Matt Dart shows personal trainers how to boost revenue by upselling extra sessions to existing clients instead of chasing new leads. If half your clients add one weekly session at $80-$100, you can gain $500-$1,200 per week. He walks through two frameworks: a 4-week trial with the second session at 50% off, and a market-research pitch, with scripts and timing for when clients are seeing results.

is about— this session is about how you can actually get your clients to spend more money, uh, with you. So, uh, we're going to go through how you can go from 1 session to 2, 2 sessions to 3. I've even had clients go from 3 sessions a week and upgrade to 4 sessions a week with me as well. Okay, so I'm going to show you the step-by-step process. I'm going to show you the exact script to use. I'm going to show you how you can get this done super, super easy. There's two different ways you can do it. Okay, so I'm going to start sharing my screen, um, in just a second. Um, so can everyone see my screen? Just give us like a, a yes in the chat because I can't see everyone anymore. Just like a yes in the chat if you can see the screen. Yeah, cool. Awesome. Alrighty, team. So we're gonna go through this session. Okay, so how personal trainers can increase their clients from 1 session to 2, 2 sessions to 3, etc., etc., without needing more leads. So a lot of you guys are obviously focusing on lead generation, sales, etc., etc., but you're missing the point with the existing clients that you've already got. I'm just gonna move this stuff over here so I can see. Welcome as well, Clint. Great to see you, mate. Okay, so let's firstly go through, um, why this is actually an issue or what the opportunity is for personal trainers. Okay. And we're gonna do some math here for a second. So just in the chat, can you guys just put in how many clients you've got right now? So not how many sessions, how many clients you've got right now. We're gonna do some math here for a second to give you the, the context. So Clint's got 14. Is it Desiree? Is that how you say your name? Is that right? Yeah, cool. So you got 15 clients. Awesome. Everyone else, I need to know how many clients you guys have got right now because then they'll tell us what the potential is. Lee's got 6, Brock's got 15. Cool. Everyone else, I need to know how many clients you've got. Ben's got 19. Awesome. How are you? 17. Awesome. Cool. The next thing, how much is each session worth to you? Is it an extra $80 a session, $100 a session, $50 a session? How much extra is it? Lee's $80, Slim's $80, Ben $900. I assume that means $90. All good. Rob's $90, Nick's $90. Okay, cool. So then I want you to, I want you to go If we were to get half of your clients, if we get half of your clients to upgrade just one session per week, how much extra income would you make each week? So to work this out, if you had 20 clients, let's— I'll just do easy maths. If you had 20 clients and half of them were to upgrade one session, there would be an extra 10 sessions per week. And let's just say they spend $100 per session. That's an extra $1,000 a week. By doing no extra marketing? Actually, $1,200 for Rob. How much would it be worth to you guys? Extra $560 a week. I want you guys to work out how much this is worth. So I'm going to show you exactly how to make that much extra. Okay, so let me remove this part so I can see. Okay, so most trainers looking in the wrong spot. Most personal trainers focus on signing more clients, but they're ignoring the easiest place to grow their revenue, which is their existing clients. Okay, I'm sure we can all agree, and everyone that I can see, if you guys can just give us a nod or in, in the chat, because I can't see everyone right now. I'm sure you guys would agree. Would clients get better results if they see you more often? Just a yes or no if you, if you think it's a no. Yeah. And would the clients be more invested if they were spending more money? Just yes or no. Awesome. So wouldn't it make sense to have a process in your business to get people to spend more money? So I'm going to show you guys how you can do it for your existing clients right now, and then also how you can do it for all clients that come on board with you moving forward, so you don't have to focus on as much sales and marketing. By the way, before we get any further, I forgot to do this before. If you guys are a guest here, which I think I only allowed 10 people to come to this training as a guest, more than likely some of you guys will want some extra help implementing this into your business after this. Okay, so if that's you, we have got 4 spots available if you want to have a conversation with me about making this happen in your business. So we've got 4 spots. I'm just going to put the, the link in the chat. Once they're gone, they're gone. There's 10 people on here that can