A short YouTube video ("Which clients are like this for you? #pt #personaltrainer #memes") containing an English conversational transcript in which a trainer (Matt Dart) pushes a client through a demanding squat set. The excerpt emphasizes coaching cues (bar position, weight on neck, ankle/knee mechanics), motivational banter, and light humor as the client struggles to complete reps. Answers: []

Okay, Sit.
That looks really heavy.
Look, this is not going to be a half assed workout. We gotta really get in. It's gonna hurt.
Yeah, but I can't Listen. All right, just position.
Yourself under the bar and listen to me. All right, here's what you're gonna do. You're gonna take all the weight on your neck. Then you're gonna jam.
Your legs down.
And hyperextend your ankles. And then shoot back up and lock your knees in place. Not one of those things sounds right.
To me at all.
Look, you.
Wanna fight like a man.
You gotta train like a man. Now, come on. Give me a squat. Ready? Oh, my God. Keep it up, dad. Can't keep it up. Keep it up.
At least I got the one right?
Yeah. Get out, get out, get out. We got a lot of work to do.
