. So you're going to go through the ideal client as in who it's for, the no brainer offer, the three phases to results, support and coaching, your guarantee, bonuses, the investment and the call to action. So we're going to go through all that stuff today. I'll go through each step one at a time and, and then as I said before, we're going to actually make the offer document for you guys today. The one thing they, the one thing that you do need to understand, you need to understand who your ideal client is. If you don't know who your ideal client is, you're not going to be able to create the offer document. So if you're not sure, have a think about, have a think about who exactly you want to create this offer document for. Whether it's for people with weight loss, whether it's getting muscle or strength, whether it's for male or female, whether it's for people 40 plus, whether it's for kids, whatever it is, have a bit of a think about it because we're going to need that information to create this offer document. I just need to change this doc. Okay, let's go through the first one. So every great offer starts with specific person in mind. If you don't know exactly who you're helping, your offer will miss. So this is a bit of an example of the AI prompt that we are going to use very soon. So I'm going to probably go through all these prompts or the next eight steps in the next probably 10, 15 minutes and then we're going to spend 15 to 20 minutes creating your offer document. So I'm going to share my screen and do it live with you, but I want you guys to do it as well. So the prompt is act as a world class marketer who helps personal trainers craft irresistible offers. I'm a PC who helps, blah blah blah, ask me questions to define my ideal client. Who they are, what they want, what's holding them back. Then summarize it into three bullets for goals, challenges and motivations. Okay, so this is where we're going to super clear on your ideal client. So that's, that's coming very soon. Step two, create the no brainer offer. Turn that pain into a promise. Okay, so the prompt here is act as a world class marketer for personal trainers. I help blah blah blah, write me a two sentence promise for my program plus bullets, which is bullet points for who it's for and who it's not for and a list of what's included. Okay, so you want to have who it's for and who it's not for. Step three, build the three phases to your results. Now this could be your ip, which is your intellectual property. So whatever you do to help people achieve the desired result that they want, that's what we're trying to get super clear on. In this stage. Everyone will be a little bit different in this, this stage. We're going to use AI to kind of give us some, some ideas. But you want to, to get the best result out of this offer document, you need to give it more context. So buyers need to see how they're going to get them the results. Split your system into clear three phases. So the prompt could be break my program into three phases. For each, include the name, goal, what we'll do and the result. For example, you might focus on three things. You might focus on training, nutrition and accountability. So phase one is blah blah, blah, whatever that is for you. Phase two is blah blah blah and phase three is blah blah blah. So phase one could be understanding your habits and forming a routine. Here in this, this phase we do blah blah blah, we set up habits to improve blah blah blah, whatever that looks like for you. Phase two, we've got the beginner or foundational phase done. Now we move into a bit more complicated things which is blah blah blah. Phase three, we've got a brand new routine and new habits to set us up for the long term. Then we focus on blah blah blah, whatever it needs to be. Okay, so you should have at least two, ideally three phases because. And Anthony, I'm kind of talking to you, Anthony from Brisbane. That is, we always had a conversation on retention the other day. This is going to help with retention. So your first phase which is going to be in the first. All good, Scott. Catch a later champion. First phase is going to be the first 12 weeks. For example, in the first 12 weeks we're going to focus on forming habits. For example, phase two is going to be this. Phase three is going to be this. If people know what's coming that's how they're going to stay for the longer term. Okay. Step four, add coaching and or so add support and coaching people pay for confidence that will help them succeed. Show support, frequency, access and accountability. For example, weekly check ins. If you're going to do one on one coaching calls. If you're going to give community access or if you're going to give form reviews or progress reviews, what is the actual delivery of the service look like? And again, everyone's going to be slightly different for this. Just giving you guys some examples. Step five, add your guarantee. A good guarantee turns hesitation into action. For example, it could be follow the plan and do the work. If you don't see results in 12 weeks, I'll coach you for free until you do. Anthony, just got a question here. So roadmap it out in the first initial setup. 