qualify. There's 4 spots available. So I'll let you guys sort that out. So, uh, as I said, most people are looking for new clients, but we're going to show you guys how you can, um, upgrade your existing clients. Okay, so we've kind of gone through this a little bit already, but they're going to get better results, they have more accountability, they stay with you longer because they get better results, and you can actually, uh, improve all aspects of their health and fitness, right? So I spoke to my clients about this a couple of weeks ago. With, with AI coming along so fast, the people who are just doing basic stuff like nutrition, or basic nutrition and training, are just going to get wiped out. People need to understand, or personal trainers need to understand, how to get people to change behavior and change all aspects of their life— their, their sleep, recovery, their supplements, all aspects of their health and health and wellness— to really survive, um, with AI kind of doing the stuff. People can get the same, if not better, programming from AI. Right now. Okay, so you guys need to make sure that you guys can get clients overall better results so your clients stay with you for longer. Okay, so if we can implement this opportunity— just let some more people in here— you shouldn't have to do as much marketing. You'll work with fewer clients, so it'll be a much better experience for you. Because I'm sure— I'll just mute everyone— I'm sure— would you guys agree? Would you rather work with less clients, or would you rather, would you rather work with, you know, 20 or 30 high-level clients, or would you rather work with 50 people that require a lot of attention from you? Which one would you prefer? 20, 30 high-level clients, 100%. Cool. All right, let's show you how. So we kind of did this before, but the math is simple. Let's say you charge $70 per session, If you were to get half your clients, or not even half, even if you got 5 clients to upgrade, that's still going to be like an extra $300 to $500 per week in additional income by not doing any extra marketing, just having a simple conversation, um, with, uh, your clients. Okay, so I did this before, 10 extra sessions per week, what will be an extra $2,800 per month. So I want to know in the chat, what would you do with the extra money if you had an extra $2,000 to $3,000 per month? What would you be spending the money on? Or you don't have to spend it, of course, but what would you do with the extra money? Would you be saving it? Would you be investing in other things? Would you just spend it on other things? What would you do with the extra income? Let us know. I'd be buying a Tesla, especially with the, the old petrol, the fuel these days. Electric cars going, going bonkers at the moment. Give it to the tax man. Ben, we probably need to have a conversation. I'm very good at tax optimization. Love it. All right, awesome. Yeah, invest it all. Good stuff, good stuff. Okay, so there's more accountability, there's better form and technique, there's faster, more visible results, stronger lifestyle adherence, and higher long-term success rates. Okay, so when is the best time to ask them to upgrade their sessions? You definitely don't want to do this when they first start with you, okay? Because a lot of people are kind of testing you as a personal trainer. So you definitely don't want to ask at the start. When you ask for this, and this is also when you ask for referrals, is when they've got some wins on the board, when they've already got some results. So generally what you want to do is in the first 4 or after about 4 or 6 weeks. After 4 or 6 weeks, they should see some results, they should have some trust and Yeah, essentially some trust and some results. That is when you want to ask to upgrade. Now we do this, um, with a goal setting and reassessment session. So usually all our clients will do, uh, usually 4 to 6 weeks in, we'll go through their progress, we'll go through their fitness testing, their measurements, body scan, whatever you guys do, and we analyze the results so they know exactly where they're at. More than likely they would have got some results. Because if someone hasn't worked with a trainer before, they haven't, haven't been doing too much, and then all of a sudden they work with a trainer, they work on their nutrition, they work on a training program, they're going to get some pretty epic results in the first 4 to 6 weeks. So that's when you— that's when you want to upgrade, or even ask for a referral, which we're not going to talk about referrals today, um, but this is where you're going to upgrade them. Okay, so we're gonna go into the 2 things that you can do to get them to upgrade. So this, this line here is perfect if they're doing 1 session a week. The line is, how would you like to get double the results for half the price? So this