We all have those friends. I had those friends as I was growing my business in the early stages where every like 16 weeks, maybe 8 weeks, they were coming up with a new version of their business and reinventing their brand and changing their offers. Like in the beginning, you have to try things to kind of figure it out. So I encourage people to like put out a couple offers, say yes to a couple of different things, but then once you've been doing it for a little while, choose one thing and really go all in because that's when people know who you are. They know what problem you solve. And the other thing is when your brand is confusing, and when you are unclear, you're not referable, right? Like when you're telling me, oh, I'm struggling with XYZ, I can be like, oh, I know the perfect person here, let me send you their website, right? We all love to be that hero that's like, oh, I got somebody for you. I know how to help you solve that problem, right? We love to do that for our friends and people in our community, but we can't do that if we don't know what the hell you do, how you do it, who do you do it for? Like if it's constantly changing, people are confused.