100%. So, so we talked about obviously forecasting the next 12 months for new clients coming through and this is for everyone as well. You guys should be forecasting like the next 12 months in your client's journey. How good would it be if we had a specific roadmap that all clients follow? For example, hey, in the first 12 weeks we're going to focus on this, then we're going to focus on this and then we're going to focus on this. And then every six to eight weeks when you're doing like a goal setting and reassessment session, you're just going to remind them of the phases. Hey, look, in the first 12 weeks we're only going to focus on building habits and routine. You're going to get some epic results. But all we're really focusing on is building the habit for long term success. Then we're going to focus on optimization, you know, whatever that looks like for you. Then we're going to focus on blah blah, blah. Okay. And things let us know if that makes sense or if you need me to explain that a little bit more. Legend. Okay. And by the way, team, who's got a guarantee for their service? Send the chat. Who has a guarantee or like a promise with their service? No, no. Josh and other Anthony, do you guys have a promise or a guarantee for the guys that say no? Do you think it would make conversions a bit easier if you had a guarantee of results? Yes, 100%. Who's had the objection that they need to think about it and you're not sure what they need to think about? Anthony Palongo talking to you. My friend Raelyn had it need to think about it. If you had a Guarantee of results. What would there be a need to think about? Yeah, Josh says I think it would help 100%. Make it a no brainer. Okay, let's keep going. Step six, stack fast action bonuses, make it a no brainer. Bonuses add excitement and urgency. Each bonus solves a small pain point. So again you need to know your ideal client here. If they struggle with. If your ideal client struggles with meal prep, maybe you've got a seven page ebook that solves that problem for them or whatever that solution is. If you've got someone that struggles with getting distracted in the gym as in scrolling on their phone during workouts, maybe you have a training that you can send them or maybe you've already got something that you can send them that you can include as a bonus upon signing up and yes Ray, when you're correct, nothing to think about. Okay. And step seven, you're obviously going to say the price or the investment. So you keep it simple. You can do pay in full or a payment plan. Show the inclusions, not the discounts. As an example, you can either do 1200 as a one off or 120 a week for 12 weeks. Now what we're going to do depending on if you're a face to face or an online. If you're an online trainer and if you're doing some stuff on ads, you actually want to try and get a bit more upfront compared to payment plans. If you're face to face, I'd probably do either you do like a platinum or a gold which is 200 bucks a week or 150 a week. That's what I would do as your two options. So you still going to give two options if you're face to face I'd probably do it as like three sessions and two sessions or two sessions and one session. And if you're online, depending on what you offer, I would do a pay in full or a payment plan just for the one offer. So one offer but two different payments that make sense. So make sure I didn't confuse anyone there. Cool. Step eight, write the call to action. Tell them exactly what to do next. So if you're ready to feel confident, strong and energized again, apply now. Spots are limited to 10 clients per month and then you might have like a link to get started. So they're the. Can you say that again please? Which part was that more so step seven. Yeah. So if you're a face to face trainer, what I would do I would have. So the normal offer document that we've Got at the moment, which has got like your picture of yourself, client testimonials, then you're explaining like the platinum or the gold or gold or silver, whatever you call it. And then you got like your value stack, then your price. For the price. And step seven, I would do like the price between three sessions a week and two sessions a week, which might be 2, 200 bucks a week or 150. Or you would do two sessions a week and one session a week. If you're only selling one service, as in like just online coaching, which is typical for an online trainer, you would either do a upfront payment or a payment plan. The reason why you would do an upfront payment is because you always want to give them two options. However, a lot of people in the online space, they'll be spending money on ads. So you want to try and recoup as much money as possible upfront to cover the cost of advertising. That makes sense because you guys that are doing face to face, you don't have to worry about paid ads. Like obviously you pay for access to the gym, but I hope that kind of makes sense. Anthony says, wouldn't that lean towards only doing 12 weeks, though? Yes, correct. That's for online though, not for you. But sorry, let me just reframe. Take out where it says 12 weeks. So you're saying either you're doing 200 bucks a week or 150 a week. You're not specifying how long the duration is, Is that what you meant? Yeah. Cool. Because then you're only going to disclose how long the term is once they agree to do a certain package. So for