Matt Dart walks through a planning method for 2026: lock in revenue and capacity goals, schedule personal priorities alongside business milestones, and map a 12-month marketing cadence with quarterly giveaways and weekly calls. Key dates include virtual events in March and November, an in-person Sydney event in July, and planning blocks starting January 16.

Okay, today we're going to go through the preloaded year. So both of you guys here right now, I don't think you would have done this before, Amy. You might have done this when you first started. But the preloaded year, we do this pretty much in December every year. And the reason why we do it in December is because January is going to be super hectic for you guys. So we want to pre plan 2026 pretty much right now when it's, you know, you maybe have a little bit more time because a few people might be away. But it's, it's better to get it done early rather than getting it done when January is super, super hectic. So it's called the preloaded year. I'm going to drop the workbook in the chat. Now, ideally you actually want to write down a fair few things today and actually take a lot of action. So it's not just going to be like theory today, it's going to be a little bit of theory, but it's going to be more about pre planning and then like putting stuff in your calendar. So it's kind of already ready to go so you don't have to think about it for next year. So let me start sharing and then we can get straight into it. Cool. You should be able to see my screen. Okay, so we're going to start off with doing a little bit of self reflection and then we're going to get into the plan for 2026. I'm going to go through the events that we've got scheduled in for 2026 as well. So you guys know exactly what's happening next year for us. So firstly, why the preloaded year matters. So you want to pre plan the fun, the profit, the marketing and the success for 2026. Most people generally they'll plan like income goals, revenue clients, that type of stuff, but they generally won't plan the fun associated with business as well. So we want to do both parts. We want to pre plan fun birthdays, holidays, you know, weekends away, all that type of stuff. Now you don't have to have everything done like at the end of the session, but we want to kind of lock in some dates where we can go traveling or take some time off. And then we also want to pre plan some of our big marketing strategies. So you guys should know, especially you guys here live, you should know that our giveaway strategy generally gets the most amount of attention. And you guys might be giving me some feedback in the chat as well because you guys have done the giveaway strategy a couple of times before. How many times did you do the giveaway strategy in 2025? If you can just let us know in the chat while I keep going, that would be interesting because usually we do it every three months. So usually we should be doing it four times a year. Not saying you have to do it four times a year, but if you, if you really want to maximize lead flow, then every three months is kind of optimal time. So Amazon is second Cool. So that's fine. So things are inside. Cool, cool, cool. Okay, so part of what we're going to do today is pre planned when we're going to do giveaways next year. And we're also going to plan some of the other marketing strategies as well. Now I'm not going to tell you exactly what to do in your business. You guys are professional enough to decide when you want to do certain things. So if you only want to do maybe one or two giveaways, I'm not going to tell you not to. Okay. But we do want to pre plan some marketing strategies for 2026 so we don't have to think about it. And we're, we're being proactive rather than reactive. Okay. So let's keep moving on. So we're going to a little bit of a recap on this. Should be actually 2025, 2025 reset. So what worked well and what didn't go well? So this is more of a self reflection. Just, just like 30 seconds on each one. So I'm just gonna give you a minute in total. So all I want you to do here is have a bit of a reflection in terms of, you know, was my sales really, really good this this year? Was my social media content really, really good? Was my retention good or you know what A couple of things that we can improve on going into 2026. So I'm just gonna give you a minute to write some stuff down. If you don't have the workbook, just put it in your notes. Because you as a. Today is all about not so much just listening to the theory. It's actually about doing the work and actually doing it together. So it's done. Ready for 2026. I'm just going to give you a minute now. Welcome Perry. I'm just going to send you the workbook as well, kind of. You said you were running a little bit late. We're just up to page three. We're just going through the 2025 reset, which is just putting down two or three things that worked really well, and two or three things that didn't work so well. Just doing a little bit of reflection. So give you guys an extra 30 seconds and then