You’re Not Broken, You Just Want to Feel Safe…

In this live motivational session, Matthew AI addresses the pervasive feeling that many people are "broken" because they cannot change recurring emotional patterns. He argues that the root cause is a desire for safety: we cling to familiar, often self‑sabotaging habits because they feel secure, even if they cause suffering. Matthew shares personal anecdotes—a transformative two‑week East‑Africa trip with his wife, a Wim Hof cold‑exposure retreat in Poland, and his mother’s late‑life empowerment—to illustrate how stepping out of familiar environments (a "jolt") can break the safety‑based rhythm. He then outlines the need for a concrete plan to build new, safer‑feeling patterns, emphasizing tools for boundary‑setting, guilt management, and identity reconstruction. Throughout, he invites viewers to reflect on their own fear‑driven patterns, to identify the immediate negative emotions (guilt, shame, fear of loss) that surface when they try to change, and to consider joining his upcoming live retreat (September, Florida beach resort) which combines a jolt with a sustained plan. He also promotes his ongoing resources—newsletter, YouTube channel, Love Life podcast, and a booking link for the retreat—while encouraging community interaction and emphasizing that feeling unsafe is a temporary step toward a more fulfilling, emotionally stable life.

Hello. Hi, everybody. We are live. I'll give you a chance to get in here, leave a comment, let me know that you're with me right now. The topic of today's live is you're not broken. You just want to feel safe. And I want to talk about what I mean by that. because I think this is going to have big implications for so many of you out there who struggle with feelings of it's never going to change. I'm never going to change. I'm always going to struggle. I'm always going to have a hard time with the things that I need to do or be, because I've been this way my whole life and I've never been any different and I've never successfully been able to change in this area. I've never been able to successfully change this habit. I've never been able to be a different way with people. And that's. That's a really hard place to arrive at, is this feeling of hopelessness that we. We can't change, that there's just something wrong with us. You know, at least when you get here, leave me a comment and let me know if. you can relate to that idea of just feeling like no matter what happens, you always end up in the same mental state. You always end up suffering with the same emotions. You always end up reacting in the same ways in life or stumbling in the same places. Who here feels like that feeling of these patterns in your life has made you lose some hope? I made you feel broken. Because I know I felt that before. I've literally said out loud, I think I'm just broken. I think my brain is just broken. So if you can relate to that, let me know. We're going to talk about that today and restore some, some optimism here. I have just gotten back from a whirlwind trip around East Africa, which was one of the greatest trips of my life. I feel changed by that trip. I spent two and a half weeks with Audrey, my wife, going around Nairobi, different parts of Kenya, Rwanda, Zanzibar. We did so many incredible things, had some truly life-changing experiences. And it's. I feel like it's changed me. I feel like I feel it's changed me in some really important ways. How many of you can relate to that feeling of there being trips that you. Oh, we might have to turn those off over there. How many of you can relate to that feeling of, you know, There was a trip you did at some point in your life, a way that you got out of your routine and did something new that just changed the way you saw life or you came back and you had a different perspective. It made you feel something different. It made you operate differently. I feel like I just had one of those trips, like a trip that was true before and after moment in my life. Someone said, Isn't there too hot? I think maybe you mean, I'm, I don't know if you mean what I'm wearing right now, but I just came back from jiu-jitsu so, and I wanted to go live with you and I didn't, I'll be honest, I, it wasn't, I don't have enough time in my morning to go and take a shower and get ready in order to come back and do this live before my next so I've come straight from Brazilian Jiu Jitsu here with you, but I hope you'll forgive me for that. So I want to talk about the, oh, Sneha says, yes, I can. It was the Miami retreat in 2022. Yeah, yeah. I, for so many people, they have those moments on the retreat that true before and after in that trip that they take with me. But look, let's talk about this idea of feeling broken, of feeling like something is wrong with us. David, you good? Just so that I can see, because I want to be able to see everyone's comments as well. Let me bring up Instagram for you. I want to be able to see all of your oh, you know what happened? So David, who is here with me, right? Maybe come say hi David so everyone knows that you actually exist here. Where are you? Hello. David has been setting this whole thing up for me to go live with everybody. And he, we wanted to go live on Instagram and TikTok and every Facebook all at the same time. And he was looking for Instagram on my phone to try and pull it up. And he was like, I can't find Instagram. And there's a reason for that. I deleted Instagram. How'd you get it up? You got it up just a second ago. No, I didn't. Look, I'm re-downloading it right now. Okay, cool. It doesn't exist because I deleted it from my phone because I find very little value from having Instagram in my life. So here we go, you're back. I just had to re-download it in real time while I'm here with you so that David can go on it and I can read your comments. By the way, that's how seriously I take focusing on the right things. That's how seriously I take guarding the gates to my mind. If something isn't working for