example, they're going to be like, oh yeah, I'll do the three sessions a week. Beautiful. We just work with people for at least 12 weeks. Is that okay? Cool. But if you're completely selling via an offer document, at least where they click the button to get started, you have to obviously disclose the minimum 12 weeks. That's where you know, that's where you obviously the difference between selling in a consult or a sales call or a zoom call, you're going to have a higher conversion. So you can handle those type of objections on the spot. Whereas if it's just an offer document that you're sending out in a dm, for example, they've got to be completely sold on everything. It's going to handle. It's going to handle all the objections on that document for them to get started. Ray, when did that solve that? Answer your question from step seven? Yeah. Cool. Okay, okay. How are we going over time? 12:24. Cool. Okay, let's build it. So who has Chat GPT? Who's got an account with Chat GTP? Yeah, can't even speak the Raywin says. Yes, the other guys that don't have the camera on in the chat, please. Who's got chat GPT? Anthony, make a free account, please. It's completely free. Making a gap. Josh says. Is it worth having the paid account? If you're asking me 100% it is worth it. I can't remember how much it is. I think it is like 30 or 50amonth. I think, yeah, I think it's definitely worth it. But I literally use it as if it's like my best friend. I talk to it about everything. Talk to it about my relationship, I talk to it about my finances, I talk, talk to it about holidays, I'll talk to it obviously about business, I'll talk to it about everything. So yeah, I personally, I have the pages because I use it so much. If you're not going to use it very much then you could probably just get away with having the free one. But of course just start with free. If you like it then you can obviously upgrade. But there's, I don't know the exact benefits from free to paid because I've pretty much always have had the paid one. And yeah, as Raymond says, there's lots you can do on it as well. Okay, so everyone get chat GPT. The next one is click on this link or the link should be there. Yep, this is going to open up an example which is going to be this one here. I did this for another client of ours that is purely online called the Comeback Dad. It gives a quick overview of the ideal client and then if we scroll down, just want to make sure you can see that. Yep, cool. Then when you scroll down, it's got the actual offer document which is this part here. So the 90 day rebuild program for busy dads, 35 plus. Who's it for? Who's it not for? What's included? The bonuses, the investment, the guarantee. Okay, that's basically a very small, small summary of what it could kind of look like. You can use that as an example if you guys get stuck. Okay. But I'm going to give you all the prompts that you need. So if we go back here, use the AI prompts. I've made a Google Doc for you guys which is this one here. And we are going to do this together. Now who would like to question here Offer doc mainly for online, you Said you can use it for either. The main. The main reason why you would use an offer doc is two reasons. One, once someone books in for a consult with you, you can send them an offer doc without the pricing to give them an idea of what it's like to work with you. So they're already sold on your philosophies and values as a trainer. Two, you can completely eliminate consults in the gym or online by doing this. Just understand that your sales conversion is going to go down and you need to have people that have already seen your stuff quite a bit. So in the online world, Google actually have released a statistic saying that people need to see seven hours worth of content before they're willing to buy from you. So anyone that wants to get clients online or has the intention of being an online trainer, you've got to make sure you've got the content and the reps on the board for people to actually like and trust you before they buy. So a lot of the time for the guys that are on the call right now, I would probably use the offer document as a way to warm up prospects. So once they actually book in with you, you can basically send them this document. Say, hey, look, just wanted to give you a quick rundown of what we do here. This the type of people that we generally work with and how we actually get people results. You do not disclose the financial side of things on this document though. So basically we're going to make the document with the financial stuff included. However, if you're going to use it as to kind of nurture your leads, to warm them up to want to work with you, then you wouldn't include the price on there. So this is kind of just giving you something up your sleeve. If someone's like asking about your services, you can be like, you can send them this document without the price on it and see if it's going to be a good fit first before you obviously disclose the pricing. It's purely designed to save you time. That makes sense. Anthony. Yes, sir. Okay. Okay. Okay. So how this is going to work, we're going to. I've literally got every single prompt that you need. Okay. So does anyone want to be a guinea pig? If not, I'll just make one up. It's all good.
