You want to know what one of the most annoying things in life is? Putting a ton of energy and effort into your love life or your career and still not seeing the results you deserve. Well, if this is you, then sit tight because in this video I'm going to show you how this tasty burger holds the secret to everything clicking into place. No, we mustn't. Not yet. Think for a moment what it takes to make a great burger. You have to find the right bun, toast that bun, you have to slice the lettuce, the tomato, find good fresh ingredients for that, get a great patty, good quality meat, cook it to perfection, season it. You have to assemble this whole thing. It's hard work. But then the final thing that goes on is the secret sauce. Now despite all of the work that went into assembling the burger, I would wager that for most of you, the thing that makes your favorite burger your favorite burger is the sauce. To me, the sauce in life is what stops people from getting what they deserve. Because they spend their whole lives making a great burger and yet they don't add the secret sauce. I call the secret sauce impact. Impact is charisma. Impact is persuasion. Impact is the ability to influence being able to sit in front of someone and have them say about you, I don't know what it is about you, but there's something different. There is something special about you. Very often when you have impact, people don't know exactly what you're doing. Much like the secret sauce in a burger, you don't know what goes into it. You just know you can't live without it. Now, many of you know I created a program called Impact to teach all of these skills to people. I'm not talking about some fake it till you make it BS. I'm talking about the art form of actually being able to connect with other people and being able to highlight how what you have is unique, special, different from what other people have. This is an art form and that art form can be broken down. Impact is something that anybody can learn. Can someone with no charisma all of a sudden be the most charismatic person in the room? Maybe not. I don't know just how highly you can score in any of these categories. But here's what I know for sure. Everybody, everybody can have 10% more impact than they do today. And here's the secret. 10% more impact will get you 90% more results. I'll repeat that. If you are working hard, 10% more impact can get you 90% more results. The person at a party who has 10% more impact than everybody else is the one who gets the attention, the attraction of that really amazing man or woman. The business that has 10% more impact than every other business is the one that gets 90% more clients than every other business. They may even be doing the same thing. How many of you have iPhones right now? How much better is iPhone than the other phones? Right, 10% maybe better than the Samsung Galaxy, but guess what? The 10% difference in the marketing, the branding, and the usability of the iPhone means that nine out of 10 of you have an iPhone. It's not proportionate gains for the little bit of extra impact. 10% more impact equals disproportionate gains in your life. I'm not saying you can transform your level of impact. That's down to the individual. But everybody can have 10% more. And 10% more means a lot more in terms of results. I have used the skill of impact every step of the way in the accomplishment of my dreams, and I still am using it today. I started out sleeping on an office in London, something that freaked my mum out every single day I was there. To having a book deal, to having a TV show, to being able to come to America and influence not hundreds or thousands of people, but millions of people across the world in what we do. The things that I have done, I have done because I didn't just work hard. I knew how to influence. I knew how to persuade. I knew how to sell. I knew how to engage. I knew how to connect. I knew how to inspire. these skill sets have been the secret source of my life that have allowed me to do what I have done. I would wager that if I didn't have that, none of you watching this video would know who I am right now.