me or if I feel like something isn't a net positive in my life, I get ruthless with cutting those things out of my life. And really, that's what I want to talk about today is we We all have really important things that we are not doing in our lives. It could be physical things that we're doing that are important. It could be working out. It could be challenging ourselves in our career in some way. It could be taking time for ourselves. It could be working less hard and deciding to do less and take things off of our plate and not feeling the need to go hard all the time. I can relate to that one. But it can also be, or it could be, I'm not putting myself out there in my love life. You know, I'm playing it safe all the time and I'm never putting myself out there. But it could also be that we're not doing the important things in our reactions to things, in the way that we deal with people in our lives, in the way that we handle situations, that we keep avoiding the most important things that are going to improve our lives and make our lives better. And the question is why? Why is it that so often in life we avoid the really important and meaningful things? Things that might make us happy, things that might make us feel more peaceful, or things that are difficult, but if we did them, it would truly move our lives forward and create a better life for us. Why do we not do those things? And some people will cite apathy. Some people will say, oh, it's because we're lazy. But I think it's deeper than that. I know it's deeper than that. It's that we have gotten into a certain rhythm in our lives of doing things a certain way. What looks like going through the motions from the outside, but deep down, we keep doing the same things because there's something really scary about doing anything else. You know, you might be someone who has a certain family member in your life that when this person calls you, you leave the call feeling awful. How many people have a situation like that with a friend or a family member, someone you keep close to you in life that when they call you, you just always seem to feel worse. Maybe it's because they bring negativity into your life. Maybe it's because they are constantly berating you or making you feel small or challenging your decisions or belittling you or trying to kind of, you know, they never let you, it feels like they never let you grow and they constantly reduce you to some teenage version of yourself and then you become that teenage version of yourself around them. You regress around that person. Anyone have someone like that? And, or maybe that person makes you feel guilty every time you speak to them, or like you're not doing enough, or they just heap more responsibilities onto you that you feel like shouldn't be yours in the first place. In a situation like that, we're in a certain groove because there's a way that we're used to reacting to that person. It might be that we're used to reacting to that person by saying yes, Even though we want to say no, we take the thing that they heap onto us. We agree to do the thing we don't want to do. Or we listen to them as they say things that they shouldn't, you know, they're mean to us or they belittle us in ways that they shouldn't and we don't stick up for ourselves. We have a certain way of reacting to that person and that way of reacting to the person is, it's what we're used to. It's our rhythm. It's become this pattern in our lives that ironically there is a kind of safety in that pattern because what we're afraid of is if we react to that person in a different way, we're gonna lose them or we're gonna have to, we're not gonna be as close to them anymore. Maybe they'll abandon us, maybe they'll distance themselves from us. Maybe they'll yell at us. Maybe they'll say really mean things and we're worried that's going to make it even worse. We're worried about what will happen if we do something different. If I say no, even though saying no terrifies me, if I say no instead of saying yes for once, we're afraid of what's going to happen. The same might be true in our love life or in our social life. We might find that our love life is stagnant because all we do is go to work and then when we're not working, we're either sleeping, eating or seeing the same married friend that we always see and hang out with at their house around their husband and kids or a friend who is in a different stage of life, doesn't have the same, isn't trying to get out there and meet people and we play catch up with them every week. we're never actually around the people that might actually move us forward. Maybe we need to make some new friends. But making new friends is scary because it means meeting strangers and it means getting out there and maybe getting invited to a barbecue where you don't know anyone. And now you're going to feel like a fish out of water or maybe going to a class where you feel like you're not competent or you don't, you know, you're just scared. You're like, A kid on his or her first day of school again, where you're like, I don't know anyone. This feels like a step backwards. But those friends, those new people in your life might be the thing that brings in either a new connection, new friendship that makes you feel less alone, or it might even be the reason that you get introduced to a new community and the love of your life might be in that community. But we don't do it because it represents the unknown. It's scary. The same might be true when we're dating. There's a certain way of being that we've been for a very long time in our dating lives. We date someone and we either see red flags or we're not getting quite what we want, or maybe it's not moving as fast as we want, or maybe we just got to a point where our feelings have developed and we want more. and we'd love there to be more. But, you know, we have a pattern in those situations. And our pattern might be to run away, or our pattern might be to cling on for dear life, or our pattern might be to