Big announcement time. We created Ladies Gentlemen, a podcast. We now have my original show Love Life on itunes, available for you to listen to and download three times a week. Three times a week you'll be able to download these episodes so that you can listen to them on your iPhone, in your car, when you're on the move, when you're traveling, when you're doing the hoovering, the vacuuming. For those of you in America, it's like carrying me around in your pocket, giving you a little bit of advice on life on a regular basis.