Yeah, I'll be one.
Yeah. All right, cool. Anthony's gonna be a guinea pig. So I am. And for the other guys that's. That are following along, I want you to kind of do this in your own account so you have it made. So I'm gonna do it with Anthony's example, but I want you guys to do your own version still kind of keep an eye on what we're doing, but do your own version. So we are going to get the first prompt, okay. So literally copy and paste the whole thing. So we're going to go boom, we're going into chat GPT, paste it in here. So act as a world class marketer who specializes in helping personal trainers, blah, blah, blah. Okay, who is your niche? Anthony?
25 to 45. You are looking to lose 5 to 15 kilos and then add muscle mass after that.
Okay. It's going to ask us some questions. Okay. Some of these that you have already answered. So let me go through it. So what's your age? Yep. 25 to 45. Okay, so let's answer these questions. So 1, 25 to 45. 2. All right, enter this one for me. What's their lifestyle like? What's your typical client? Do they have kids? Do they work long hours? Are they hyper stressed? Are they, do they work? What do they, what do they do?
Yeah, I guess like your typical.
Are they tradies?
Oh yeah. I don't really know to be honest, but I know people are sort of like not as motivated, sort of need that. Motivation, Family orientated.
Beautiful. What else?
Nine to five office hours.
Perfect. What type of training experience do they have? Beginner, intermediate or they're trained but inconsistent.
Probably trained but inconsistent.
Okay, so you said nine to five workers. Number five, what's the number one goal? So is that, is it more losing weight, is it getting confidence, feeling attractive? What's the main goal that they usually want?
Number one goal, would lose five to ten kilos and then feel more confident.
Cool. So beyond the physical result, what's the emotional reason they want this change? Is it self esteem, respect, energy, confidence?
Yeah, confidence again.
And by the way, team, if we're going through this and you don't know these answers, you need to do a bit more research on your ideal client because this is going to help with your content creation. It's going to help you be able to sell a lot easier. What are the biggest frustrations or pain points that make them struggle? You mentioned motivation before.
Yeah, motivation, inconsistency, diet.
What else was a diet?
And then what knowledge of training.
Beautiful. Fears or doubts they have about starting again or investing in coaching?
Failing, Loss of motivation. No results.
No what?
No results.
Love it. This is good. What have I tried before that hasn't worked? Example, 8 week challenges, just gym memberships, calorie tracking, YouTube workouts, any of those.
Usually 8 to 12 week challenges and then they sort of slump after that. It's done a short break, short period of time. YouTube, basic workouts and basic calories that aren't specific for them.
Cool. What's happening in their life right now that makes this the moment that they're finally ready to change? Example, they've turned 30. They've had a breakup, doctor's warning, wedding coming up, or anything else.
They're getting older.
