Short YouTube monologue by Matt Dart giving practical advice for overcoming performance plateaus: seek a different perspective or mentor, find someone who has achieved the goal you want, follow their guidance closely, and expect to move past the challenge. The speaker cites a recent personal example of investing in a mentor during a current plateau.

Sometimes you just need a different perspective or a different point of view to push you past, you know, the plateau. And, you know, I've done it a heaps of times before. Like, I've literally just invested in another mentor last week for me, because I'm plateauing in something that I've been working on. You just got to find someone that has done what you want to do and, you know, work with them, do exactly what they say, and, you know, more than likely you're going to get past whatever challenge that you're experiencing at that time.