is sparking curiosity. So what this essentially means is you're gonna offer them in theory, to get double the results because they're going to go from 1 session to 2. And when I say you get the results for half the price, let me explain what this means. So if you're going to go from someone spending $70 per week to $140 per week, that's obviously a pretty big jump for a lot of people, right? So we're going to make it super easy for them to experience the better results So they like working with us more and then make it easy for them to be able to afford it. Okay, so what you're gonna do, you're gonna offer them the second session at half price for 4 weeks. Okay, so if it's 70, they would pay an extra 35 a week for 4 weeks only as a trial to see if they like it. And guess what happens in that 4-week period? They're gonna get better results, they'll see the immediate changes, and they'll enjoy training with you more because there's more support, more accountability. And then what's gonna happen there? They're gonna get used to spending the extra $35 a week. They're gonna get used to spending it anyway. So then it's just a matter of, okay, to continue, it's only an extra $35 a week. So it's an easier jump for them rather than going, hey, instead of going $70 to $140, we're just going to go 70 to, uh, was that 105, I think, um, and then to 140. Okay, this is the first option. Uh, Harley said, did this recently but only did 2 weeks, so the interest was already there. Yeah, 100%. I mean, if, if they're kind of bringing up that they want the extra support and accountability, you don't have to offer anything half price or anything. This is just to get people to be willing to try it to see what the difference would be in terms of their results. Okay, so you guys can do this right now for anyone that's doing 1 session a week, or even 2 sessions, or 3 sessions as well. As I said before, like when I was doing face-to-face, I had clients that did this when they were doing 3 sessions a week and upgrade to 4 sessions a week. It doesn't matter if they're doing 1, 2, or 3. If there's enough value there, People are happy to upgrade. Also, side note, I'm loving, uh, everyone that's jumped on live here. A few others that have jumped in— Talon, Perry, Martin, Liam. Awesome, great to see you guys. Lee as well. Awesome stuff. Okay, just in the chat, just a yes or no if this is making sense so far, or if I can see you. I can only see 5 people right now, but if it's making sense, just give us a a nod and in the chat a yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes. Awesome. Okay, so this is the, the first option. Okay. Who feels like that's a relatively simple conversation to have with clients? Relatively straightforward. Right? Now let me just give you some, some stats here because I like to go off stats. Now if you, if you've got 20 clients, right, usually half of these people are open to doing this, okay? Usually. I don't know, obviously not all your clients, but usually about half of them are open to doing it, and usually half of them will stay on at the new price like after the first 4 weeks because they'll enjoy it, blah blah blah, okay? This is perfect for like brand new clients that are just kind of testing the waters and they get a really good experience after the first 4 to 6 weeks and they, you know, want to go all in on their health and fitness. Okay, because if you imagine like people, especially in this economy when everyone's panic buying fuel now instead of panic buying toilet paper— it's changed this time— um, they're obviously super cautious on investing their money, right? So they're probably just going to start on one session a week as an example. Okay, they might do 2 or they might do 3, but they might start on a lower option. This is perfect how you can get people to spend more money. Okay, so this is the first option. Uh, so I kind of already covered this, but just to recap, so you're going to reduce the resistance with a trial structure. So it's 50% off the additional session. So only the additional session is half price. Okay, just making that super clear. So it's not half price everything, it's half price on the additional session. Okay, some people might be like, I, I don't want to discount my services. That's fine, you don't have to discount if you don't want to. I'm just saying short term, for the first 4 weeks, to give them, uh, more value first so they're willing to buy is going to be worth your, worth your while long term. Brock can sell them on the fact they have to get stronger to carry the full petrol cans. Love your work. Okay. So while the trial— why does the trial work? Because it's just a test. It's only a trial. Okay, so you need to frame it as a trial. You don't need to commit long term right now. All I'm asking you to do is just test it to see if we can get double the results for