Not getting younger, getting older. Amen. Good time. Oh, dear. All right, so we've learned 10 things. Okay, here we go. Here's your ideal client summary. Here we go. Top three goals, top three challenges, top three motivations. Okay, so. Yep. Cool, cool, cool. So now it's given us the basic stuff. Now let's go back to our prompt sheet. I'm going to copy and paste this one. The Rebuild project. Drop 5 to 10 kilos. Gain your confidence and build a strong athletic body in just 12 weeks. Transform your body and energy in 12 weeks. Even if you, you failed before, lost motivation or can't find the time to stay consistent. Give you the structure, support and accountability you need to finally get lean, strong and confident. Who's this for? Who's it not for? What's included? Cool. So now we've got, we're starting to get something here. So now we're gonna do the next one. Now as we go through this, you can obviously put your own little spit on it. For example. So for example, if you, if you say, look, I don't want to suggest that it's only 12 weeks, which I am going to give it that feedback in a second. I'm just going to wait till the end. Or if it's like, if it's not kind of like, for example, if you're going to say like one on one coaching support, I'm not going to do one on one coaching support, we can obviously change that. Okay. But we're just going to keep going through, for this example, all the way to the end. So phase one, it said the reset phase. Phase two is the rebuild phase. Phase three is the maintain and master phase. Cool. Okay, is this kind of what you would do or is this kind of off the mark?
Are they along the same lines?
Cool. Okay, that's good. And welcome Perry as well. Good. Didn't see you there, my friend. Hope you're well. So now we've got the three phases. Okay, so again, remember, I've done all this stuff for you, so just go to the Next prompt. Oops, I'll stop sharing for a second. See that Again, don't say this is how we're going to be supported. And again, this is just based on the information that we've given it. We can obviously give it way more direct feedback. But I'm just going to show you guys how you can get the baseline done. And now we're going to go to step five, write the guarantee. And by the way, team, while it's doing that, if you notice the prompts on the prompts on here that I'm, that I'm using, I'm always telling it context, as in I'm telling it what type of person I want it to be like. For this one, act as a copywriter who creates risk reversal guarantees for personal trainers. The reason why you do that is because there's so much information that ChatGPT is using. You wanted to hone in on a certain type of person. So if you're talking to it about relationships, you're going to say, I want you to imagine and act like you're a relationship expert and then give it the question. If you're talking about marketing, I want you to imagine you're a world class marketing expert on Instagram and I want you to tell me what type of, Josh, what type of content is going to attract this type of client? You know what I mean? That makes sense. Make sure you give it context when you're doing this. Cool. So that's pretty much given us pretty standard guarantee, which is fine. Still a guarantee. Now let's keep going. Now let's make the bonuses. So here we go. So this is super interesting, by the way. So this is the bonuses based off your ideal client. So the Five Minute Meal Builder, the Weekend Survival Guide, Accountability Accelerator, the Home Workout Vault, the Confidence Kickstart Journal. So based on what you've told me, Anthony, are those bonuses going to be valuable to your ideal client?
Yeah, seems like it.
Pretty solid. Yeah, instantly. So you know how we obviously do the value stack right now in the offer document that we currently do, we, we can add these bonuses in there to our existing price presentation that we're doing for Face to Face right now. Because this is going to increase the value even more. So if someone's in their console, right. And they say, look, I struggle on the weekends. Oh, perfect, John, look, I'm going to give you the weekend Survivor Guide to help you on weekends to make sure we stay on track. How good is that going to feel for the, for the client? Perfect. I'm speaking to exactly the person that I need to, to help me. That's why we make the bonuses. So now we've got the bonuses again. Let's go to. Whoops, wrong one. So we're almost at the end now. We're going to set the investment and I'm going to tailor. Make this in a second because I know you're obviously face to face. I'm just going to see what it comes back with. Boom. 99 a week. So this is pretty much just imagining it's an online type of thing. There's no one on one PT sessions. But I will give it that context in a second. Okay, so the next one. So again, act as a high ticket fitness copywriter. A short, powerful call to action paragraph that starts if you're ready to blah, blah, blah, blah. Cool. All right, so now we're going to build the offer document. Okay. This is the last step and then we're going to see what it comes back with. How good is this? All right, I haven't read through everything but Anthony, what's your initial thoughts?
A lot of stuff.