we're going to go on to the next next thing. Perry, by the way, I'm going to come down to Sydney pretty soon, next month, I reckon. Is anyone into UFC here, into the MMA fighting game? Because I think I'm going to go to UFC in Sydney. Just let us know if anyone's actually into ufc, because some people, some people are not. Okay, 15 more seconds and then we'll move on. That's right. Don't really watch it. That's all right. Okay, let's move on to a little bit of self reflection. The next thing we're going to do is a little bit more self reflection and a little bit of planning into 20, 26. So right now we're going to talk a little bit about money, clients, and how many free days you have. So it's one thing to make money, but it's another thing to actually have time and freedom as well. So what I want you to do in here, I want you to put what your revenue is on average, like right now. So if you kind of average the last three months of your revenue, what would that look like? How many clients you've got right now and how many free days you've got per month? So that includes weekends. So if you just take weekends off, there might be eight free days every year, or, sorry, every month. And then to the right of that end of next year, what do you want your monthly revenue to be? How many clients do you want and how many free days do you want per month? And by the way, it's completely fine to not want to have more days off. It's completely fine. But it's also completely fine to also want to work less days as well. So, for example, one of the things that I'm like right now, I don't really work Tuesdays because the kids don't go to daycare on Tuesdays. I'm usually at home. But for some people that don't have kids, you guys just might want to work all the way through. Or you might want to have a day where you just do your own stuff and get a massage or play some golf. I don't know, whatever you guys want to do. The next thing down below is the My money making activities and the frequency. Now you guys should know what your money makers are. For example, it might be the giveaway. You might always crush it for the giveaway. So you might always get 10 new clients when you do a giveaway. Or your money making activity might be your social media content, it might be just new members, it might be birthday leads, it might be 30 day reviews. So why don't you do a little bit of self reflection here in terms of what are the money making activities? Either like one, one or two of the biggest ones and then how often you do it, whether it's every three months, is it every single month? Is it every single week? I want you to fill that out for me. Once you fill it out, I want you to type in done. So I'm just going to give you 90 seconds now to do that. And then we're going to move on to the next one. And by the way, team, just to just give you guys some context in terms of the monthly revenue to give you some ideas on what you could aim for. Not saying you should do this, but every, every event that we do. So we do three events per year. So March, July and November. You ideally want to rank up in our dumbbell system, which is an extra 2.5k per month. So basically an extra 600 a week in recurring income. That's what we generally aim for for our clients. So if we think about it in 12 months time, so every 3 months you should add 2.5k per month. Ideally for our world, we want to get you an extra 10k per month in 12 months. That'll give you some context in terms of what we generally aim for for our clients. I'm going to give you 30 more seconds if you can just type done in the chat once you've done it. Just so I know this is. It's really important to actually fill this stuff out and not just, not just listening. Okay, who's done in the chat? Please just say yes or if you're not done, just say no so I can give you some more time. Also, side note, I got some pretty cool things planned for next Friday. So we'll be doing a Christmas party, a virtual Christmas party for the first time ever. So it's going to be interesting. But I've got some pretty cool things plan. So make sure if you can try and be kind of at home if you can, but if not, don't stress. Okay. In the chat, the chat is empty. What's going on? If people struggling with this activity. Okay, we're done. Okay. All right, let's move on the next part. We're going to plan a little bit of fun. So this one is just like a one, one big year defining Challenge. So this doesn't have to necessarily be in business, it can be personal, doesn't have to be business related. But what is one big thing that you want to achieve next year? Maybe you want to run a half marathon. Maybe you want to compete for a bodybuilding show. Maybe you do want to hit 20k a month, for example. Maybe you want to hit 10k a month for the first time. What's the one big thing that you want to achieve in 2026? Maybe you want to go traveling to a certain place or country. And then below that we've got six mini adventures now, one per cycle. So you guys should know this. So we do three events, but we do in between