In this YouTube short, the speaker argues that recent market chaos has turned the supply chain into an epicenter whose disruptions cascade through every department of a company, not just the logistics team. The impact is simultaneous across functions, making the whole organization feel the strain. The speaker stresses that the magnitude of this effect depends on the broader organizational infrastructure—particularly the people, their resilience, and the agility of processes—to quickly recover from setbacks and adapt the system faster.