Yeah, a lot of value. Let's go through a couple things. So we've got this quarter I name the Rebuild project. Drop 5 to 10 kilos, build muscle and feel confident again in just 12 weeks. I'll give us some feedback on that. The big promise. Transform your body and confidence in just 12 weeks. Even if you failed before, lost meditation or struggled to stay consistent. So you can see here we're kind of trying to handle some objections that they would have faced before. Okay. That's why we asked those questions before. You get a proven step by step system that helps busy men lose fat, build muscle and finally feel in control of their health again without crash diets or unrealistic routines. Who's this for? Blah blah blah, blah. Who is hidden for cool. This is brilliant. The three phases, the reset phase, reignite motivation and kickstart fat loss Result you're looking for. Lose your first three to five kilos, feel more energetic and regain consistency. Love it. The rebuild phase. The result you're looking for is achieve your 5 to 10 kilo fat loss goal. Phase 3 is maintain your new physique year round with confidence and control. So one thing I probably could say in there is that's when we focus on obviously the muscle building phase, for example, is some of the feedback I'm going to give it, how it'd be supported. Check ins one on one coaching calls, direct messaging support, progress reviews, private community mindset and motivational coaching. Guarantee is if you don't see the results in 12 weeks, we'll keep coaching for free until you do. Bonuses. You got 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 bonuses available for the first five clients only. Awesome. 1500 once off. 199 a week over 16 weeks. Cool. Before I give it feedback, Anthony, what's your feedback? What would you change?
Probably just like Taylor, make the steps a bit more specific.
Which, which one? The, like the, the phases.
Yeah, scroll back up.
So what about the phases to be more specific? What do you mean?
Or like you said in phase three I talk about like doing more sort of strength training, sort of sculpting and stuff after the fat loss.
Cool. Okay. I'm going to give it some feedback and then we will see what it comes back with. So I'm going to do it as a voice so you can hear what I'm going to say. Okay. Awesome. I really like what you put together here. I've got a little bit of feedback for you with a few things that I wanted to change. I want you to change the, the terms. So when you say drop 5 to 10 kilos, rebuild muscle and feel confident again in 12 weeks, I want you to change that because I don't want people to just commit to 12 weeks. I want people to continue for long term. So can we change the wording there? I also want you to go into more detail on the three phases of the rebuild project. Specifically phase three where it says the maintain and master phase. That's where I think we should really focus on building muscle instead of just maintaining. I think people aren't going to be resonating with that. Just maintaining is not worth paying a PT for. So let's change that with the how you be supported. I'm not going to do one on one coaching calls. That's not something that we do. However, I am actually a face to face trainer. So there'll be weekly face to face personal training sessions. So please change it to that. The bonuses are really good for the investment as the two options. I want you to give people the options as either doing three, three PT sessions per week or two PT sessions per week. The price difference is going to be the three sessions a week is going to be 220 per week and the two sessions a week is going to be 160. So can you make those changes for me and redo the offer document. How did I go Anthony? Was that spot on or should I change it? All good. Cool. So the key, the key here with AI is you got to give IT context, you've got to give it as much contact context as you can. See what it comes back with. Lose fat, build muscle and regain your confidence for life. Okay, I don't mind it. So we've got more specifics in here. There we go. The growth and performance phase. Here we go. Maintaining lean physique while adding noticeable muscle confidence and performance that lasts. There we go. So now I personally think people will be going to be excited for that phase three. Instead of just being like, oh yeah, I'm just going to maintain happy days. So I think that's better. How do you be supported in every step of the way? Weekly face to face sessions, training program, nutrition guidance, weekly check ins, messaging support, community access. Love it, love it, love it. Cool. It's going to change that last part. Thank you. That's much better. Change the last wording from no lock ins to we work with people for at least 12 weeks. If and when you need to cancel, that is just a 30 day notice period. Okay. So I'm just going to change that and then we pretty much should be good to go. Let's just make sure. Love it. What do you think?
Yeah, it looks pretty good. When would you like send this to someone though? Because like face to face, like someone walks in for a consult or.