those events we do planning sessions. So usually every eight weeks or so we have a planning session which has like a cycle attached to it. You don't have to fill in one, one thing per cycle here. But I just want you to think like if you were to plan some fun or some activities that you could do, whether it's traveling, whether it's going to a concert or whether it's, you know, watching the Broncos lose another grand final, you know, whatever, whatever it's going to be. I want you to pre plan those activities in one of those six boxes. So for example, number one would be pretty much the first eight weeks of the year and number two would be like February, March, etc, etc. So by the way, this doesn't have to be fully locked in right now. This is just giving you guys a bit of an idea of what you could plan for the next 12 months. By the way, I'll let the hat out of the bag. Oh, the cat out of the bag. Sorry. Our in person event in 2026 is going to be in Sydney. So I'll show you, I'll tell you the actual dates in a second. But I think it's the 16th and 17th of July. Our in person event is going to be in Sydney. Okay. So make a trip out of it. So yeah, Perry, you don't have to travel this time. So thanks for traveling this year. But yeah, we're going to come down to Sydney, which is going to be awesome. So one thing that I'd suggest is perhaps in cycle three, maybe you'd, maybe you go down to Sydney for a couple of days and you know, work on some self development. Just a thought. Okay, we're going to keep moving on. Once you've done that, you're scrolling down to the big rocks of the Freedom Finder. So this is what, where and who we've Got yearly activities, quarterly, monthly, and weekly. So this is about the fun. Okay, so this is like I'd say every year you're gonna, you're gonna take your, take yourself or your family or your partner, your dogs on a holiday to wherever. So what are you gonna do? Where is it going to be and who are you going to take for the year, for the quarter? Quarter could be maybe you go away for a long weekend every, every three months, every quarter, monthly could be maybe you just take your, or take your partner out for a nice dinner or maybe you have a date night every single month. Maybe you, I don't know, whatever you, whatever you want to do. And then weekly, same thing. What are you going to do each week to make it fun? Maybe the weekly thing could just be. Or a daily thing could just be like walking the dogs. So I want you to take a little bit of time now and identify what are the big rocks that you can Pre plan for 20, 26. I'm going to give you 90 seconds because there's a little bit of information that you want to put in here. And while you guys are doing that, I'll give you some ideas of what I'm doing. For me, Where is my one. Yeah. So for example, for me, like this year we're going to Japan in February to go snowboarding, which is going to be epic. Super pumped for that. Every quarter, me and Jess, who's my wife, if you don't know who Jess is, we usually go away for like a long weekend and each month we actually get Jess's mum to take the kids and we do like a fancy dinner or sometimes we'll go to Brisbane for a night or Sunshine coast or Gold Coast. That's what we do. And then every single week we try and have like a date night which is just like nothing, nothing too fancy. But we might go like pimping, bowling, or we might go see a movie, that type of stuff. So you want to just pre plan some, some fun activities that you can, that you know, you can kind of not 100% commit to doing like right this second, but like 80%, 80% done type of thing Again, just give us some feedback in the chat who is done this activity. Say yes if you're done. Just say no if you're not done yet. Okay, cool. A little bit more time. Amy, when's your trip to Japan again? That must be coming up.
Can we not talk about it?
Oh, okay. Okay.
I was, I was meant to go on Wednesday and I didn't go.
You didn't go. Why?
No, because I booked it to go and compete and obviously I'm not competing. So I was like, oh well, what's the point of going? Because I didn't want to go by myself. So I just wasted my flight. But it's fine because I can go another time.
Okay. Oh well, did you get a credit for the flights or is it you just lost. Lost it.
Just lost it. Oh, well, it's all right. Oh well, there's always more opportunities.
That's true. Good mindset to have. Anthony's going to Japan as well in March. Jesus. Japan's the hot, hot place to go. Hey, it should. Are you going for the snowboarding or something, Anthony? Because I think it'll still be pretty cold because it's going to be snowing my way there in February. So have you planned another trip, Amy, or you just kind of chilling?
Yeah, I'm not really sure what's going on. I'm just chilling. I'm thinking of Dubai soon. I just don't want to travel on my own, that's the thing.
Yeah, right. Okay, well, have you got anyone in mind that you might want to travel with? Friends, family?
Well, my family go out to Dubai a lot. That's why I'm thinking of going to Dubai.