please someone and do way more for them than we would ever ask them to do for us, or to constantly compromise on important things, or to not say anything because we're afraid that if we ask for what we want or if we actually say, I want more, then this person is going to leave us. You know, that it's going to end this situation that we're so happy with or that we want to hold on to at the very least, even if it's not making us happy. We have a pattern there. My point is that we all have things that are really important for us to do that by not doing them, we are holding ourselves and our lives back. We spend so much time in our lives stuck in a rhythm, going through the motions in a comfort zone and never doing those things that change our trajectory in life and create a different life for us. And this doesn't mean that we're broken. This is very, very important. It doesn't mean we're broken just because we've been doing it for a long time. Maybe you've been doing it your whole life. That doesn't mean you're broken. What it means is it's become our safety. It's become a way that we feel safe because we're terrified if we do something different, we're either going to lose love or we're going to lose status or we're going to lose an identity we've built for ourselves. And we're going to lose what little we have. who can relate to that? That idea of it's just terrifying to go for something or to try something different, to have a different reaction to someone who here is, who here, you know? And this is a. I want you to be really honest about this. I've been in this situation for years in my life with certain people that I've now changed, but for years I was stuck. Who here knows that your default about someone in your life? Maybe a family member, a friend, or a person romantically, is to complain about that person's behavior, to complain about the way they are, but to never change your response to that person in any meaningful or sustainable way. Who here can relate to that? That it's far easier to get off of the phone and complain about this person and say, I can't believe, you know, my sister, she did it again, or my mother, she's this person, it just drives me crazy, or this. Who here would rather complain about that to someone in your life than to say on the phone to that person, you know what? This thing is no longer acceptable to me. Or I'm not going to say yes to that. I'm not going to let you bully me in this way. Or I'm not going to let you make me feel bad in this way. And if you do, I'm going to have to put down the phone. For most of us, when we do that, when we even... Let me make another guess. Many of you have tried to do that in some way in the past. But what happens when you try to change something about what you bring to the table, how you react to things in life, there is an immediate negative emotion that arrives. It might be guilt. It might be just a deep sense of fear that you're going to lose something or that something bad is going to happen now. It might be that you suddenly feel ashamed. In fact, write the emotion right now that is real for you in those moments. The last time you tried to get out of your comfort zone or set a boundary or say no or practice a different way of being, what was the emotion that came up for you? And by the way, I'm not just talking about with people in your life. One of my patterns in my life has been that I have attached worthiness to how much I get done in a day, worthiness to how hard I'm working all the time, worthiness to doing an impossible amount. And of course, when you do that, it sets you up to constantly be burned out, to constantly be overwhelmed. And what I've had to shift in my life, and I'm in the process of it, and people close to me will tell you I'm getting way better. Audrey Litch, my wife Audrey said to me yesterday, she said, how far you've come in this area is So it's beautiful even sometimes when I feel like I've not made progress, it's so beautiful to feel people closest to me are noticing my progress. But what has changed is I've had to learn how to feel more comfortable not doing something. I've had to feel more comfortable doing less in my day. I've had to feel more comfortable saying, Now is the end of the day, even if there are many things still on my to-do list. This is the end of my day. The overwhelming emotion that I would feel when I first did that was guilt at not working hard enough, a feeling of, you know, I'm not, if because I work less hard or if because I have more balance in my life, I don't achieve as much or things start falling apart, then that's going to be a reflection of my worth or, you know, I think on an unconscious level, then I tie that to love and what makes me worthy in life. And so it had massive implications, all of which meant that when I first tried to shift that about myself, I felt and this may seem like a strange term for some people, but this is the essence of it. I felt deeply unsafe. I felt like I was losing my identity. That's a form of lack of safety, right? We feel safe when we know who we are, but when we change something and all of a sudden it's not, it feels like we're no longer tethered to that idea of ourselves. We're having to find worth and peace in a different way, all of a sudden we feel terribly unsafe. I don't feel tethered to anything. Who am I if I'm not working constantly and achieving and doing this and doing that? So it brought up a lot of guilt. It brought up a lot of fear about loss of identity. It made me feel, it made me lose a feeling of peace. Right? But what I know is that on the other side of that, if I could learn how to feel safe in this new way of being, then my whole life would change. It would change everything about the way my life is set up. It would change everything about the way I operate. Learning how to feel comfortable and okay in a way of being that hasn't been our way of being so far. And there will be a hundred different ways people relate to this idea. For some of you, you know