half the price. Okay, it's not like you're selling a $5,000 package. It's literally just a couple of extra, oh, couple hundred bucks to let them experience what it's like to train with you more to get the results. Okay, let's have the second option. The second option is the market research approach. Far less salesy, I suppose you could call this, uh, or if you want like a, an easier option. So you're going to ask the question, which is going to be, hey John, how would you like to be part of some market research? And you're basically just going to explain that, hey, I'm just testing what, what the results people get between 1 session versus 2 sessions, or 2 sessions versus 3 sessions, or 3 sessions versus 4 sessions, whatever it is. We're offering a 4-week trial to compare the results firsthand. Okay, so there's literally like, there's no sales in this. It's like, hey, would you be open to being part of some market research? Okay, does that feel like super laid back, super casual? This is why pretty much at least half, half of your clients will be open to doing this because it's just like market research. And again, same thing, guess what happens when they experience better results? They want to stay on at the extra session. Okay, so it's exactly the same thing as I said before. You can offer half price. This market research approach, you don't necessarily have to do the half price because this one up here is more, I suppose, psychologically based in terms of sales. So how would you like to get double the results for half the price? That's sparking the curiosity, whereas this one is just a super casual way that you can do it. Okay, and both of these options work. It just depends on which, which one you feel more comfortable doing. I would say try both. A lot of my coaching these days, it's like, hey, I'm going to give you some options in terms of how you can do it. You choose the best option that you feel is gonna be, you know, that's gonna feel natural to you. Okay? So just some feedback in the chat. Which one feels more natural to you? Just a 1 or a 2. So number 1 would be, how would you like double the results and half the price? And 2 would be, would you like to be part of some market research? Which one feels more up your alley or more like which one you would wanna do? All right, so we got a bit of a mixed, mixed bag. So 1-1, 2-1, 2, double the results, 1-1. Okay, cool. So I think probably more double the results than half the price. The reason why I think a lot of people would prefer that one, just in my opinion right now, is because it's more focused on the client's results. And I think you'd probably get more buy-in from the clients, in my opinion. It's just my gut feeling. But all I would say is you, you can just test, because remember, you can do this with all your clients right now. Like, literally, you could get off this Zoom today and literally call up all your clients this afternoon, tomorrow, and offer them, you know, one of these two options. And you can literally increase your income by $500 a week next week. That's how good it is. But then you also want to make sure you implement this for new clients coming on board as well. Okay, so all new clients get the opportunity to do the extra session as a trial to do some market research or to also get double the results for half the price. And guess what happens then? You can literally in your sales consultations, you can literally say, based on the research that we've done with our clients, the people who do XYZ get XYZ results. The people who do XYZ get this type of results. Which one do you want to go with? And it's backed by data. Okay, that makes it easier to sell. Do you want this one or do you want this one? Okay, let's get moving on. Now, what are you going to do during this 4-week trial? Okay, super, super important that you go above and beyond during this time because you want to get them better results. And at the end of the day, if you guys are saying, hey, how would you like to get double the results for half the price? You don't need to put in double the, double the work, but you need to make sure that you'll push them a little bit harder Uh, of course, safely. Of course, you don't want to injure them. Um, point out how much faster they're progressing. So this is like the sales psychology. So let's just say, for example, someone's training one session a week, and maybe they're not doing as much on their own than what you would have liked, which happens all the time, right? People would never do as much on their own as they do when they're with you. So what's going to happen is, hey, how, uh, like, uh, are you finding you've got, um You feeling a little bit stronger now that you're doing 2 sessions a week instead of 1? Yeah, 100%. Do you feel like you've got more energy? Yeah, 100%. Point out things that they should be experiencing