Yeah, basically either just after they book in or 24 hours after they book in. So to start with you could probably send it manually, but you could also set up an automation if you're using like Calendly. Calendly for example, you'll need the paid version for this. But if you're going to use Calendly you could set it up so you know, 23 hours before the appointment happens. So if you're, if you booked an appointment for Monday, it would send it on Sunday. You could be like, hey John, it's Anthony. I just thought you'd get some value over seeing how we do things in our philosophies. To give you an idea of what's expected, if you wanted to work with us, that's it. That put the link in there and that's it. So what you would do from here, if I was just to use this exact one. But of course if you want to do more or change some more things then go for gold. But what you would do, you would go into Google Docs, you post it in here and for, for you I would post, I would send people everything except this. So I would take this part out, just making sure you can see the part. Yep. So I would take from the Investment down. I would take that out and I would just send the other stuff so people know who you use, who. The type of people you usually work with, who it's not for. What are the phases? What does it generally look like? And they can kind of come prepared to be like, okay, cool, this guy helps with losing fat and then increasing muscle. Does that make sense? Yeah.
What if, like the face to face obviously sort of help not just these people, sort of help other people as well? Would that sort of put other people off, like a female or something, for example?
Well, here's what you could do to.
Males in that age group.
Yeah. You could make one for females, one for males.
Just try, broaden it a bit with like the age and stuff then.
Yeah. Or you can just re. Go back to AI and I can. I can send you this, the AI stuff, if you like. You could be like, actually, let me do it now. How much time have we got? I've got a few more minutes. This is really, really good. Can I get you to remake the offer document? But can I get you to make it for more general population? I actually work with both male and females a lot of the time. I just prefer to work with men, but I don't want to have females book in with me and then not want to work with me because I tell them that I only work with men. So can you redo the offer document to cater to more general population rather than just a specific person? So I'm going to see what it comes back with. But if it was. If it was me, I'll probably make a separate one. I'll make one for male and one for female. So let's have a look. So still called the Rebuild project. Adults age 25 or 55. Yep. So that's. Unless you obviously want to work with people that are like, under that or over that, then that could still be in there. That stuff will stay the same. That'll stay the same. That'll stay the same. This could still stay the same as well in terms of the bonuses. So the only thing you really need to change is just who is this for? That's the only thing that really changes.
Yeah, I think that'd be way better for face to face.
All right, I'll copy this and I'll put it in the same document and then let me pop this in the chat. Just make sure you open that document, then you can access that. So remember, if you're using this as a nurture, a lead nurture for when people are booking in, take out the price and the call to action. And you're just going to use it to get people to understand what you're about, who you help and how it generally works to work with you. That's pretty much it. Team. What questions do people have? I know, that was a long demonstration there. What questions do people have?
One from me.
Cool. So you're going to use that as more of a nurturing. So once people book in, get them warmed up to work with you.
Yeah, pretty much. Probably my edit bits and pieces here and there. Have a proper read through it.
Oh, yeah, obviously. And here's the thing as well, right? You can. You can always polish things. That's obviously, that took, you know, that took me what, 20, 30 minutes to make from start to finish. Obviously, if you're gonna spend more time on it, it's gonna be a bit better. You can go through all your philosophies, you can go through really specific examples of the type of clients that you've got, the type of results that you generally get people, how specifically you get people results. But that'll give you a bit of a baseline. And then from there you can be like, cool. Well, I don't usually do that type of stuff. What I do, what I do do is this. Can you adjust the offer document to make it more specific to what I do? And then eventually, once you get sick of doing consults, then you can completely sell via a document. So, for example, like, you guys have seen some what, not everyone have seen it, but you know, I've sold, you know, ten $15,000 packages through DMS, through offer documents before, so can be done. It just depends if you've got the person to already like and trust you. That might have consumed some of your content. But this is, as I said at the start, this is for more. More so for people who want to have to do as many consults anymore, but their sales conversion will drop. Or if you want to nurture leads more, once they've booked in with you, you can nurture them to like and trust you even more because you tell them a bit more about you pretty much telling them what you include the bonuses that they're going to get. So there's a bit more trust when they show up to the consult. So you should get more outcomes.