that when you date someone and you decide you like them, your way of being is to bend over backwards trying to make this person happy, trying to do things for them, going out of your way, thinking of them in a thousand different ways, never questioning whether they're doing the same for you, right? Because what represents a feeling of comfort for you, the way you're used to impressing someone or getting love or feeling significant or worthy is by Making someone else happy by pleasing somebody else, by doing more for them than they would ever do for you and never questioning it until the point in the relationship where you feel so resentful because you feel like the relationship is terribly unequal. But we set it up that way from the beginning. So I couldn't be more passionate about this idea. because I think we focus so much on what looks like a kind of a bit of an on-the-nose version of what building a better life for ourselves is, of what changes, whether it's like going to the gym, you know, suddenly you're getting to the gym, or whether it's you suddenly are being ambitious in your career, or whether it's just suddenly being brave and putting yourself out there in your love life. We look at these almost sort of cartoonish ways that we think of change and we think of making improvements in our life. And it actually distracts us from the much more subtle changes and ways of operating in the world that would Change our entire world if we could change that. And those are the things that I see changing people in the most radical ways over time is when we're able to say, I'm not focused on the most important things that would change my life because I'm stuck in patterns that in some way make me feel safe because I'm worried if I do anything different, I'm not gonna know how to do that. I'm not gonna know how to relate to the world in that way. I'm scared that I'm gonna lose this person. I'm scared that this family member isn't gonna love me anymore. I'm scared that I'm not gonna be worthy anymore. If I don't say yes all the time to everyone, if I don't please everyone, I'm scared that I'm gonna lose what makes me important or worthy in other people's eyes. If I stop working this hard or if I stop taking on too much, Just ask yourself in the area you've struggled to change, how would it make me feel if I suddenly did something different in this area? And the chances are that if you stopped doing all of these things for people, if you stopped killing yourself trying to take on an unmanageable set of responsibilities all the time, if you started asking for what you wanted in dating, if you started telling people no, or being honest about how you felt or being real about the fact that you didn't wanna do that thing this weekend because you're exhausted and you don't need a reason. You don't need to pretend that you have something else going on this weekend. You can just say, I'm exhausted and I'd prefer not to. How would you feel if you did that? And the truth, most people would feel terrified. Most people would immediately feel overwhelmed by guilt or fear or the sense of loss. or a loss of identity. So what do we need? What changes this? Because remember, you're not broken. You're just doing what will make you feel safe and comfortable. You're just holding on to what you have, whether it's an identity or whether it's the things in your life that you don't want to lose. I believe we need two things. We need a jolt and we need a plan. Let me explain what I mean by those two things. The jolt is sometimes we need to get out of our environment. We need to get away from the people that have already decided who we are in life, who can if we're not careful, keep us stuck in our current identity through their perception of us. And many people in their lives have that person who, if you start behaving different, they'll immediately start calling it out and start saying to you, what are you doing? Why are you changing? You're very cold now because you said no to them. You're so cold now. You're so ruthless. What happened to you? You know, where's the kind person I know? Right? There will be people that try and keep you. in your current identity. We need to get away sometimes from those people, away from our current influences, or sometimes out of our house, out of the situation that keeps us locked in a certain mindset all the time and jolt ourselves into a new way of being. I can think when I think about the times in my life where I did that, I have immediate recall of them because they were such before and after moments in my life. When in 2019, I was going through a really hard time in my life. I was in one of the lowest places in my life. I was suffering from immense physical chronic pain. I was suffering from emotional pain. I was in a really dark place. And I got invited by a friend of mine, Lewis Howes, to go and do the Wim Hof retreat for five days or six days in Poland and do a whole bunch of scary things in the snow and the ice doing cold exposure therapy. and it was a true before and after moment in my life. It jolted me out of my normal daily situation that for me had become kind of hopeless and scary. And by the time I finished, I left feeling lighter, I left feeling freer. You know, I didn't go into my Africa trip that I just got back from in the last two days in that mindset, but I did go into it having felt really somewhat fried and close to burnout from releasing my new book, Love Life, there. I felt burnt out from that and I felt like I needed a reset. And, you know, I went to Africa and we had the most incredible time and it truly changed me. I can't wait to share them with you. I'm going to talk about them in the Love Life podcast in the next couple of, in the next few weeks. But it changed me, and I felt like there's a different Matthew that came home from that than the one who went in some really beautiful ways. So the jolt is really important. Like, can I, can I get myself out of my environment away from the people that keep