I keep this 3-2-1 daily capacity in my head. This is all I can do in a day. I have 3 kids. I work out every day. Here's my capacity. 3 meetings a day. That's the max I can do. 2 dos, which is 2 hours. And I have 1 admin block where that's when I'm like responding to email, responding to tweets, et cetera. I get 6 hours of focused work done. That is better than than most people's 9 hours of unfocused work. And now I get 3 hours to take care of myself, go to the gym, and be ready to be a great mom.