Ah, okay. Escape the cold weather in the uk. Hey, yeah, it's a pretty big, big extreme to go from like, you know, whatever it is in the UK, like probably 0 to 10 degrees to like 40, but you know, it's good. Dubai is pretty cool. Have you been before? No, Dubai's cool. So yeah. That's exciting though. So maybe like this could be the start of a conversation that you and your family have about potentially planning a trip to Dubai in 2026. Yeah, awesome. Okay, so Perry's done as well, so. Yeah. So yearly, quarterly, monthly, weekly, you don't have to hold yourself to this, but just to get a bit of an idea of what type of fun you could have in 2026. Because it's not just about getting clients and making money and stuff. It's about, you know, enjoying the life that you've built as well. So let's keep moving on. So this is our calendar for 2026. So I've got the intensives, which is the events and we've got the six week plan, which is the green ones. So key one here, July is always the in person event. Okay. So 16th and 17th, the Thursday and Friday is going to be the event in Sydney. I haven't booked a place yet, so don't ask me where it is. But you know, a flight to Sydney is super, super cheap for most of you guys. But also if you did watch my training on tax and investment setup, you actually, if you, if you do follow my strategy with getting points and stuff, you'll be able to get your flights for free if you use points. And by the way, just, just curious, I know there's only three or four people here like right now live. Does anyone actually take advantage of like credit cards to get points? I, I know Perry uses an Amex for his payments with me, which will give you a bunch of points, but does anyone else take advantage of points? Perry loves the amex. I love amex. Does anyone else take advantage of them? It's okay if you don't. I'm just curious, do I have a credit card? That's okay. I only really recommend people have a credit card if you're going to pay it off every single month. If you can't pay it off every month, then don't get it because the interest rates like 20, 20 something percent. But anyway, this is the, this is the events that we put on. So 16th and 17th, that's gonna be in Sydney. March 12th. Whoops. That should say 12th and 13th. Gee, I've got so many typos today. What's going on? Struggling. 12th and 13th in March. That's a virtual so similar to what we did last month and then November 12th and 13th as well. The six week plan is just going to be all virtual. 16th of January, 15th of May and 18th of September. So not too many dates to remember. The main one is going to be the one in July because for the guys that experienced it in person, which all of you were there for that it's not so much about the content that we cover at the event, it's the conversations that you have and actually connecting with other people that are in a similar position and are working on the same type of goals to find out what's working for them and what you can do differently. So that is our 2026 plan. Who's going to come to Sydney? I know there's only a few of you here, but who's keen to come down to Sydney and spend some time together for a few days? Let us know please because I'm pumped. What's Paris names? Join with your partner as well. So more points. How good. That's awesome. And by the way, if, if you guys do want more information on this, if you, I think you'll need probably to go from like, if you're in Brisbane to Sydney. I think it's only like 10,000 points each way. And if you think about it, if you guys, even if you were to pay for my stuff, for example, on your credit card or a credit card, that would get you a flight to Sydney, just paying for my stuff on the credit card. Food for thought. Food for thought down the track. Okay, let's get into the marketing calendar. So now that you've got all the events in there, so they're kind of right on your screen here, we're going to come up with a marketing calendar for the next 12 months. Now I'm not saying you have to do a different type of marketing strategy every single month, but the key here is to pre plan some marketing strategies so you don't have to be reactive and you can be proactive with your marketing and actually pre plan what you're going to do to make it more, more effective. Okay, so if you guys are doing the giveaways December, mark that in, that's pretty much always going to be the hamper giveaway. Pretty much most of you guys should be doing that. And if, if you don't want to do it, that's completely fine. But majority of people, I would put December as your hamper strategy. So usually what we would do is we would do every three months, as I said. So if we work backwards, you know, in December we would do September, June slash July, depending on a few things, then March to April, and then depending how the hamper goes in December, we would sometimes do like just PT giveaway at the mid to end of January. So and I'm just gonna go to the next slide as well to give you guys some context. This is a couple of examples of what you could do. This is called the offer cycle. So here's a couple of different offers that you can do that. Some of the ones that I do and some of the ones that you guys could do. And you might actually pre plan some of these into your marketing calendar. Up the top here, I'll give you a little bit of time in a second. But just to explain this slide as well, let's just say your, your office cycle. So the program is just your normal program, your normal PT sessions or your online, online coaching. Your lead magnet could be, you know, an ebook, for example, that people can download in exchange for their email address and phone number. As an example client story. You can do a workshop, for example, you guys might have seen. I'm doing some workshops as well. You can run events either virtual or in Person seminar, similar thing like what, what I used to do as a PC as well. And I haven't really trained too much