What if taking one day off could transform your week? 🤔

Someone explains why they started taking Fridays off to handle admin work, clear their to-do list, plan the next week, and spend time with family. They say it improved their productivity and planning.
You. You recently just decided to take Fridays off sessions. Why did you decide to do that and what's the benefit?
For me the benefit is I get to work from my business at home and not be in constant or in concert training with my clients and I can actually get some admin stuff done, get some backend stuff done that I've been needing to do for the past like I say few weeks, few days, whatever. So it's more of like a clear out day just doing tasks that I know I need to do that I haven't been able to get to throughout the week. And that way then it sets me up perfectly for the weekend and the week after that because I can almost in a sense plan out my next week and just go from there. It's also good as well because my my old man is home on Fridays as well so it allows me to spend a lot more time with him.
