So much of confidence is, we think confidence is like, I gotta go do something amazing to become confident. So much of confidence can be felt. You can transform your confidence today just by acknowledging what you've already done. Look at what you've already got through. What you've already encountered and won. Beat to get to where you are today. It's amazing. I always think to myself, look at how far you've come, look how much you've overcome, and then go, whoa, what else could a person like that do? That's amazing. I wonder what else a person like that could do. So that's a big part of the self-compassion. Anytime you feel yourself measuring yourself outwards, go inwards and look at what you've already done from where you started. Okay? Because no two lives are the same.