on this because there's other strategies that a little bit better, but you can actually run like seminars for specific topics to attract your ideal client. For example, if you want to attract people who want to lose weight, maybe you could run a seminar in the gym. That is, you know, here's the, here's the exact five steps that you need to be able to lose 10 kilos. And you might present like a 60 minute seminar or workshop in the gym or it can be online to explain to people what they need to do to do it. And at the back of that then you upsell to work with you. So that's something that none of you guys have really done that before, but something that has worked really well for me, that has worked for me in the past both to face to face and online. You can do affiliate events, you can do a VIP event, you can do referral campaigns. So for example, generally we would do a referral campaign every three months as well. Every two or three months you would ask again for referrals from your current clients. You've got giveaways in there, you've got new members, 30 day reviews, 90 day reviews, MAAs and birthdays. Now on the right hand side of this, you've got week one, week two, week three and week four. Now the reason why I'm putting this in here like this is because perhaps, and this is not for everyone, but perhaps one thing that you could do is maybe every single month you call a specific type of lead. For example, week one, you call all the new members from the previous month. Week two, you call all the 30 day reviews from the previous month. Week three, you do all 90 day reviews. Week four, you do all MIAs and birthdays as an example. Not saying you have to do it like this, but this is just an example of what you could do to make sure. You can kind of make sure you put leads to call every single week. Because guess what, if you're doing one hour or two hours of calls each week, you're probably going to need maybe 30 to 50 people to call. And chances are each month you should be able to get 30 to 50 people to call from those type of types of lead lists from the gym. Now not saying you have to do it that way, that's just an example. So what I want you to do now is, is I want you to fill in these two pages. So the first one is your themes you don't have to have a theme for every single month, but just pre plan the big marketing marketing activities that you're going to do. Like, for example, you might have like a, in September, you might have like a summer shred offer that you're going to do, for example. And you might advertise that as a workshop, you might advertise that as just your normal program, but it might be specifically designed for summer as an example. So once you take a little bit of time here to do the marketing calendar and then also your weekly cadence of marketing. Because marketing should never stop. Because marketing is like, I saw this on a story just before. The marketing is like your heartbeat. If you stop marketing, you can't get clients. So if you don't want clients, then stop marketing. But if you still want clients coming in, then you still got to keep marketing. Because once you stop marketing, you lose all the traction. You don't get any more people into your pipeline, and it's hard to gain traction. So I'm gonna give you 90 seconds. I'm gonna see where you're at, 90 seconds. And I want you to pre plan your marketing. If it was me, if I was, if I was focusing on, let's just do the face to face version. If I was focusing on face to face, I would have four giveaways locked in. And you can choose the months, at least three, but ideally four. And then my weekly cadence would be exactly as I had before. I would do new members, 30 day reviews, 90 day reviews. And you can kind of tie in 90 day reviews with MIAs and then birthdays, week one, week two, week three, week four. And guess what happens if you call 30 people a week, you're probably going to get a hold of 10 of them. Out of 10 of them, seven of them will book in. Out of seven of them, five will show up. And if you convert at 50% or I should say 60%, you'll get three new clients every week. Three new clients every week is probably going to add an extra 300 bucks a week to your income. And by the way, just on some stats of that, if I, if we use that same example, if you make an extra 300 a week, that's an extra 1200amonth. In 12 months, you would have added an additional 14,000amonth to your income on top of what you already do. And just for some feedback as well, for the guys that are more focusing on online, if you're still in a face to face facility, you still want to utilize the face to face Marketing strategies as well. But in the online space, lead magnets work really, really well. Workshops are also really, really, really good way of doing things. But to get people into your, into your network, lead magnets are the cheapest way of paid advertising. And then of course, if you're doing the organic strategy that we suggest, which involves like VAs and stuff, that's obviously an ongoing one that's happening every single week. So if it, if it's like an ongoing one, you can obviously have multiple things each week, especially if you have a team member that's doing it for you. Like, for example, you're probably going to be promoting your program pretty much all the time. But for example, if you have like a workshop or a lead magnet, maybe you could focus on promoting that lead magnet one week of each month and maybe you focus on promoting the workshop one week each month. Who's noticed on my, on my social media, for those who see my stuff quite a bit. Who notices when I've got a workshop coming up? All my content is related to that workshop. Has anyone noticed that? It's okay if you haven't, but I'm just curious. I have like 10 posts in a row all dedicated to the upcoming workshop. So if you want any live examples of what to do for that, just go check out my Instagram at some stage and you'll, you'll see there's