me in a certain place, away from the influences and the associations that keep me just operating in the same way and sometimes just out of my routine? and the second thing is we need a plan. And the plan, the jolt is great, but it's not enough on its own. We need a plan, a way of actually creating new patterns and then sticking to those new patterns. And that is not just, you know, building habits. What I mean by. Because building a new habit doesn't necessarily, on its own, make you feel safe and comfortable and peaceful in a new way of being that has always scared us. We need to actually learn tools to learn how to feel safe in a way of being that we've never done. Look, my mom is one of my best friends in the world. I know many of you who have come to a retreat have met my mom. I am watching my mom at this stage of her life get develop a feeling of excitement and safety in new ways of being that she has never been before. You know, my mum was brought up in a environment in the East End of London as a working class in a time where women were taught to be the background, where women were taught to say yes, where women were taught to acquiesce. were taught not to be too loud, not to get above their station, where women were seen as having to go along with the wishes of men, where it was taught to them that it wasn't important for women to go and get a great education, it was important for guys to do it, but women were second-class citizens as far as education goes. Right? It wasn't important for them to go and get educated. It was important to them to go and find someone to rely on. She was brought up in a time when she was taught not to trust herself, that she needed someone else's opinion. And when I look at my mum now, after many years on this earth, she is learning to trust herself. in ways that she's never trusted herself. She's learning to say yes to things that she previously thought were impossible for her. She's developing a sense of independence that is stunning for me to watch because I've never seen my mom step into her power like that. And me and my mom, like me and my mom for the last few years have had this Relationship, you know, she's always been my mom and she's always been my best friend, but we now have a relationship where I get to pass on the things that I've learned to her. And she's now inspiring me by showing me how many changes she's able to make that I, you know, I always believed she could make, but I never knew for sure that she could make. And now I'm watching my mom evolve and change in all of these ways that honestly have validated my entire career, have made me, you know, excited to get out into the world and find more people like my mom and help them because I'm watching my mom change before my eyes and it's one of the most beautiful things that I've ever experienced in my life. And I want that for you too. No matter how many years you've been alive, no matter how long you feel like you've never been able to break out of the way of being that you were taught or kind of brainwashed into thinking about your value, your worth, how you had to be in life. You can change and you can learn to feel comfortable and safe in a new way of being. So here's my challenge to you. and I have something that you can do with me, but whether you do it with me or whether you do it on your own, I just want you to take on this challenge for your life right now. Get the jolt and get a plan. If you want to do the jolt with me and get the plan this September, which is next month now, from the 9th to the, I think it's the 14th or the 15th. I have my live retreat and I'm taking several hundred people through this process. I'm getting them out of their lives, away from where they live, and together we're taking over a resort on the beach in Florida. And together we're not only going to immerse ourselves in a new environment and new people and an amazing peer group and community. But I'm also going to be giving you a plan for how to change these patterns in your life. This isn't a place where you come just to, you know, take on a whole bunch of new goals, right? It's a place where you come to learn how to change the fundamental patterns, the default settings that are governing your entire experience of life from what you get in life, the people you meet, the love you attract, the opportunities that come your way, all the way to how you feel every day. What's going on in here, regardless of your outside circumstances, what's going on in here? What is the quality of your mind? What is the quality of your emotions? And for Gaylene, who says, Is your mom coming? Yes, my mom is coming. My mom is going to be there on the retreat. My wife, Audrey, is going to be there. My brother Stephen is gonna be there, who so many of you know, and my whole team is gonna be there. We're gonna be together for a week in Florida. This event only happens once a year now, and it's gonna be both the jolt for you to get out of your environment and create change, and it's also gonna give you the plan that's gonna follow you for years afterwards. This isn't about creating a state that then you go home and lose. It's about having a plan for how to change your patterns sustainably, to learn how to change your way of being so that what you attract in life and how you feel in life changes in sustainable ways. I'm gonna, David, can we throw up a link for everyone? For everyone who wants to come, this is, we were nearly sold out. We as a team were able to, we're in a hotel, so there's literally a certain amount of space. But we were able to reconfigure the room to get a few more seats in. And when I say a few more, I mean a handful. But we literally have a few more spaces right now. And for anyone who has been watching, this wasn't a short live. This has been going on for, you know, half an hour for anyone who's still here. I'm sure it's because this is resonating with you and. I know not everyone can come. I know it's an investment not everyone can afford. I know not