Matthew here. So look, I wanted to drop in, it's the end of the year and just say hello and what have you been up to? I want to hear from you. Earlier in the year we had videos that were getting such high responses and since filming the show in the summer that I did, we've been releasing some articles but I really wanted to get back on screen and say hi to you guys and find out what's been going on. It's been a really amazing year for us. I feel humbled by what's happened. We managed to get a primetime show with NBC called Ready for Love that comes out next year in 2013. That's in March. I managed to get a book deal with two major publishers. Both Forget the Guy. They come out in the UK in January and in the US in April. I'm so excited. excited about that. It's going to be an amazing time. And so much has happened this year that I'm so proud of and feel so, in some ways, overwhelmed by it. I'm overwhelmed with both gratitude and also, in some ways, pressure. We have grown and grown and grown, and the expectation on us now is so much higher to be great and to deliver and to perform. that can be kind of scary at times, but it's great. It's great that we've got to where we are and the hard work is paying off. And I've learned so much this year. I've learned to say yes to things all the time. And I've been teaching that for years, but at the same time, I'm finding it's always paying off in my life. Whenever I put myself out there, it pays off, especially when you do it consistently. I came to LA back in October last year and I came to do a seminar. And I literally thought I was coming out here for a seminar. And then I remember staying at the Roosevelt Hotel and saying to myself, I was at the Roosevelt Hotel for one night. And I remember saying to myself, I'd like to be here. I'd like to have a base here as well as in London. And that was the first time I'd ever been to LA on business and flash forward a year, and we have a show and a home in LA and it's amazing. I cannot believe it. I'm still overwhelmed by it now and I don't really, I run the risk sometimes of not even giving myself time to think about it. You know, it's kind of, it's almost one of those situations where you don't want it to go away. So you keep your head down and you keep working hard and you just, you try not to think about it too much. But it's an amazing time and I want to thank you guys because it wouldn't have happened without you. You've supported me for so long. I released an article the other day and I had comments underneath the article saying, I've been following you for a year, two years, some people. I've been watching, looking at all the blogs and it just makes me so happy to know you guys are out there and you're benefiting from this stuff in some way. and also I want to let you know that I've learned a lot this year. I learned a lot about myself, I learned a lot about business, I learned a lot about what it takes to be successful. I was reminded a lot of what it takes to be successful. One of the big things that I picked up on was the power of relationships. I've always believed in that but this year it's become more evident than ever. The more you invest in the relationships, that you have, whether they be family, friends, colleagues, partners, potential clients, those relationships pay off. They pay dividends month on month and they always will. If you invest in your relationships, they'll always pay off. And not every single one of them will pay off, but the more relationships you invest in and the deeper you invest, the more amazing things will be. And I am where I am right now because of the relationships that I have. because of the relationships with my team, the relationships with colleagues, partners, people that I've met along the way, family, friends. But I also have a long way to go there. One of the hard things I think is trying to juggle all of your relationships when you're so busy and you're trying to fit in so many things and you've not even got time to shave, evidently. And it's hard to fit in all your relationships. If you fit them in, you must because that's what makes people successful. And one of the big things that I'm focusing on moving forward is building the relationships with the people I care about and making sure that I find time every week to fit those people in because I certainly haven't been a saint there and it's something that I need to work on. But I'm learning, I'm growing, I'm having a great year, I've had a great year and we're gearing up right now for what is going to be a huge, huge 2013. So keep following, stay on board. I want you with me in all this and I want to share it all with you because I'm going to have so many things to share with you along the way. I'm so excited about it. I can't wait. I can't tell you guys. I'm having the time of my life and I want you guys to come on the journey with me. Don't abandon ship. Stay with me. We've got some fun times coming. So look, leave a comment. If you've been leaving comments, fantastic, I love you, leave more. If you haven't left a comment in a while, now's a great time. Tell me what you've done this year. I want to know. What one thing have you done that you're proud of? What one thing have you learned this year? What one thing do you want to improve? I'd love to hear both of those things. It's nice to get both. What could I appreciate that I've done? But also, what can I learn? Leave a comment and I will speak to you soon. Take care, guys. Bye-bye.