while doing the extra sessions with you. Celebrate them on their consistency as well. Hey, isn't it really good showing up twice a week and me being here to push you? Isn't that good? Don't you love just talking shit with me 2 times a week instead of 1? The next thing that you've got to do is make sure that they know they're getting better results. So as to what I said before, when we do a goal setting and reassessment session, uh, every 4 to 6 weeks, you do the same thing again at the end of the 4 weeks. Okay, it's just data. You say, hey, look, this is the results you got doing 2 sessions a week. This is the results you did doing 1 session a week. Can you see how much better it is to do 2 sessions instead of 1? And they're interested. It's— for most people, it's a no-brainer. Like, okay, cool, it's an extra $35 a week now, uh, let's continue doing 2 sessions a week. Um, in the chat, who, who thinks they know a couple of clients that would benefit from doing extra sessions with you? Anyone think of some clients that would get some better results doing more sessions? Yeah. And like, obviously you probably don't know exactly their financial situation, but do you think people could maybe afford extra sessions? Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, cool. Okay, this is good. Okay, so now let's go through objections. These are the two objections that you're going to face, if any. And by the way, the reason why we kind of make it like a no-brainer is to avoid any of these objections. But you might get one of these two objections: I don't have time for another session. I can't afford it right now. They're the two objections that you're going to face. So let's go through how you can handle these objections. And by the way, you're not going to get everyone to do it, okay? So sometimes you won't be able to handle these objections, and there's just no point pushing them because they're already paying clients. You'll know the ones that are actually keen to do it, okay? So don't feel like you have to push people to do this. Okay, so this is how you handle them. If it's time, you just got to remind them that training twice a week means they only have to guess what they need to do on their— so they don't have to guess what they need to do on their own. It actually saves them time and mental energy. Okay, so a lot of people, when they train with you face to face, it's because they don't want to think about what they need to train, and they can't, like, push themselves or motivate themselves to, to do it. Okay, so it's, it's going to be in their best interest to do it because they're still— because the thing is, right, if they're training with you once a week and you're, you're doing a program for them for, I don't know, 2, 3, 4 days a week, um, to train on their own, they still need to come into the gym to do those sessions. There's no any extra time required. It's exactly the same time. It's just going to be with you instead. Okay, so realistically, that's a BS objection. Okay, it's a completely false objection, doesn't exist. But if people are going to say, you know, I don't want to come in for the extra session, no problem, all good. If it's money, remind them it's only a temporary trial to either get the market research or to basically see what results you would get by doing an extra session. Okay, they aren't committing to the permanent increase yet. All you're asking them to do is do the trial. And by the way, this is the same thing, like, if you guys— for the guys that are in, in the community in PT Mastery, by the way, side note, if you guys are coming to the event, we got some shirts made up, super cool. So for the guys coming to the event, um, in Sydney, I'm super pumped to give you guys the shirts. Um, there's the training that we've got that that helps, helps you close the people that are on defense doing a trial with you guys, which is a 4-week trial. It's, it's the full price trial, but it's basically the same framework as what I'm teaching right now. But they're not committing to the full price just yet. They're only committing to the trial. Okay, if they're really like, hey, I need the money for all the fuel that I'm having to, to buy, then Yeah, there's no point having the, having the argument, right? Um, because the stats say 50% of people, 50% of clients will be open to doing it. Okay, so you're going to have half, half your clients not want to. Some people just want to train once a week, some people just want to do 2 sessions a week. That's completely fine. But the key here is just asking the question, because there's a lot of money to be made by clients that you've already got. Making sense? Just a yes or no in the chat if everything's making sense. Yes, beautiful. Cool. Cool. We're actually almost at the end now, which is good. So I'm actually going to have some time for Q&A, which