like a countdown, like, you know, 24 hours to go, three days to go. There's like a who is this for? This is what you get included in the workshop, blah, blah, blah. And it kind of builds the hype that way. Okay, is anyone done? Just in the chat. If you are done, I'll give you a little bit more time. And then after that, we're going to move on to. The last part. I'll just give you another 60 seconds and then we'll move on to the last part. Just put it in the chat once you're done. So. I know. And Amy, maybe, maybe you could fly business class to Dubai. That'd be cool. Has anyone, does anyone else fly in business class? Especially on long haul? Jesus Christ. Makes a huge difference having a, having a bed. I was lucky. My first experience flying business class was when I was a travel agent back in the day. And I got, I won 50% off the fare. So I got. This is when I went to Europe, I flew Etihad business class and instead of it costing like $8,000 or whatever, whatever it is, and it cost me 4,000 to fly business. No brainer. Okay, who's done that. 60 seconds. Okay, I'm just gonna keep moving on. You guys can catch up afterwards. Okay, so we're gonna do the last part which is the sand snapshot. This is just, this should be relatively straightforward, but this is kind of just plain pre planning family events, birthdays. If you're going to do any self development, it doesn't have to be with me. Like obviously there's some, plenty of other people you can learn from as well. Any personal care that you want to kind of make sure that you do. We want to start to pre plan these things into our calendar. So once we've done this part, we're going to start to put that into our calendar. So you know kind of what's kind of happening. So for example, let's say you wanted to, let's say you, let's start with birthdays. Let's say you've got partner's birthday, you know, whatever, whatever time. Let's just say March, for example. Maybe you want to put in there, you know, Tammy's birthday. And then you might go back up here and be like, okay, cool, well we got Tammy's birthday in March. Maybe I could plan something for her or for him that's super fun that we could do together. The whole point of this is identifying some of the fun activities that we can do and then Pre planning them 80% of the way there, not 100% of the way, but pre planning some of them. So we make sure there's heaps of fun for 2026. So other things like family events, you know, if there's certain family events that you guys do throughout the year, make sure you pre plan that if there's any planning days, if there's team training, probably you don't really have to do too much team training, but personal care as well. Like for example, maybe you want to have a massage every single week. Maybe you want to have physio every single fortnight. Maybe you want chiropractor every single fortnight. Can we pre plan that in? So you build your ideal, ideal week where you've got all the control rather than just being reactive and be like, oh shit, I've got, I've got to do all this stuff. I got no time to myself. I got no time for doing xyz. I was talking to one of our other clients this morning and she was saying that she feels super burnt out because she never gets any time to herself. And this is, this is the whole point of this process is the pre Plan now for 2026 so you've got time to do the stuff that you want to do because it's all well and good that you love doing PT and you love helping people, which is great. But that's not the only thing that lights you up. You probably still want to, I don't know, get your hair done or get your, get your nails done, or maybe you want to just chill out for a bit and watch the footy, for example, or, you know, whatever it is. Yeah, Perry, you feel that, right? So I think everyone's been in that stage where you feel like you're just doing everything for everyone else and you're not doing anything for yourself. So that's exactly why we're doing this part right now. And for the professional side of things under learning and development, you don't have to decide on which one right now, but perhaps there is something that you really want to learn for 2026. Maybe you want to really dive into perhaps paid advertising on Meta. Meta ads, for example. Or maybe you really want to learn how to be an expert at short form content. Maybe you can put some stuff in there in the learning and development column and perhaps later on today or some stage next week you can start to look at, you know, who can you learn from or is there any events that you can go to or seminars or workshops that you can do to improve on that thing? So I'll give you a little bit more time and also the hobbies. Maybe you want to start up a hobby next year. Maybe you really wanted to do something and 2026 is going to be that year that you really start that hobby. Maybe you want to get really good at golf. Anthony, have you played golf recently? I know you like golf. If so, we should go for a game just quietly. I've been playing every week and then hurt my back last week when I played. You're playing every week, Is that what you said? Yeah. Stop it. That's awesome. I might have to do some practice then. I'll give you too much juice on Tom. Yeah, One of my other mates invited me out for golf and I was like, I haven't probably played golf in like 12 months. But anyway. But whatever it is that you want to do, that's pretty planet. So I'm gonna give you 30 more seconds and then we'll do a bit of a recap. And we want to ideally put some of these things in your calendar. So it's pre planned. So is anyone done, by the way? Just in the chat. If you're done, just let us know So I can move on to the next part. I'll stop sharing for a second. Okay, per. Done. Awesome. All right, so let's start to go through the next part. So the next part's relatively easy. Just the big chunks. Where'd my finger. So the big chunks of things that you want to do. Like for example, if