In this YouTube video recorded at a Chicago airport, Matthew, accompanied by Jamison, announces a new project called “Love the Journey.” The series will be a behind‑the‑scenes documentary that follows Matthew’s live‑event tour, capturing raw moments, mistakes, and the human side of his work that fans rarely see. Matthew explains his desire to deepen audience connection beyond newsletters and Sunday videos, emphasizing that sharing failures can inspire viewers. He outlines that the first episode will debut the following Sunday on a regular blog day, will be longer than typical content, and aims to celebrate loving the everyday process. A brief banter with Jamison touches on a mistaken claim about Matthew’s age and wealth, and Matthew admits feeling stressed about an upcoming performance at London’s O2 Arena. The video ends with an invitation for viewers to watch the upcoming series and a motivational sign‑off.

Chapters
Hey guys, it's Matthew. So I am at the airport right now with Jamison. We are in Chicago, about to go to Toronto. Keeping my voice kind of low, 'cause I don't want to be one of those obnoxious people who speaks really loudly in a public environment. I'm on my tour right now, and we're going around the country doing all of these live events, and I'm having such an amazing time. And I get to see so many of you when I do this. But the tough part is that there are so many of you I don't get to see that really the only time we get to interact is either through my newsletter or through Sunday videos like this one. And I was speaking to Jameson about how do we take things to the next level there? Because I would love to be able to bring more of you on the journey with us as we do this. And so we decided on a new project project. And this new project is me spending a lot more time with Jameson, firstly, and him coming with me to these locations and filming a kind of behind the scenes documentary style video of what it's like, not just, you know, you guys see me in a Sunday blog video and Some of you see me on stage or you may even see clips from a live seminar, but I wanted for you guys to come on the more raw journey with us and to see how it works. Whenever I have mentors, I always want to see the behind the scenes. That's always the thing I'm most interested in. How do people do things behind the scenes? The stuff that I don't get to see normally. Instead of just the performance, what's the process before the performance? that's really important. It's important to see people's mistakes because that's, in a way, it's kind of humbling for us. Sometimes we see people who seem to do something really well and we never see their mistakes and we lose the human element. And I think, you know, it's important to always remember that people are so human. And if we were to spend every minute of the day with them, we'd see just how human they really are. We wanted to do something that that was much more raw than we've been doing and give you guys a chance to come on the journey with us and hopefully at worst you'll be entertained and at best you, from my mistakes and my shortcomings and the problems that I encounter along the way, maybe it will also make you feel more encouraged in what you're doing when you're making mistakes and you're trying to achieve something, we can kind of share our journeys together a little bit. I think it's really important that we share the real journey, not just the part that looks like it's going well. We're calling it Love the Journey. The first episode comes out next Sunday, so stay tuned. It's going to be on a normal blog day, but it's not going to be a normal blog video. It's going to be longer and it's going to be the first episode. We called it Love the Journey because We're going around talking about love, but also because it's about loving every day. And that's what life's about. I want to invite you to come watch it. It's complimentary. It's just me sharing our world with you. And I hope you love it. So stay tuned next Sunday. It is coming. Jamison is going to throw up a little teaser right now so that you can get a sense of it. And I'll see you for the real thing next weekend. In the meantime, have an amazing week. Go do your thing. and I'll see you soon.
I have one question for you. How you feel, how you feel. 25 sitting on 25 mil.
I'm not 25 and I'm not sitting on 25 mil so everything about that is incorrect.
Feel the stress.
Yeah you could say that. I'm a little stressed. The O2 arena is like The Madison Square Garden of London. So, I'm fucking terrified.
I know this works beautifully for you in America. Over here, do you think it's going to work equally as well?