So, Matt, when would you send that to them? After you've booked them in? Before you actually see them face to face?
Yep. So if you're going to use like a software like Calendly, you can set it up. So Calendly can Set it, send it out as an automated reminder. I would do it bare minimum, 24 hours before the appointment. So if you're, if you've got someone booked in on Tuesday, it would send out on Monday. So at least 24 hours beforehand. What I would also do as well, just to improve your, improve the quality of the people that you're seeing. I would, I would send it out 24 hours beforehand and then, or at least 24 hours beforehand and then 12 hours beforehand I would, I would send out a message and say, hey, did you get a chance to read through the document? Because then if people read through the document, then they know, they know about you and they, they know what you're about. So. Yeah. Does that answer the question? So at least 24 hours before the, the consult is meant to happen. You could probably send that out once you book the appointment as well. I haven't tested the difference. I don't know if that's going to make much of a difference. I don't think it will. But I'll be doing it like, don't do it like super last minute, give people a chance to actually review it and go through it properly.
So I'm thinking, I think the ones that I did today, like I would send, I think sending today would be good because then, yeah, no, Tuesday and Wednesday, I've got next week. But you're right, I guess if you send it to them 24 hours beforehand, they're going to be reminded.
Yeah, correct. But like, I think even if you, if you, if you aren't doing any type of nurturer between when they book to when they see you, sending it at any, any time is going to do wonders for you. Like, for example, like for the people that book in with me, we've got, we're sending them like two or three different training videos to show value before they actually come and see me. So that's, that's like next level advanced. Like you could actually make a video being like, you know, this is our philosophy of how we actually help people get results in the gym. This is what we focus on. This is some of our client testimonials that we've got. That's like next level of nurture. But if, are you saying you've got consults today or you're booking?
No, I booked them and I've got a couple for next Tuesday, Wednesday.
Okay. You could literally send it out this afternoon. You could work on your offer document today and say, hey guys, I'm super excited to catch up with you next Week. Here's a document that goes through some of the results that we typically could get and a little bit more about how we actually work with people to get the results. And then 24 hours before the consult, you can be like, I just want to make sure you got the document and you read through it.
Yep. Do we just text it through to them or email it? Email it through.
Yeah, I would email it. Yeah, I'd probably email it and then follow up with a text message. So I would email and say, here's a bit of an idea of what it looks like to work with us and then I'll send a follow up text message. Being like, I just sent you an email. Can you just let me know if you got it? All right, yeah. Any other questions, team? No, all good. I just dropped one in the chat. Oh. If I start advertising, I'm looking for males 30 to 45 that are looking to drop 10 kilos, would that lower my chances of potential females that would want to train with me?
A double edged sword, you know, like.
That'S why I don't, that's why I've been, that's what's been holding me back from like advertising, like my niche target. Yeah, good question. I, I don't think it's gonna like retract people from working with you. I think if you're wanting to advertise it in an online, online capacity, then I think it'll do more good than bad. I think it'll be, it'll warm up more males to kind of reach out to you or be willing to work with you. Then, you know, females being like, oh, no, he only works with males, so I'm not gonna work with him type of thing. I think, like, same with, like, I only work with personal trainers, but I still have gym owners reaching out to me. Right, True, true. Yeah, yeah. It doesn't mean that they're not gonna work with you just because you're saying on social media or you're saying in the gym that you, you're looking for males 30 to 45. So I think, I think it'll be more pros than cons. Great. Yeah, yeah.
All right, thank you. Thanks for the time. I've got a rush to a point now, so, yeah, we'll chat next week.
Sounds good, team. All right, team, I'll leave it there. I'll upload the recording, have an epic weekend and I will talk to you guys next week. Bye for now.