it was me, I would put in your calendar these dates so you don't forget. So I would definitely put in the in person event, July 16th and 17th, the virtual event 12th and right in that 12th and 13th, November 12th and 13th. Just so you don't kind of book over it type of thing. The big event is what you should put in first. All your holidays, pre plan your holidays. So if you, if you already know that you're going to Japan in March, like Anthony is, put it in your calendar right now so you can prepare your clients for when you're away. Because if you say to your clients, hey, in six weeks I'm going to Japan, let's do some makeup sessions now, it's not going to be as stressful if you're doing all your makeup sessions over six weeks rather than doing them like the week before you go. Okay, this is about pre planning. Same with the marketing strategies. If you know you're going to run a giveaway in March, July or March, June, September, put a reminder in your calendar in the first week of March. Etc, Etc. So you know, hey, I'm going to run a giveaway this month. Okay. Same with your weekly cadence. If you're going to do the same thing that I was saying before. Week one is going to be new members, week two is going to be 38 reviews, etc, etc. Every single Saturday. You literally would do. You literally do this. So cool. Saturday, 11 new member calls, Reset. Oh, actually, let's go. You would go monthly on the second Saturday. So every second Saturday and then next week would be every third Saturday, every fourth Saturday, etc. You would have certain calls you, you need to do. And guess what would happen. You'd see in your calendar being, oh, cool. I've literally new November calls this week. Let me chat to my PC manager and be like, cool, hey, I need the new members or my share of the new members for the last 30 days as an example. And if you don't have enough people to call cool. Go to the next one, say, cool, well, what, what 30 day reviews can I do this week instead? Okay, the whole point is to have a marketing cadence every single week to make sure you've always got people Booked in. So you're always going to be able to sign your clients. And then of course the last step would be to put in birthdays, weekends away, et cetera, et cetera. So for example, in my calendar, every single quarter, every three months, I put a reminder on Saturday to book a weekend away with Jess as an example. So don't forget. So that's it. Team finished a little bit early. Did anyone have any questions on this process or questions on what marketing they should be doing or the cadence for their individual business? Not really. Cool.
Should you run the giveaway strategy for online like every three to four months? Not three, like three to four times a year? Or is that more for in person?
It is like the thing about. So here's the thing about online. The good thing about online is if something, if something works in the online space, you don't necessarily have to stop it, for example, because especially if you're going to do ads for it. Because ads go to new people. The whole reason why we do the giveaway every three months or so for Face to Face is because there's new people every three months. Yeah, that's the only reason why we do it every three months. So for example, like I had an ad that I did in January that I'm not sure if you guys saw it, but there was this ad that I did in January that I think I spent like $15,000 on. Haven't touched it in like 12 months. Now it doesn't, doesn't have to necessarily be the giveaway as such that you do the whole time because obviously the giveaway you need to actually give away the winner. But if it goes well, there's absolutely no reason why you can't do it again. But it would be a different theme. So for example, it would be like summer shred. Summer shred. We're giving away four weeks of free online coaching to get ready for summer. So you, you actually offer the same thing, but you package it differently. Same thing in like, you know how we do the Christmas in July strategy? You can do the same thing in the online space. You can always target new people and every three months there's going to be new people in your audience. So yeah, simple answer is yes, you can, you might not have to and you might determine that you don't need to either. You might not have to do that type of stuff. But the whole point is having some things ready to go pre planned, if you need to do them, you can obviously change it. This isn't locking in your whole marketing by the way for 2026, this is just so it's got some things ready to go, so you're not being reactive and being on the back foot when it comes to marketing. That makes sense.
Yeah. Thanks.
Cool, cool. Perry's all good as well, so any other questions from you, Amy? Cool. All right, team, I'll leave it there. I'll let you guys get the rest of the stuff done. As I said, today should be about 80% done. The rest of the time is just going to be, you know, if it is holidays. Planning the holidays with whoever you want to go on holidays with and then, yeah, just planning the marketing. Obviously the marketing can change, of course, but you want to have a bit of an idea of what you're going to do for marketing, so you're not just making it up as you go along and be like, oh, I've got no leads. What can I do? You're more proactive. So, yeah, I'll leave it at that. Theme. Remember, next week we're going to do the Christmas party. We're going to do some trivia, which is going to be awesome. So it's going to be super fun. So I'm super pumped for that. So Monday and Friday, as per usual next week, but the week after, there's no call Monday, no call Friday, the week of Christmas. So just make sure everyone knows that. It'll be in the calendar in school anyway. But just a reminder, the week of Christmas, no coaching calls that week, guys. Have an awesome rest of your Friday, enjoy the weekend and I'll see you guys on Monday. Catch you later. Bye. Bye.