everyone can get the time off at this notice to do it. But for those of you that can, I promise you this will be a before and after for you. There will be before the retreat and there'll be the you after the retreat. I've been doing this for this program. I've been running for 17 years. I used to do it two or three times a year. I couldn't do it that many times anymore because it was taking such a toll on me. I now do it only once a year. So anyone who doesn't come this year, it's a long time to wait for the next one. But I really hope that if what I'm saying speaks to you, I really hope that you'll join us because this program changes people's lives. I've watched it change the lives of the people I love the most. My mum has sat in every retreat for the last 10 years and I've watched it, the material, the content from this program, her relationship with the women on this program and the bonds that she forms with women on this program, I've watched it change her life. So I hope you'll join us. And we have a this link here will take you to a page where you can learn more about it and you can also book an appointment to speak to a person. Her name is Lottie, she's lovely and she'll tell you all about the program and help you understand what it can do for you. She gets very booked up so take advantage of those appointments while they're there. because her diary does get full. So when you go there, you'll get a chance to book an appointment with her. Book an appointment as soon as you can if you know you want to come. And I look forward to, for those of you that I am going to see in September, I look forward to seeing you there. It's going to be absolutely amazing and a very, very special week that I promise you, you'll never forget. For those of you that can't make it, I am so excited this year. I'm still, you know, every week. I'm doing a YouTube video. I have a newsletter that I'm writing every Friday now. For those of you that haven't signed up to that, it's thethreerelationships.com is where you can sign up to that. It's free. I put a ton of effort into it every week. I don't know if I'll be able to do it for 10 years, but I'm certainly doing it every week now. You know, I, we have the podcast, the Love Life podcast that I'm doing every single week. So there's lots happening and, you know, I've been doing this my whole adult life. I'll continue to serve you in every way I can and I'll continue to help you in all the ways that I can for free as well as in my programs. But this is a really, really important program to me. It's seen me through so many different phases of my life and the content and tools in this program have got me through some of the hardest times in my own life. So this isn't something I just pass on to other people. This is stuff what I use every single day to manage my own emotions, to manage my own difficult brain. 'Cause I don't claim to have an easy brain. I have hated my brain at certain times in my life. But I've learned to work with the brain I have and I've gotten a lot of tools over the years to make the most of the brain I have and to build a better relationship with myself in the process. So I'd love to be able to show you how to do that too. For anyone wondering, the retreat is not a love life retreat. It's certainly a retreat that will change how much you love life. And if you are looking for love, it will certainly help you find love in the ways that it changes your approach to your life, your patterns, the way you respond to people, your confidence. But it's by no means limited to a retreat that helps people to find that and achieve that goal of finding love. We have many people who are already married on the retreat, many people who already have kids and families, and they come for their own reasons for managing their emotional patterns for, because they're at a crossroads in their life and they have a big decision to make or they want to shake it up and do something new. Maybe they've not got a strong sense of purpose in their life. Maybe they're struggling with certain emotions of anxiety or depression constantly in their life and they want to help work on, help get tools for managing those. So it's for everyone. This is for everyone. and it's the tools I've been learning my whole life and that I use every day. So I'd love to share them with you. But thank you for everyone who wants to come and book a call, mhretreat.com is where you can do that. I really appreciate you spending some time with me today. It's been really lovely. Thank you for putting up with me in my jiu-jitsu gear. I am now going to go and take a shower before recording a podcast that I'm recording today. and had some breakfast. But it's so lovely to see you all and have a few moments of interaction with you. I'm trying to read some comments as I go, but I wanted to be present with you today and just focus on what is a really important message for me to share, whether or not you join me on the retreat or not. I truly feel this message is one of the most important messages I could possibly share. You're not broken. You just wanna feel safe and being in the rhythm that you've been in and operating the way you have has kept you safe in some way. But we have to get out of that and into a new way of being, which will make us feel unsafe at first, but we can learn to feel safe in a new way of being and a new way of being is gonna create a completely different quality of life for us and a quality of emotions for us. So if you wanna learn that with me, come join me on the retreat. There's only a few spaces left and if you can't get to the retreat right now that's okay too. We're gonna continue this journey together no matter what in all of the ways that work for you. So I'm sending you so much love Thank you for being here and I'll let you know with new podcasts coming out and new videos coming out in the next couple of weeks because I think you're gonna love the ones we've got coming Alright guys, be well much love and I'll see you soon.