is awesome. It's actually the last couple slides. Okay, so the ultimate goal here is the— is instead of having high volume and low frequency, which is a lot of clients doing less sessions, the whole point is to switch that to low volume, which is low— not so much the low amount of clients, but smaller amount of clients, but they're training with you a higher amount of times. So for example, if you want to make, you know, $2,000, $3,000, $4,000, $5,000 a week, you you could easily do that by just working with like 20 people, maybe 30 people, depending on how much you charge. Okay, because as we all agreed before, you'd rather work with, uh, less people, but they're working with you in a higher capacity. Okay, a lot less stressful as well, coming from someone that used to have like 170 PC clients. Not that fun. So what I want you guys to do, at a bare minimum, I think most of the guys here have between 10 to 20 clients, but at a bare minimum, identify 3 clients who are at least training once per week, pitch them the 4-week trial upgrade using the script that I gave you, um, above, uh, and implement into your, uh, ongoing process. Once they finish the first 4 to 6 weeks, every single person gets the offer upgrade. Okay, so every single person gets offered to do either the market research or get double the results for half the price. And then literally you guys won't have to do as much marketing. Does anyone like doing marketing? Me? Most people don't like doing marketing, especially PGs. No, no, no, no. Yeah. So not many people like doing marketing, right? So take advantage of the clients that you've— not take advantage of them, but take advantage of the opportunity that you guys have got. Like, there's, you know, $300, $400, $500 a week just sitting there waiting to be, waiting to be sold to, essentially. So we're gonna have like probably 10, 15 minutes of questions. So for Um, for the people that are guests here, which I think is roughly around 10 of you guys, um, we have already had 2 people book in. Where's my screen gone? Here it is. I've had 2 people book in, um, for me to help them implement this into their business. So we've got 2 spots left. Um, for everyone else, Um, does anyone have any questions on what you guys can do individually, or any, any potential people that want to brainstorm how they could actually roleplay this with clients? That actually might be a good idea. Does anyone want to, um— yeah, Brock, right? I'll unmute you. Well, you should be able to unmute yourself, hopefully. Awesome. Um, I have 4 clients that I train in a group setting. Um, is there any specific language or scripts you could recommend to upgrade them to, um, say 1 or 2 weeks, like in the, like one-on-one sessions? Yeah, that's a good question. Um, so they all do, they all do group, they don't do any one-on-one? Yeah, they all, uh, do group. Yeah. So I honestly could— I reckon you could probably pitch this as like all-in-one in a group setting, to be honest. What I would literally do at the end of the session— and we can do a quick little role play as well— at the end of the session, I would literally be like, hey guys, I've been thinking about doing some market research with a few of the clients that I've got. Would you guys be open to trying something? And then just see what they say from there. And by the way, this is how you could have the conversation if you got one-on-one clients as well. Be like, hey, I've been thinking of doing some market research. Would you guys be open to trying something a little bit different? If they say yes, then sweet. So you kind of get like a micro commitment to be open to something. And then you're gonna say, I want to see the difference between your progress, your energy, um, overall health if we were to do 2 sessions instead of 1. As a bit of a favor to you guys for letting me do the market research, I'm going to give you the, the, the second session half price. So the half price session would be for 4 weeks, and we'll basically sit down after 4 weeks, uh, and just analyze the difference in terms of energy, training, results, strengths, etc. And we can just compare the results. And then some of you guys will naturally want to do the extra session, and some of you will stay on the one session. Would you be open to trying that? That's literally how I would do it. That make sense? Yeah. So, so, and if you do, if you're doing this one-on-one, exactly the same conversation. Let's, let's do a role play on, um, actually, does anyone want to volunteer to do a role play with me? I know everyone loves role plays. If I don't pick someone, I mean, I'll do it. Yes. Yeah, Rob beat you to it, mate. I'm gonna go Rob. Rob loves a role play. I love a role play, helps a lot. All right, Rob, you're going to be the client. I'm gonna be the trainer. Yeah. And yeah, just, just go along with it. Just make