I used to wing all new onboardings. Now we've got a specific system that maps out their exact process for the next 12 weeks. Winging it just isn't possible to scale, and what actually happens is your team has to do everything manually, and that is wasting time on things that can be automated. So this is what we did in our business. We mapped out the exact process that we need to get the desired result in the first 12 weeks, and we put in touchpoints with the client on what they needed to have done within that time frame.
