In this motivational monologue, Matthew AI reflects on Thanksgiving as a uniquely inclusive holiday that encourages gratitude without the social cliques typical of other events. He argues that genuine gratitude is the pinnacle of happiness, noting that thankfulness can stem from both positive and painful experiences. Matthew connects gratitude to personal energy, explaining that a grateful mindset radiates a magnetic vibe that attracts others more powerfully than looks or personality traits. He challenges viewers to write down three things they are grateful for—big or small—to instantly boost their mood and zest for life. The talk blends personal anecdotes, philosophical insights, and a practical gratitude exercise, positioning Thanksgiving (or any day) as an opportunity to enhance personal attractiveness through the energy of thankfulness.

Happy Thanksgiving everyone. This is by far my favorite American holiday. I like the idea of a holiday that isn't really attached to any big ideal or thing. It's just a time to give thanks and a time to be around people you love. I love the way that people invite each other into their homes even if they don't, you know, that isn't someone they love. This year I've been invited into so many homes, so many people have asked me to share Thanksgiving with them and not even really from a place of We want you there, but more from a place of we didn't know if you had anything to do on this day, which I think is really lovely. We don't often see that in other... so much of everything else in life is about cliques and clubs and do you get in, do you get invited, and Thanksgiving isn't really like that. It's just a time when people seem to take care of each other and be grateful. I think that's really amazing. It is certainly true that happiness can come from a lot of different things. But I do think the Pinnacle of happiness comes from being grateful in our lives, what we're thankful for. You can be thankful for your family. You can be thankful for your job. You can be thankful for the time of your life that you're in, the stage of your life. You can be thankful for what's coming in the future. You can be thankful for experiences you've had in the past. You may not be living in America watching this video. I know we have a huge audience outside of America. You can take heart in knowing that this isn't really my holiday either. But I do think that for that very reason of being grateful. It's a very useful day for all of us. So even if you're outside of the states right now and thanksgiving isn't your motive, but your motive is to be happy today, then getting grateful is a really quick way to do that. I also think it's an important distinction to know that what we're thankful for doesn't always have to be the same as the thing that gives us pleasure. You know, people sometimes make that wrong connection that I should be thankful for the things that bring me joy. Sometimes we're thankful for the things that bring us pain. you know, the things that bring us an experience, a learning curve, maybe even a breakup that taught us something or showed us how to get strong when we didn't think we could be that strong, showed us how to survive on our own. There are so many reasons to get thankful and grateful that maybe have nothing to do with pleasure at all. I also want to say that, you know, this blog is so much about attraction, human dynamics, how do we make an impact on people. I'm pretty sure that you've never associated Thanksgiving with Attraction before, attraction being one of the great reasons for this blog existing. But I do believe Thanksgiving is related to attraction because the more we're grateful for things in our life, the more we're thankful for what we have, the more we have a zest for life, the more happy we are, the more at peace we are. And when we're all of those things, of course, we bring a different energy to a room. We impact on people in a completely different way. So this whole gratitude thing that really is what Thanksgiving is about is being grateful. is completely tied to attraction because it's tied to our energy. And look, number one reason that people get attracted is not looks, it's not even you having every personality trait they could want. It's that energy that you feel from someone when you're around them and you go, I want to be around this person more. So that's it from me today. Happy Thanksgiving to all of you in the States or all of you who do celebrate that outside of the States. And for anyone else, use this as a day anyway to get grateful for whatever it is you want to be grateful for in your life. That is my challenge for you today. Is right now, after this video, write down three things that you're really grateful for. Big and small, it doesn't matter what they are. Just write down three things you're grateful for. My health, my job right now, where things are going, I'm grateful for this shitty job that I'm in because it's about to take me somewhere even more exciting. You know, I'm grateful for that breakup or that person that just broke my heart because it's led me to something better. It's made my way for someone who's right for me in my life. Whatever it is, you can get grateful for the bad stuff as well, but write down those three things. and feel yourself get a little happier and a little more zesty about life today. So that's it guys, take care, happy thanksgiving, I'll see you soon. What are you thankful for? You thankful that I just let you stay on my pillow? Is that what you're thankful for? That I just let you stay on my pillow for the whole video? In the background you get famous, you do none of the work.