it relatively easy so people can understand how easy it can, it can be. So just for context, I'm just gonna assume you're doing one session a week. Yeah. And I'm just gonna, I'm gonna do, let's do both. I'll do the first one being how it's like double the results and half the price. And then I'll do the market research one so everyone can understand how I'm doing it. So Rob, great session today. Hey, I've been meaning to ask you, have you ever thought about— actually, sorry, scrap that. Let me start that again. Great session today, Rob. I wanted to ask you something that I've been thinking about for a little while. How would you like to get double the results for half the price? Yeah, mate, that sounds good. How would we do that? Yeah, love it. So what we're essentially doing right now is doing one session a week. Um, I want to actually compare what it would be like if we did two sessions a week. So in theory, if we did double the output, we should get double the results. Would you be open to doing that? Yeah, makes sense. Yeah. Okay, cool. Now, as a, um, as a bit of a favor for you for doing this, I'm going to do a 4-week trial. So we can test, test it out. And, um, I'll give you 50% off for the second session, so it's only going to be an extra $45 a week. And then we'll just sit down after 4 weeks and compare the differences, and we can decide what to do from there. That sound good? Sounds good, Matt. That's, uh, nice of you to give me a bit of a discount. No worries, man. I know you'd probably pay double the price, but, uh, I thought I'd give you a discount. Oh, thanks. Okay, so that's the first one. So let's go the next one to make it super, pretty much the same thing. So Rob, great session today, mate. You're absolutely crushing it. Hey, I've been meaning to ask you, I've been wanting to do a little bit of market research. Would you be open to, would you be open to doing some market research with our services? Oh yeah. Okay. What does that mean? What is that gonna involve? Yeah. So basically I want to compare what results people get by doing 2 sessions a week compared to 1. And as a favor to you for doing that, I'm going to give you the second session at half price, so it's only going to be $45. Um, and then at the end of the 4 weeks, we're going to sit down and compare what results you got from the 2 sessions compared to 1, and then we can decide what to do from there. How does that sound? That sounds awesome, mate. Sounds like a deal of the century. Yeah, and for, for most people, it'll just be simp— simply like Yeah, done. No problems. Let's, let's rock and roll because at the end of the day, people want to get their results. And at the end of the day, like, you're not selling like thousands and thousands of dollars worth of services, right? It's literally like, if you think about it over 4 weeks, let's just say the average person sells, I don't know, $75 to $95. So it would be like an extra $40 a week over 4 weeks, $160. You guys probably spend that at the pub on a Saturday night. So like, it's not a lot of money, okay? So when people say, yeah, I know not everyone can afford it, right? I understand that. But majority of people can afford to do this. And you'll be surprised how many people enjoy doing the extra sessions with you. Okay? And don't be fooled. Just because they're doing 2, 3, or 4 sessions a week doesn't mean they don't want more. Okay, has anyone heard this? There's this interesting quote. I can't remember who did it, but it was like 80% of your revenue comes from 20% of your clients. Has anyone heard that before? It basically means that 20% of your clients will basically spend majority, not majority of your income will come from your top clients essentially. And it's the same with my business, the same with your business. If you think about the clients that like love you, they trust you, they, they would do anything that you want. These are the ones that you would pitch this offer to. Okay. Remember, I've also had people go from 3 sessions to 4 sessions, 4 sessions to 5 sessions a week. It doesn't matter. Process works for every single person. Okay. Does anyone have any other questions you want to go through? No. Okay, is everyone going to give me a yes in the chat? Are you guys going to ask all your clients next week about upgrading their sessions? Heck yes. Awesome. Anyone else? Just Brock? Clint, yes. Aaron, yes. Awesome. Rob, yes. Cool. That's 6 of you. Awesome. Awesome stuff, team. Okay, if there's no other questions, I'm going to leave it here. For the guests that came along, I can't remember how many there was. There's probably, um, 6 or 7 still here. Can you guys just stay on? I just want to get some feedback on what you thought, um, from today. Clients, uh, I'll upload the recording in school for you guys so you can watch it back. Um, and actually, I'll stop recording now.
